I have almost got tears in my eyes writing this mail to you with my crying heart as I have a firm belief that The Brand Name of Hero is just because you value your customer and I am sure that I would get a solution for the harassment faced by me.

Just after a month there is a oil leakage problem from Oil Engine Cap. I have complaining on my first services. They replayed, there is a heating problem. On second services there were more leakage from Oil Engine Cap. They have suggested to change the ring of the cape for Oil leakage and their solution. This problem was arise every time up to last service. They were said, there is a problem in Nut bolt cap of Oil engine and there is not in the stoke. And the cap is coming in the stock today (19-12-2016). Now, my all the services are completed and they were said, Its not our problem. Please paid all the charges then we will help you.

Every time the service man Mr Gautam who is the Service Engineer said that, I am here for your help and all that… If any spairpart related issue I will help you to resolve the problem without any pay because I am complaining again and again for Oil Lea-cage problem.

Today they have parts of the oil engine. Now they are said that we needs the approval from Mr Nitin. And he is said Sorry we can’t help you because you have bayed the bike almost before 2 years. Have you any written proof? we have said that we will changing that oil engine part?

Its become a trauma to no to get a permanent solution of the issue.

The attitude and Service I got from Service personal in Kumar Hero Motors is very bad as a customer which created a bad impression about the Service of Hero company itself.
I would request you to take immediate actions to get proper justice for me.

Booking ref. GJOL 6350 Mahesh Sharma. Mob no.9434109949.
Had booked through you but on reaching there was no room. Took me to another hotel claiming that was also of the same owner(the owner may have 100 properties but may be of different standards.) but saw the representative of previous hotel requesting for 2 room. This hotel also did not have 2 rooms. I called 04038416822 and spoke to some rep of OYO who claimed that someone from customer care will call back, but the call never came. Somehow a gentleman was checking out at 1 am ( pl note the time) and managed one room at one hotel and other room at previous hotel. The room is horrible. Bathroom stinky and basin leaking. Did I trust and Pay OYO for all this? “Sorry” did not solve my problem. Why should I not sue OYO for the harassment and horrible treatment I got? Do I have some rights as an consumer? This can amount to deficiency in service from your part.

Tried adding money to wallet with Rs15000/- into Paytm wallet on Saturday 10 Dec 2016,
Money got Debited from SBI Bank with same amount but Paytm wallet doesn’t shows up any amount.
it’s been more that 10 day i haven’t got the refund amount.
Those Transaction in Order history has been removed from Paytm order History.

I am Shabbir kapra . I booked three tatkal tickets from sawai Madhavpur to Mumbai Central on 12 December 2016 of amount of rs 1920 . From the account of my friend Abdul Qadir on IRCTC . Our journey date is 13 December 2016 in JP -BCT exp .the train no is 12956. But tickets gone into tatkal waiting list of 44, 45, and 46. The waiting list does not clear on 13 December 2016.So my friend got SMS that your tickets have been cancelled and tickets amount that is rs 1920 has been refund to your account after deduction of rs 180 rs for tatkal charge. So the amount refundable is rs 1740. but the amount yet not been credited to my account . So it is my humble request to you to request them to refund my money ASAP because I am a student and 1740 is not a small amount for me. Please work on this complaint ASAP. Actually sir i the one of the suffered partner of ola cabs .thats things are un- tolerate that ola gives us all the partner daily minimum balance guarantee that calls MBG ON 17TH OF DECEMBER i getting a booking from tuglaqabad and drop in ramesh park laxmi nagar delhi. on that day i achieves higher slab of MBG OF 3500 . OLA show in our record 1 booking short of ride earing 248.80 / and stop my 5000 balance 2 or three times . i want my money in my account.

It is to bring to your kind notice that i made a paytm wallet transaction of 800rs on 18th December to number 7289892372. but the transaction is in pending state from past 72 hrs and i have paid the customer the same amount to his alternative number so u asked the paytm to kindly stop the transaction since it was in pending state and return the money in my wallet and i have registered the complaint almost 10 time but no response or email from there side i have recieved
