I request reserve bank of india to recover excess charges which is in thousand crores taken by banks on credit cards since they allowed to do business in india till now & also hurt sentiments of customers by sending goons and abused ladies at there residence by goons earliar no government has taken any action against these rogue banks now i expect Modi government to take action
against these multinational bank they are not follow any guideline of reserve bank of india now also they harass customers by different hidden ways.these banks never harass big businessmans/politicians who are also defaulters only they harass individuals & small businessmans who has taken small amount of loan 10000/- to 50000/-.sir please take action against these multinational/national private banks or recover excess charges charged from these small customers.yeh bank khud hi defaulters paida kartein hai agar aap ek mahine installment dene mein late ho gaye toh lagatar aap ko itna harass kartein hain phone karke ya apke ghar goonde bhej kar isse koi bhi customer zid kar leta hai ki ab mein bank ko kisi bhi halat mein paise nahi dunga chahe kuch bhi ho jaye yeh jada commission basis par cases ko recoverywale ko de detein hai aur woh commision ke liye kisi bhi hadko paar kar jata hai.kisi bhi tarah ki languages ka prayog ladies ya bachon se karta hai. copy to reserve bank of india

Dear Customer,

With reference to refund against PNR Number 2651529854 with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled., it is advised that TDR Claim case has been regretted stating NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED on 2016-10-29 by Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds /null. As per your appeal, Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds /null has been requested to reopen the case with remarks Case wrong repudiated with reason NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED. Please reconsider the case and process the refund as Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. for further processing along with supporting document provided by you. On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it will be credited to the same account of the customer through which booking was made through opted payment gate way.

My mobile number disconnected with out any prior notice. You know very well that how mobile is a very important tools like fund transfer, otp etc… Below the communication with call centre…

15.12.16. – your representative give me an email id a_sunil.vardhamane@airtel.com to get the exact reasons of the discontinue of the service.

16.12.16. : I received a reply from a_sunil.vardhamane@airtel.com mentioning “Below connection has been barred under non ownership. So request you to please contact to your local HR and get the approval to activate this number accordingly.”

17.12.16. : I have send the scan copy of the approval( now again attached) and requesting to restore the number. I again call the customer support and the representative told us your number disconnected due to non payment of bills. side by side i have also complain in Airtel portal complain number is PO121700116

Conclusion :

1. I am long time user of airtel how the company discontinue the service without prior notice.
2, I don’t know who is a_sunil.vardhamane@airtel.com, what is his position i request him I am going through health crisis and my phone is very essential to communicate. He dont replied. why company hire this type of staff at a very high cost. when i am liable to pay my dues.
3. Put the complain in portal also no response. why such type of mechanism is require when there is no use in the time of urgency.

Please look into the matter and restore the connection immediately.

There excuse is our old owner have sold the agency to new owner but he haven’t purchased new test drive vehicle…
So how would I compare it with the competition terrano and by this only duster is out of my list…

I am a resident of No 29A, Kavin Apt, Sekaran Nagar, 2nd Main Road, Perumbakkam, Near Global Hospital Bus Stop, Back side of Color Home. Many Families are leaving in this area for last 2 years and kids are going to school, ladies are going to office. But still there is no road(around 100 meters, from Kavin Apt to Rishi Home). Even little rain also the water is flowing in the road. If little more rain, the water is flowing above knee and kids are missing schools, we are not able to go to office. There is no street lights too. We are leaving in this locality from last 2 years without road and street light.
So please take an immediate action to lay the roads and help the common people.

Hello,
This is to bring to your notice the irresponsible behavior of the executives at your service centre. I had given my phone for repairing on around 19th October, 16 as I faced screen flickering and sim slot issues.The executive was in no mood to address to me properly. She asked me to get a new battery and get a software done, charging me rs 1352/- after the inspection. However within a month I encountered the same problem again and then due to some work I couldn’t visit the centre for another month.I visited the centre yesterday on 17 Dec, 16 and conveyed them the issue. Rather than accepting their fault, the executive said you wouldnt have waited for a month if you were facing this prob since a month. Her behavior was very rude and annoying. After inspecting my phone, she came up with the solution which would have costed me another 1300/-. I asked her why didn’t you do this two months back as I had the same complaint & for that she didn’t have an answer.
I request you to kindly look into the matter since I have wasted 1350 plus travelling expense for nothing. Thank you
