These people have blocked my account which has 5000 rs and i have called atleast 20 times since today morning none of them are replying or helping me to gain my money
infact they cut the call after listening to the whole problem
not even replying me in mobikwik tickets
i dont know why they doing this when we need money the most

Scam or fraud: Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment Deducted but not received by BigBasket.com

Complaint Details:
I was paying through net-banking (ICICI) and towards the end of transaction when I paid from my bank website I got redirected to citrus wepage showing session expired.
Then I checked my bank account balance, the amount was deducted from there, but then I open my dashboard in Bigbasket.com I was still showing that amount hasn’t been paid yet.
Please assist me in this matter.

I had tried booking 3 round trip ticket from Pune to Bangalore on 6th Dec for my journey from 21st to 26th Dec. However tickets were not booked due to technical issues with the site and it was told that no amount will be deducted, however ticket amount Of INR 17226 has been deducted by bank and there’s no refund even after 12 business days. No pnr or booking Id available.

JO ki jato ki dairy hai.ya log evning 7 pm sa daru pi kr hangama krta hai. ham log majboor hai ya sab bardast karna ka liya.kyu ki in logo ka to koi thikana nahi hai. kab ya log hamari family ko kuch nuksan phucha da is dairy ma ek person ka name pal hai.jo ki sab sa jada shanti bhang krta hai.ap sa request hai ki ap iss person ka kuch kariya or in sab samasya sa hammma mukti dilao.ya sab evning ma 6pm ka bad jayda shoor krta hai.kirpya hamari problem ko samjh kr ap kuch action la.lakin samm ko 7 pm ka bad kyu ki.ap ko sabut bhi mil jaye ga. kirpya hmara name na aye.

I purchased tplink wr940n wifi router from paytm
site shows still cost is 3899 u get 37% discount so u pay 2475
i paid and got it on 17-12-2016
but i found m.R.P. On the product was 2399
and when i contacted local mkt i found the rate to be
rs. 1600 – 1650 only.
And in other online portals also the rate was similar.
I feel i have been charged by 900 inr approx

this is very very unethical

I Rushikesh Ashokrao Walve, is opened account since 6 year, but last 3 or 4 days ago I registered my new mobile no in bank for getting SMS banking service and I also want MMID code for use online money transfer app bt still I don’t get msg about new mob no registration. Bank officials told me it will come within 24 hrs but it become so many time goes on.
So please help me.

Scam or fraud: Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Amount not refunded inspite of train being late by more than 3 hrs.

I had made a booking on train No. 19040 Avadh Express on 9th Dec 2016 from SURAT(ST) to BDTS bearing PNR No. 662079686 in class SL. Since, the train was late 14hrs 55min (ie by more than 3 hrs.), I had filed TDR online through IRCTC website and booked another ticket on train No. 19038 Avadh Express on 10th Dec 2016 from SURAT(ST) to BDTS bearing PNR No. 2706497585 in class 3A. This train was also late by 6hrs 7min (ie more than 3 hrs) and hence TDR was filed online for this ticket also. Eventually, I travelled from SURAT(ST) to BDTS on 10th Dec 2016 by train no. 19020 Dehradun BDTS exp by ticket bearing PNR No.2425763518 in class SL.

Passenger Details: PETER JACOB, M-35 and JACOB THOMAS, M-65

Both TDRs have been processed with result for PNR No. 662079686 being a refund of Rs.60/- against Rs. 295/- and that for PNR No. 2706497585 being CR Repudiate against a refund of Rs. 800/-. As per IRCTC refund rules full refund is permissible in case of train late by more than 3 hrs. But this has not been refunded to me. I request IRCTC to process the refund of the full journey amount as per extent railway rules.

Hello Sir,

This is Tajinder I would like to become in your notice that I am having acct. in Punjab National Bank at Chheharata, Amritsar (Punjab). My wallet has stolen at my family function so my ATM card was also in that. Bank issued a new ATM card to me and was told that i will receive my PIN by text message on my phone but as i waited 20 Days i did not received any Pin and when i called Customer Care they attended me well and answered that i have to message first with my card no at 5607040 and I did so but it was not registered and when i visited Bank again then one of bank staff replied rudely when I asked him about this. I saw an new feature of bank mobile servise *99# which need MPIN at last to complete transaction which i can get only from my home bank but again i got an rude answer that anyone of them was not having knowledge of this feature.
