IMAPP Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has cheated me by committing to get Canada Permanent residence Visa. I hereby furnish the details below. And request your kind support in this matter.

I have paid a total amount of 90000/- as IMAPP fees and 13000 as Tax for the CANADA job search with Permanent Residence visa.

I have also submitted a copy of the following documents to IMAPP Info solutions Pvt. Ltd :
1. Passport
2. Photo for Visa
3. Address Proof
4. ID Proof
5. All Educational Certificates
6. Nativity Certificate
7. Relationship Certificate (Original)
8. Police Verification Certificate (Original)
9. No Objection Certificate (Original)
10. College Transcript Certificate
11. Birth Certificate
12. Appointment letter of all Employers
13. Appraisal Letter of Current Employer
14. Reference letter from Ex-Employers
15. Pay Slip of all employer (last 3 months)
16. One month bank statement

As per the Agreement, IMAPP has promised to provide me with the following services:
1. Assist in preparing and submitting documents
2. To pay English Language Test Fee (IELTS test fees) on my behalf
3. To pay Medical assessment fee for my Visa processing
4. IMAPP to provide 30 companies profile out of which candidate can choose 15 companies
5. Arrange interview with the 15 companies
6. Arrange Visa Interview for Permanent Residency at Canada

But till date, none of the above mentioned services has happened. In the process of Document submission also, there were no proper support and response from IMAPP team. And all the communication were delayed during my documentation period as IMAPP has taken so much time to respond to my queries via mail and phone calls. For which they have asked to pay a penalty of 25% of the fees. And i refused for the same.
As a outcome of my bitter experiences with IMAPP info solutions Pvt. Ltd., I have sent many warning mails r to both of the Managing Directors and the team to either refund the amount I have paid to IMAPP Info. Solutions or provide me with the committed service sooner. But there is no response from their end till date.

Rajesh Mehta who is company telecaller convinced us that 26 to 28 Dec 2016 phoenix park inn Goa will be made available by him . His initial mail did not mention of non refundable condition of rupees 8999 which he took as charges for providing the hotel. Later their Mr wahi and other support staff are saying that its not refundable . I hope that they should understand that they are in customer servicing business and should refund money once I have decided that I don’t want to use their facility/ services. Hope they will appreciate and refund my money else consumer court will be my last resort.

With due respect, I beg to state you that I am Shampa Ghosh having consumer no CX16895012 & sv no. 100000535531607 under Sarenga Gas Service, Howrah, W.B.But very sorry to say the home delivery man is not interested to delivery the LPG bottle without extra paying excluding your mention price.He is telling to me to collect the bottle from their distributor office loudly.Is it true?I want know that, it will pay by me forcefully at the of delivery or it is as usual system by reply bellow email please.What should I do???

My name is Rachna I had taken direct admission in B.ED 2013-14 in Lala Mangat Ram Mahavidhyala Merrut Road Ghaziabad U.P. I have already given Theory and Practical exam but till now my result has not come and year 2017 going to start.Student one who has taken admission from counselling has found their result. I had taken admission from CCS University because i heard CCS is a good university but i was wrong. Due to this problem i am unable to appear in UPTET, CTET and other competitive exams and unable to get job in education sector.

Pizza hut employees are not atol professional, they didn’t call me even a single time to conform for order.

I have called them so many times to
realise my ordered which I book online.

I hope they need to improve their services as it is ridiculous.

I placed an order of ASUS ZENFONE MAX(BLACK, 32GB) bearing order id OD107700226986577000 on 26th nov, 16 & received the item on 30th nov, 16 for which payment was made through net banking.While checking I found that the LOUDSPEAKER is not working for which I made a return request on 1st dec, 16.After checking through SmartCheck App they approved my return request & assured me for the replacement of the product by 7th dec, 16.But they didn’t replace it till 14th dec, 16.Only they assured me through emails to resolve my problem.So, on 14th dec, 16 I requested them to cancel my order & refund the exact amount which I have paid for it.Again they only give me assurance through emails but don’t take any serious actions.I have called the flipkart customer care for several times for the clarification of the issue but they didn’t clarify me about the exact issue.Only they have extended the date.So I request you to take serious actions immediately against flipkart & resolve my issue within 24hours.I would like to receive the exact amount get refunded which I have paid for it within 2 days.

It is to inform you that i used my debit card for payment on 10 December.2016 for an amount of 1633/- every time the message of transection cancle is shown, However, the amount was two time deducted from my account. Shopkeeper has shown me the statement of his account where only one transection is shown completed but the other transection which has been debited from my account is not shown in his bank statement. my account statement detail with account no is attached herewith for immediate necessary action.

This incident happened on December 13

I have called tata sky three days back regarding signal issue, the customer executive said the technician will call tomorrow 10 am, but no call received.Next again I called them same response, and again next I raised a compliant with higher authority and chennai ispl, they said it will take another 72 hours and arguing that why you are hurrying.Still compliant is not resolved..poor customer service, poor higher authority too!!!..

But they will debit daily charges from the account for those five days..
