I transferred Rs. 4100/- from paytm wallet to axisbank on 14th Dec 2016 at 2:17pm..the status is still showing pending, Money neither received in bank nor credited back to paytm. No option to get in touch with paytm care. Complaint logged in paytm but no response yet..whom to contact. There is only IVR available at paytm care..multiple complaints logged with paytm care..still no response..Please assist asap

Hi hdfc grievance,

I adarsh sahai have opened my normal saving account number xxxxxxx4120 at hdfc bank goivnd
Nagar, kanpur branch.

I went many times to this branch and communicated about this quarterly deduction for my normal saving account
And asked why there is deduction of this rs 115/- amount from my normal saving account when i am maintaining rs 10000/- balance in my this normal saving account xxxxxxxx4120. I need only normal
Aving account and do not need more than this if there is any such kind of deduction.

Please take appropriate action against this issue and refund my all deducted amount from my saving account xxxxxxxx4120.

Unnecessary they are deducting this amount from my account and misguiding me every time when i go to hdfc bank.

I will go to consumer court for this issue.

Shopclues is the horrible website and pathetic services as ever. Order no. 105392096 seller is also uneducated i had send him chat as well and tried to call as he has shipped the order without checking quantity. I had order 7 sets and delivered 1. I had shared the pics of outer and inner pack even i opened it in front of courier as the parcel was too small for ordered items. Called customer care to ask seller to dispatched rest 6 sets if mistakenly this happened but he ask to raise return request that too had happened 4 days but no revert till date. Also i kewp calling them skmw amrita and priyanka picked calls and now what is the revert given that the return request got rejected as we have send all items after quality check they don’t even bothered about pack that can not contain 14 blankets. Shopclues only made to get customer money and always try hard to refuse customer complaints to enjoy customer money. But i am not gone be leave them. For now i am marking mails and comments on social media and if not solve than surely will go to shopclues office with police for fraud case by shopclues with the pack where shopclues done the quality check and i want to see 14 blankets into that pack. How they had done their quality check and how they are sure that the complete order got delivered to me. I want my money back.
Also priyanka given assurance of callback by senior which is not done. Not even single mail got reverted by them.I am spending my more money on calls to get my stuck money at shopclues. Please tell me where do we request to close fradu website shopclues as i am sure will get bunch of people who has their money stuck at shopclues. We all want that this kind of fraud company should not run in this ecommerce world. Also can check images of outer inner packs

Hello,

Can someone from tvs management team help me?

I am really disappointed with the experience i received at logtech tvs trivandrum while servicing my tvs flame bike. For the past 2 years, fuel tank display is not working and i have given it to service couple of times and they always tell spare parts are missing and needs to be ordered. Always they tell like it’s ordered through express option and will call me, but never i received any call.

I escalated this matter to service manager sugathan when i visited logtech tvs trivandrum office and he told me the same word ‘it’s ordered through express option again as a priority’ and will call me asap. But for the past 5 month, they have not called me and i spoke to sugathan previous month and he told he will call me back. But no response till now. I also forwarded him an sms, but no response. Logtech tvs trivandrum office is not at all customer friendly and they don’t provide an option to store helmets also. Also if we give them bike to service, they won’t call us informing service is done and when we visit site after couple of days bike will be like seats are removed and they will be fitting parts in front of customers. Poor customer service always

Why tvs customers need to suffer this? Can this matter be escalated to directors of tvs and help me to get a working fuel tank display please?

I visited samsung service center: b2x service solution india pvt ltd – shakarpur, delhi – 110092 for remedies of problem in my samsung tab 3 which was getting auto switched off even when batteries was showing more than 70%. They collected my tab to find out the problem on 15th december2016… Today (16th dec) i got a call from service center that motherboard is faulty and changing motherboard will cost around 7000/- (Don’t remember exact value). They asked whether should they change it? I responded in negative and ask to reassemble and give it to me by evening… @3:30pm i did collect that tab but i found that they even have not opened my handset, though they charged 173/- rs for service. When i checked on internet regarding probable reason for auto switch off of tab, i got a solution that remove battery connection and reconnect it… Though i was not having the tools to open my tab so i used the shirt clip and with little damage on corner of my tab i succeeded in opening it. I removed the connection and reconnected that battery… Now my tab is working… Now @ 23% battery and still it is on… I saved my 7000/- by paying only 173/- without getting any service done. I was fortunate but lakhs of peoples are being cheated every day…

Scam or fraud: Clay Telecom — Heights of ambiguity in plans they offer

I was using clay in malaysia. I had a 4g plan activated on my card. The first 2 days it worked fine, but for the remaining trip i was on edge data. How is it that the 3g data plan that i was on, it got over and i was on edge services now. I called up their customer care and they said they don’t track data hence cant offer any details and if i want more data i will have to pay for the services. Pls tell me why the hell did i pay 1700 rs for initially if this is how u guys want to make more money.???
