Scam or fraud: Standard Chartered Bank — Delay in updating credit card statement with an intention to fraud

Complaint Details:
Please do not opt for standard chartered credit cards.

They do not update the credit card statment on time ., it takes more than 3-4 days to update it, after multiple follow ups.

When you pay you entire dues on or well before the due date, it still shows as payment pending for more than a week after you have made the full payment.

Further they do not update the stamtent on time so they can charge unlawful charges.

For eg. Payment was due on 19/12, they on purpose have not updated my statment since 15/12.

I have paid my entire dues whatever was appearign on the statment on 19/12, but now they will back date the statement and say that i have not made payments incurred.On 15, 16, etc

when you email them they do not respond!!!

TV has created some problem and automatically get shut down during working condition. I have complained on 25-Nov-16 till date no response. One technician has visited and said some parts to be replaced, However after 50 days, till the problem has not resolved and part has not been replaced.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING from Le Eco. Worst Service after sales.

Hello Sir,
Before completion of billing cycle in Sept. month, I confirmed from vodafone representative that I will not get any bill next month if I do not use their services. In spite of this, I was forced to make the payment of Rs. 656.32 as my sim card was deactivated by the firm’s representatives.
I then visited the Aundh, Pune vodafone store and requested them for sim activation and getting the sim converted to prepaid to avoid any wrong billing in future. In spite of this, it’s been a week now and my sim has not yet been activated. Instead, I got a mail from vodafone representative that there is a bill due of Rs. 114.32 against my number.
I am attaching the mail snapshot of Rs. 656.32 from vodafone representative and my bill payment receipt for your reference.
I hope my sim get activated soon in prepaid number as I have been facing lot of issues due to number deactivation inspite of bill payment.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is the feedback, grievance, complaint from a sincere customer of fastrack.

I am the customer of fastrack from a long time and on15/10/2016 I purchased Rs 4500/- plus costed items (Bag, sunglass and a purse) from fastrack outlet in Bangalore.

I did not have any chance to use the bag and the same was kept in the shelf till last week. When I opened the bag and closed it, zipper is broken into pieces !!! Not sure if that was broken and I did not notice when I purchased.

I hope anyone will have a least common sense to agree that zipper can’t be broken into pieces in the 1st use if we close smoothly as I don’t have any grudge on the bag !!!

I went to the shop and asked for repair/replacement and they DID NOT AGREE. Moreover, they did not even treat me as a valued customer.

I mentioned to him that we will complain to fastrack and they told us to get lost !!!

Why do you think we customer come to you eventhough paying 40-60% higher cost than the local merchant? It is for the quality, the way you value the customer, less headache when there are defects and replacements required !!! If you don’t consider any of these things, why should we over pay for the items ? Our money is hard earned and we value it if you don’t !!!

Till today I was purchasing and suggesting people to buy from fastrack and now on I really should think twice unless you don’t value this complaint.

Ghmc extended on line submission of LRS applications upto 31 st December 2016. We could load the LRS form on line with all annexures for our Karmanghat site under L B nagar municipality. But on line gate way not accepting payment of Rs.10, 000/- since first week of december putting us to lot of inconvenience . Pl address this issue to enable us to make on line payment using credit card.kindly respond on priority the next alternative.

I called up customer care since my crompton fan has been stopped suddenly, the service representative told coil has been burned, it can not be serviced by the company and closed the request. Again I called customer care(1800-419-0505) the response was not proper, he asked me disconnect the call by saying his manager will give me a call. But I did not even get a missed call from them. the service is so pathetic. I am completely pathetic about their service.

First i congratulate all of u for Anti encroachment drive . This is a very big step and everyone happy and along with all the officers indulge in this drive.Respected sir i wont to inform u that please review Sector 4 parking area near post office after 4.00 pm. The road side reddy(Shops) are full from a road side romeos who destroy the whole environment. If possible please include sector 4 in Anti encroachment drive .Please do needful. My some friends are always teased by them and some reddy shopkeepers spoiled the all environment.
