I sold a double bed with mattress in Feb this year and the furniture was delivered to the buyer in March first week.
I did not get my payment of Rs. 14000 and I started calling up customer care number wherein I was assured that the payment will flow in.
But nothing happened and I had to continue following up . Recently in November I was told that the money has gone to some other account and that Quikr cannot help me anymore.
Customer care has been pathetic. Not sure how this can be escalated. I’ve been repeatedly asking them to connect me with a higher up.but to no avail.
I will ofcourse go to consumer court and sue them for a good amount of money for the frustration, mental harassment this has been causing.
Still was hoping not to get into all that and get closure on this sale by getting my money back from Quikr.
