Now current status of account opening there are no further proceeding of forms for account opening, all those thing created problem for us for surviving. So please open the account early as possible, there are shortage of money to survive.

I had booked below hotel through Make my trip with pay at checkout option.

After payment of money at counter I was told that i will receive soft copy of email through email from Make my trip. But when I contacted Make my trip i was told that no money was paid to them and contact hotel directly. Now hotel is not responding to any of my request. I need receipt to show to my company as it was a business trip.

But payment deducted from my account and I received message from bank also but track payment showing failed. Now I have to know the status of payment. I called costumer care 1800-258 -1800, 01141561114 both numbers only former number replied ask me to send the mail. Second number (no-response) nobody replied from 10/12/2016 till date Kindly let me know the status of my payment. I am eagerly waiting for you reply.

I have registered my complaint about ifb washing machine not working properly on 22 nd nov, 2016 with complaint no : 18783733

I am highly disappointed with the feedback i got from you authorized service center, they are making me fool every day.

After registering the complaint, the engineer mohan singh choudhary came on 23rd nov, 2016 and said the ball bearings are defected and this part will be changed, then he bought new parts on 25th nov, 2016 and replaced the old parts.
From 25th nov, 2016 our wash machine is not working properly and the condition got more worse after he change the part.

Then i register new complaint on 2nd dec, 2016 with complaint no: 18832742

Then a new engineer came and said that previous engineer has not fit the ball bearing part properly and now shockers also got damaged and fitting is also not done properly.
We are constantly chasing this quantum care from 2nd dec, 2016, but till now our problem is not resolved and everyday quantum care employee named : ms. Preeti is making our fool and giving us false commitments to repair soon. But no engineer has visited to inspect or resolve the problem till now.
I am highly disappointed by this kind of response from such a reputed company and i am experiencing a great problem as my wife is on bad rest and when i am in so much need of using washing machine, i am finding myself as helpless.

Please provide a quick response and take necessary action against this fraud company : quantum care.
I am senior advocate from delhi high court, so please don’t compel me to knock at consumer court and take a hard step on which the company’s reputation will be at risk.

On 15/12/16 I travelled from Kolkata to aizawl by spicejet flight no. SG-3281. I was having a keyboard/synthesizer yamaha moxf8 (price 1, 46, 000) with me. Since it is heavy, I already paid ?4, 667 through online for excess baggage of 20 kgs in addition to free check-in Baggage up to 15 kgs i.e. I was entitled for 35 kgs check-in baggage. When I checked in at Kolkata, I found the instrument weight is around 40 kgs. They charged ?1500 for excess 5 kgs and an additional amount of ?1000 in the name of ‘special handling charges’ saying that they will handle the instrument carefully, it will not be treated as normal baggage and it will not come to the baggage belt, It will be coming separately. They put ‘fragile’ tag also on the box. But when I reached aizawl, I contacted spicejet staff immediately regarding my instrument, she couldn’t reply. It seems they are not familiar to fragile item or instruments. Finally I was surprised when I saw the 40 kgs instrument of 5 ft length with ‘fragile’ tag is coming on the baggage belt. And the handling staff don’t have common sense to stop the belt so that I can take it out of the belt. Finally I shouted to stop the belt and they did. I think no where in the world u will see that fragile item is coming to normal baggage belt. I found the box was partially damaged, upper part came out of three hinges, only one was intact. There was rubber buffer at the bottom, those were removed and lost, There was mud, dust, concrete cement on the box and it was scratched. I am sure the box was fallen down. As it is a musical instrument It was not possible to check properly without power supply and sound system at the airport. But I gave a written complaint to the station manager of spicejet. They told me to check properly in home and let them know. When I checked the instrument in my home, I observed there is a crappy sound under the keys. I doubt the rubber/carbon pad under the key is broken or cracked. And the biggest problem is there is no Yamaha service centre in aizawl. So again I have to carry it to Kolkata. Next day I contacted spicejet stastation manager over phone and told the issue, simply he avoided. He said they have checked the CCTV footage and they didn’t find the instrument was fallen down. They have charged ?1000 extra for handling the instrument and they damaged the box. How irresponsible they are. I request u to take necessary action in this regard and to save the CCTV footage for future reference.

Bar code or coupon code generated using samsung a8 mobile has been misused. So i could not get a jio sim.
Coupon code is 55570521444.

This has happened without my knowledge and i don’t know who has taken the connection using the above coupon code.

I don’t understand, how it is possible without my knowledge. Its a pure case of cheating.

Please check and do the needful immediately,.

Respected Sir,
I am resident of H.No. 796 Sector -10 Gurgaon. There is no facility available in the sector. Nearby colonies have the facility even unapproved colonies have this facility but we don’t have. A private garbage collector is working in the sector-10 but she always misbehave to the residents. She always said that ” koi gadi nahi aayegi kuda to me hi uthaungi”. Sir, you are requested to look in to the matter personelly and please start the garbage collection facility in the section-10 as early as possible.
