Scam or fraud: Reliance Communications — Exceeding credit limit

Complaint Details:
My Dongle number is 9381975237 and i got bill of 13, 000 Rs after upgrading to 4G, when i called customer care and asked why that much bill amount and customer care and asked for the reason and they said it was due to technical problem and when i called them another time they said it was due to plan change and they never intimated me regarding the plan change. Then on 29/09/2016 One of the collection agent (T.Ramesh) called me and asked me for not paying the bill and i told him the entire concern and he said me that to make a payment of Rs2500 and he also would close the connection and waiver the remaining amount.After a month i got a call from Reliance Nungapakkam Branch and a lady asked for the reason not paying the bill, i explained her many times but after a particular interval she again and asked for the same thing and one day she called and asked and she was so rude to me and said that her name was kavitha, and she was stating that do whatever you can.When i visited reliance store and asked regarding this, they said your connection has been terminated and tell them thats not your connection when you again recieve a call.now after a week lawyer notice has been sent to me to pay the pending amount. After 2 months of payment they are sending the lawyer notice. I just need a detailed solution to this problem and i have all details with me.the reciept number for payment made on 29/09/2016 is 25435. Now the amount to be paid is Rs 7620 .

My child is UKG kid, class teacher Usha Rani shouted&beat my child we saw her finger prints on my child face, in previous my child was suffering to go to school regularly bcz of her.But this time he got fever he was afraid of her behaviour we asked her she spokes very rash, we met principal he said we’ll see.If the same thing happen to your child how you will repond? now we can’t understand what we have to do?

This is Rashmi Poduval and I have been customer of Snapdeal for quite long now. More or less my snapdeal experience had been satisfying till now but recently I have been really furious. Would like to bring it to your notice.

This is regarding my order id 17101119918 and sub order id 21302580110
I had ordered the Justin analogue clock on 5 th Dec 2016 which I received on 11 th December 2016 in a really damaged form, the outer box had a hole in it and clock was broken into pieces. Without any delay I had filed a return request within 5 mins of delivery. I got an email and SMS that the product will be picked up the same day but noone came for the pickup, it was a Sunday and I was at home with two other family members the whole day. To my surprise I got a message later that pickup failed because I was unavailable which was indeed false!! I rescheduled the pickup request. I got an email stating it will be done in next 48 hours but, since then I see new estimated pickup dates on the snapdeal app everyday First it showed pickup will be done on 15 th, then 16 th, then 17 th, then 18 th then 19 th and now its showing 21 ts (i have screenshots for the same) but no pickup has been done yet.. This is not only confusing but also very frustrating.. I suspected some foulplay and decided to make a complaint.. Visited site’s help centre and there was no option to write to them, only few quieries and their answerscalled on tollfree no n noone was pickin have been cited.. Which was useless info for me.. Finally I found an old correspondence n mailed to them.. I received a reply that we don’t handle correspondence on this email anymore but this time we will b happy to help and have forwarded ur complaint.. Next two days again nothing happened.. I got furious and decided to write abt it in the product review.. But they did not let my review get published only.. On saturday i received a mail stating product pickup will be done in 1-2 days.. N it’s monday but still nothing.. I m stuck with the damaged product and I am not sure if I would be receiving my refund at all coz overall it appears like they are just not bothered!

I was trying to place an order on 17/12/2016 at 8:18 pm. Order amount was rs 277.5/-. I paid thus amount with my payzapp account with transaction ID 9GSHDZ. Payment was successful from payzapp but my order was not confirmed from pizzahut. I requested to pizzahut over phone on same day to refund the amount but I have not received any amount from pizzahut till date.

