I visited the store and asked the lady to help me in booking the gas cylinder as the same was not getting booked
The lady denied helping me without checking what’s the reason as my mobile key was missing and said that I need to replace the mobile in order to get help

This is the kind of people working who doesn’t care about customer and just shout at unwanted and unnecessary things

We are from Jawahar Nagar, Kowdiar tvm. we have great difficulty due to nonavailability of corporation water for 2 days. Pls restore the water supply.
we have tried ringing your customer service many times no response. the numbers given for emergency situations by th waterworks dont give any response; sometimes the message pls check your number, etc. or it is engaged tone. we are suffering a lot due to the non availabilty of water, until last week every weekend there used to be regular supply of water and also during the middle of the week. Pleas help us. we need water absolutely by tomorrow morning or many things will come to a standstill.

they both ask me one by one new documents and all…
but not surrendering my policy

Please surrender my policy and refund me the surendering amount of my money …

Hi,

I ordered 2nos of Orient 1200 mm Orina Ceiling Fan Brown fans on 25.11.2016 and both got delivered on 30.11.2016 late evening, when we opened the parcel found both the fans were received in damaged condition due to worst packing (actually no packing done, only it was wrapped with polythene cover).

Immediately we raised replacement request for both on 01.12.2016 and the courier person came on 02.12.2016 picked up only one fan (Suborder Id: 21068908307) and when we asked about the other one, he informed us that fan (Suborder Id: 21068998297) will be taken back later by another courier person as he got order to collect only one.

After sometime on 02.12.2016, i got an sms from Snap deal saying we tried contacting multiple times but couldn’t able to reach and your request for return is closed, immediately i updated in the mobile app clearly that no one contacted me for collecting the fan ordered in Suborder Id: 21068998297 and my parents are available in home for whole day and even i was very well in reachable limits. (Apart from the above one fan was picked up on same day and how come for the another one i am not reachable which was totally not acceptable.)

Then i was told return pick up rescheduled courier person will contact shortly, after that no one contacted me and not visited by home for collection and all of sudden i got an sms on 08.12.2016 saying your Return request closed “It seems you no longer want return the product” which was total shock for me, as i raised return for an damage product and without even contacting me the return request was closed.

After the above sms we have contacted the customer care several times on 08.12.2016, 12.12.2016, 13.12.2016, 14.12.2016 & 16.12.2016 in all the above discussions the entire thing was explained to everyone in detail saying “no one contacted me either on 2nd nor on 08th” and it was updated wrongly by courier person. Every time we are assured the issue was escalated to higher official and necessary action will be taken with 24 hours, irrespective of continuous followup’s so far no action taken up anyone in this regard.

We are totally disappointed with the damaged product first and second with the time consumed & still consuming for following for returning the damaged product and finally the useless customer care department which never go through the complaint record and straight away answers the return was closed making us to explain the above entire things in detail for every call.

Most sad part is even after doing such an long exercise so far no proper action initiated on return request and also we feel no action taken on the courier person who updated all wrong information and end of the day we the customers are suffers after paying money in full and received an damaged product and being dragged.

Hope necessary action will be taken immediately on taking Return of the Damaged product.

I am Ashish Gorde, My card no 2030 40000 5339 3122 has been blocked because of one missed EMI,
but i have already paid the due. and i was told by your Customer care executive that my card will be unblocked within some hours after the due Payment. it has been 4 days now it is still BLOCKED.
i went to purchase a phone for me today and after selecting the phone while doing the payment the Bajaj employee there in the store says that the card is Blocked.

This is very disgusting, it was very urgent for me to purchase a phone.
you people keep calling 4 times a day and keep saying that the payment should be done in 2 days and 3 days…and you people block the card and say it will be unblocked after 2 months, This is seriously not accepted

What is the use if we customers dont get the service when we actually need it and what is use of keeping this types of policies where the customer has to suffer even after paying.

hope my card will be unblocked

Scam or fraud: Airtel — Fraudulent usage of my connection 4G LTE No

I have taken a 4G LTE Airtel connection on 2-Nov-16 for 15 GB data per month by paying 6 months advance rental of Rs.7700.00. On 3-Nov-16, I received a message that 50% data i.e. 7.5 GB has been consumed. I switched off the modem considering the updates have consumed the data. The 4G LTE modem was started on 19-Nov-16 and stopped on 20-Nov-16. On 20-Nov-16 @ 20.28 hrs i received a message that 100% data has been consumedI switched off the modem since then. But there is continuous usage of data without the modem being on. Moreover, in the next month with the modem switched off, 6.75 gb has been consumed. This is a fraudulent usage by airtel. I have complined and sent mail to 121@airtel.com and 121@in.airtel.com but Cutomer representatives are speechless and they do not have any answer as well. I want a clear refund of the amount paid to Airtel. It is horrible that a company like Airtel will do this type of thing.

Dear Team ICICI,

Myself and my all family members are having accounts with your bank since more than a decade now and I was considering your bank as best for personal banking.

But ever since my parents had very insulting and cheating experience at your Gadhinglaj branch (Dist. Kolhapur), we seriously thinking to shift all our accounts to another bank.

Your branch manager at Gadhinglaj is so arrogant and adamant that he insulted my parents and threatened them as well.
They approached this branch to open new account for themselves.
But your marketing team forced them to open an account which was really not requested. Your bank has even issued 2 debit cards when it was not even requested for one.

I have submitted written complaint about this on 3rd November 2016 and asked for reply in writing but your branch manager is unmoved.
I have even reminded him on what’s app.

My number 7566879409 is suddenly going out of service there after i sumitted my document for reactivate of my number. With charges ?150 in vodafone care Satna(M.P) 485001. On tuesday 13/12/16. A/c to staff commitment my number will re activate within 3 days but it still deactivate. I’m really very dissapointed with ur worst services and i decided to port my other 5 vodafone numbers from vodafone to other company if my prob. Wii not resolved in next 24 hrs.

Today on 17th december 2016 i paid the electricity bill of rupees 140 of the electricity bill account number 8661534595 and amt. of ruppes has been debited from my account(17/12/2016 FEB/XFER/20161217230136 140.00) but reciept of bill payment has not been recieved and sms of bill payment also didn’t recieved as it recieved earliar while making the payment.
Please consider my problem and make sure that bill has been paid.
