This is totally fraud advisory. They give calls half hour after the market price. They update fake performance on website. Warning you dont take his package, he will talk to you very nicely till you dont give his money after giving the money he will not listen anything. Dont take his service, otherwise you will be in big loss from his calls. And if you will ask for your money refund he will say go to hell i dont refund money. BIGGEST CHEATER OF MCX.

Scam or fraud: Reliance Digital — Misbehaviour by sales man at Reliance Digital, V3S Mall, Preet Vihar, Delhi

I would like to report an incident happened yesterday at Reliance Digital V3S Mall. Preet Vihar.
This is regarding very bad behavior by the salesman in the stores. The Salesman (don’t know the name) misbehaved. He could have explained the matter/ issue politely. The way he showed up his attitude was not acceptable. He got into an argument with us instead of providing a solution. He straight away told the financer (sitting at the billing desk) to return back our card. This is a very serious issue & not acceptable at all. Although later on I got the product I wanted & very much satisfied with the other team members. I need to think the next alternative while purchasing the products next time & would advise my friends to be extra careful with their visit to Reliance digital (especially this store). You need to provide quality training to the staff & teach especially how to behave with the customers. (Very bad experience with reliance digital)

Just a little suggestion to Relaince Digital to adopt a strict policy while recruiting the sales person in order to protect the brand’s name.

Good day!

I’m writing to inform you about the bad experienced in using the device (LG G3 smartphone) and the services provided by your customer support/ technician on your retail branch at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong Ortigas, Philippines.

Enumerated below my complaint’s:

1/ MY HANDSET ENCOUNTERED BLUE SCREEN. When the device reached 15% battery life I decided to charge the battery then after 5 to 10 MINS this problem suddenly occurs. So I panic and immediately switch OFF the unit, however, problem still occurs after LG screen introduction my output display turned on to BLUE SCREEN.

After bad experience happened, decided to turned OFF totally my handset (took 4 HRS after I switched ON again.) Able to access my profile again but during data backup or any tap on the screen display the response become worst (it keep reboot then displayed BLUE SCREEN).

2/ Went to their repair branch in SM MEGAMALL, they re-programmed the unit hoping that it will resolve/ fix the said problem but went worst. The unit no longer responding and no power at all then they texted me (SMS) that they will instead replace the board and require me to pay PHP 13, 000++ to resolve the problem. I’M SO PISSED OFF.

I hope and pray that you may assist/ help me to restore the handset that I purchased (almost PHP 30, 000++ way back 2yrs)

-Date of incident: DEC. 9, 2016 – Friday

-Desirable resolution: Repair for free (due to bad experienced using the unit that took only 24 mos on-hand but never last at least 3 to 5yrs of life span. Also, bad services that required me to pay PHP 13, 000++ JUST TO REPLACE THE BOARD after they re-programmed the unit and didn’t resolve/ fix the problem and output became worst causing unable to charge the battery and unit didn’t turn ON anymore).

I want my INR 113 balance back in this working week orelse I will be forced to change my network

Dear sir,
on 8.12.2016, train no 12032 amritsar shatabti from JUC – NDLS got delayed by 3 hrs. the train was supposed to reach NDLS by 2307 hrs on 8.12.2016.Instead, it reached at 0430 n 9.12.2016, which caused me to miss my flight from Delhi to Pune, Flight no 9W 7072 at 0330 hrs on 9.12.2016. I had to book another flight at Rs 11024. This is my loss. I need a compensation. of the same. Else i have to take the case to consumer court.
