Scam or fraud: FreeCharge — Deducted amount not refunded back to my bank account

Dear sir,
I am using free charge wallet with (Mob 9229999225 and email id shalusuryawanshi23@gmail.com) & loaded rs.10000 in my wallet after loading during performing withdrawn operation by free charge apps it generates error message “wallet request error” thereafter i contact to customer care they replied you cant perform withdrawn operation so i request them to refund my amount back to my source account they acknowledge that your amount
Initiated a refund of rs.5000+5000 on 3-12-2016 against the order id oc-4258410586-1479713556170 and oc-134383319-1479713839422 and will credit in you account within 5-7 days but 15 days overed still amount not refunded to my account as well they are not answering to my email now.
I call (02240363031) company so many time and email (Care@freecharge.in) also but there is no reply

Therefor it is requested you please do needful against free charge

Sas online offers cheap brokerages; but there is a loop hole;
I just found that in my account;

Sasonline deliberately mentioned their own account in the dp account of mine so that dividends which get offered in my account do not actually get to my account and sasonline steal the same;

I am following up on this issue and have written multiple emails to shrey jain (Ceo sasonline.in) but issue si not resolved and so far i have got around 25000/- loss just in q3 from sas online…who have not allowed dividends of mine to flow into my account;

This is something which i wanted to warn the customers about sasonline.in ; everything which seems cheap is not so cheap; especially this organisation is from illicit state uttar pradesh;

Since i do not want sasonline to harass me, i am not revealing my customer code; and posting this from someone else email id;

I got iphone 6s and it is not working, even it is not switching on, i paid 10000 and there is a 30 days return policy for the mobile, how can i return the mobile there is no particular information regarding returning the mobile plz refund my money otherwise i will complaint to the police, you are cheating us and you are thinking all the customers are fools plz refund my money back, if you are not return my money it will become a serious matter and i am requesting you plz tell me how can i return your mobile and how can you return my money

I had purchased a sim no. (7819813801) from reliance store on 11th dec.’16 but till date this not activated in my mobile. I go to much time in store but they do not positively reply not registered of my sim.
What can resolve my problem?

I have purchased an iphone 5s in the month of june 2016 whose imei no. Is dx3rkjnyfrc5 and is under warranty. I was facing problem in camera of my phone so i went to service centre m/s f1- info solutions & services pvt. Ltd. Civil lines kanpur on 3rd december 2016 where i have been told that it will go for repairing (Job no. Is jknp161203664311; customer code: c0345389) and i’ll get it back with in 7 days and after 7 days i got a call from service centre that phone is ready & when i went for pickup of my phone than the service centre people told me that yet camera is not working & now my iphone will be replaced and i’ll get it back within another 4-5 days and today when i have again approached service centre people about my phone they told me new phone has been received by them and i can pick it up but again that scene has been repeated and i have not handed over my phone, which is really very regretting.

Now please advise me that in present time scenario, is it possible to survive with out phone for more than 15 days. As i am in marketing line so my job is also depend on telephone with out which i can’t do my job.

So please look into the matter and hand me over phone without any delay.

Sir, i am sbi account holder no32264023600, i have used my debitcard for a shopping on 10/12/16 for a purchase worth rs 1348on pos 47000007427 at sabhyata txn no 634510214402, hu4967493426 respectively but the card got declined and i paid the money as cash, but latter i got message that the money is deducted form my acoount twice. So i request you to look into this matter and correct it.

Sir, actually i have done a car insurance through your coverfox company from bharathi axa insurance company,
My car has been breakdown now and is has been in the showroom to repair the vehicle. And when i applied for to claim the insurance the insurance company is telling that you have not paid the full amout, so you have not able to claim, but i have the full insurance copy which your company person had told to me, so what to do now