Scam or fraud: Indigo Airlines — Refund of Rs. 6189 + Rs. 14000/-, for declining boarding in Indigo Flight No. 6E 861 on 19.12.2016

I Miss Olivia Dasgupta, booked an indigo ticket on 03.12.2016 at 16.45 hrs for Delhi to Agartala via Kolkata for 19.12.2016 amounting of Rs. 6189/-. Booking Reference Z7SD2F.
I have reported and got my boarding card and accordingly after security check while I was going board the bus in the Gate No. 10B of Delhi Airport, security personnel told me that I have luggage problem. I rushed and contacted the security personnel of Indigo. They raised the point that I was carrying a portable mobile charger inside my luggage and I was held up there for security reason and did not allow me to avail my flight even after it was removed from my bag.
I am a 2nd year Medical Student of Lady Hardinge Medical College and a frequent flier of Indigo Airlines. Today I was carrying a wheel chair with me for my mother who needed it urgently today post 12 pm. I was held in the Delhi Airport and nor did they accommodate me in any other connecting flight to Agartala. I booked another ticket with Rs. 10000/- just to travel to Kolkata from Delhi and around Rs. 3941/- to travel from Kolkata to Agartala.

Hence, in total around Rs. 14000/- was spent and I lost the whole day, which hampered my suffering mother because of non availability of wheel chair.

So I think a strong action should be taken against them (indigo personnel) and refund of Rs. 6189 + Rs. 14000/- should be initiated immediately.

This type of harassment to a single female passenger at 06.00 am in the morning is not acceptable from Indigo Authority in the City of Delhi.

If I do not get my refund from the Indigo authority, I will be compelled to go to the Consumers Court for necessary action.

Hi

I have told many times to deactivate Tikona services. I will not be responsible if someone will do illegal activity using that connection. I had left Gurgaon on 30th September 2016 and requesting to deactivate the services since 1 October. Customer care have accepted the request after I lodged complaint in consumer court on 19 November 2016 (reference number -77551).

Company have closed the Consumer court complaint by saying that we have stopped the rental charges but still it is not deactivated. They have just suspended the connection. Why are they not deactivating the connection ??
New Consumer court docket number is 100993.

Today I ordered meal over the phone and I had 3 concern while doing so.
First I asked guy to ask delivery boy to get 2000 change which was not taken care.
Second I was not able to apply promo code which he helped me to do and me happy that he helped me for that.
Third thing I asked to convert regular coke into ice tea.
When order came first he got no change so I had to struggle a lot for it.
Then when I openEd to eat my meal I found to hey hv not sent ice tea. I called mc delivery number complained abt it they said they will replace it but at that time I made very clear that I dnt have microwave and I can’t have cold burger or fries so they asoured me that they will replace entire order and also told me that I will get call frm store. I waited like 20 mins as per instructions and called again gave my complain no cpn232046 he said he will replace ice tea then I explain that while taking complain customer care excutuve assured me for new order replacemention and now ur saying just a ice tea.. after a 3 3 4 min hold he assured that ok everything will get replaced and assured a call frm store within 5 mins. Again I waited 10 mins and I myself called store… one guy pick up my call I gave my complain number and explain entire thing again he asked me to wait and the hand over to other person then that person said ya v r replacing ur coke to ice tea I said it was supposed to get entire order replaced he then handover to third person who’s name was siddhrath and he started giving me excuse that he got wrong instructions frm mc delivery guy and wen I raised my voice he said he will replace it. Then guy come only with ice tea I again called store again asked for siddhrath who took time to come on call not even apologied once and asked me to wait so after 1 hour of struggle I go my order. I was suppose to eat my medicine after my meal which got delayed frm ur end.
Pathetic service me not happy at all.

Idea has activated dialer tone and caller tune on my mobile phone automatically and charged me accordingly (125 + 125). Also I had recharged 150 which never got added to my account. I want my money back which they are not ready to give. I spoke to their representative Chetan and Jagdish at 198 but they denied paying back my money. I want my 400 rupees back. On 15th dec’16 . I made a transfer of 2000 to my bank Account from Mobikwik wallet. My wallet was debited but my bank account was not credited and invoice of the transaction is showing blank.
