Complaint Details:
I have been a customer of IDEA Cellular for over 12 years. During this period the company has had many highs and lows in its network, services, rates and offerings. In spite of the continuously changing dynamics of the telecom industry I have stuck with IDEA in their thick and thin with the same post paid mobile numbers.

The assigned account manager is so complacent and uncooperative towards my requests that I have to continuously follow up with him instead of him showing initiative.

After escalation no proper response received. Why is the Appellate authority at Idea Cellular so lenient towards its arrogant employees and complacent in interacting and communicating with valued platinum customers like myself to resolve my grievances.

Over a span of one and a half month small issues related to VAS have not been attended to properly. Like, MCI rent removal and reversal took over a month to be actioned. During this period no MCI reports were generated when my mobile was out of coverage. The data plan linked to the rental has its cycle date automatically changed, to which no resolution has been provided till date. Upon escalation, not even the courtesy to call and resolve these issues has been expressed lately.

I sure hope IDEA Cellular an integral part of Aditya Birla Group has some respect for its parent company and its patronizing customers.

I have purchased a panasonic eluga L2 phone on 10.08.2016 at Reliance digital at Hasthinapuram, Karmanghat village, Lb nagar circle, Hyderabad.On 17.11.2016 i noticed the phone was not functioning at all. I went to Reliance digital they told me to get it repaired at RABSA Utility solutions (India )pvt ltd, Abids, Hyderabad. I went to Rabsa on 18.11.2016 they have examined the phone & informed that the battery has to be replaced which may take upto 14 days. Its been more than a month but it is not replaced.They are not giving any response.Just saying to come next week n next week so on.My time is wasted a lot. with due respect, i am manju rani goswami only window of late pradip kumar goswami, my husband died on 22 of may 2016, after that we have done everything for pension as my name mention on the pension book we thought that should be on ppo too, by after some months waiting i found that my name was not on the ppo so i need to add this, i complain to the allhabad (registration number doppw/e/2016/08843) then i go though the proper channel (dist sainik board) and send application form to bangalore record office on 7 th of sept 2016 but still no result come . Hi this is Praveen i have booked tickets for 6 peoples for Mysore sightseeing on 18th December 2016 on Sunday.
It shows that the bus would come to pick up at 6:00 am but the bus haven’t come at that time later i have received call from the driver at 7:10 am,
We waited a long and as the contact number they have provided is not responding we have to just come back to home.
So we were really frustrated with this as the contact number is not responding or not reachable in the morning, we decided to postpone it as there is an
option available in the website but we were shock that it’s not accepting the postponement of the tickets and throwing the message as: We are unable to process the request.
This is really shocking if this is not working then what is the point in placing this in the website ?
Finally just because of their neglegence and not responding we had to loose Rs: 2460 and that’s Rs: 410 per person.
I have no words for them they are really cheating the customers with the irrelevant way.
I am really sorry to say please do not book through this travels as they never respond. Finally i would like some higher authority to take an action.

I tried making in account payment through paytm 5 time .Money has been deducted from my bank account but the payment has not yet done 2 time .I have raised complaint against this issue to the paytm 1 days ago but there is no response from the paytm.These guys are very irresponsible and they dont even bother to resolve the issue .its like 1 days since i have faced the issue but upto now there is no response.I want the money back immediately and am never gonna use paytm again.my paytm account is with 9828453848

Refund amount of Rs.23, 382.00/- against Amazon.in (Order Id # 408-5760263-2468319) not yet initiated/received as of now after so-many-days even after return product has been successfully reached to Amazon Fulfillment Center but full refund amount of Rs.23, 382.00/- against-the-same not yet received till now. So, I therefore kindly request you from the every very corner bottom of my heart that please Sir/Madam to kindly do the needful and refund my full amount of Rs.23, 382.00/- as soon as possible so that I can again use the amount to replace my order for the exactly same item product from Amazon.in through a completely different seller this time.

I have received SMS saying recharge with 88 Rs and will get 1 GB data for 28 days. But when I recharge I got only 200Mb 2g data with 10 days validity.
Then called to customer care they said reliance will send these offers to all the customers and before recharging need to call customer care for confirmation if we are eligible to this offer and with out any information customer care persons are redirecting calls, because of this we need to wait for more time until call connects to the customer care it will irritate like hell.

i have ordered for koutons cotton trouser 10-15 days back i received polyster trouser when i made complaint regarding same the customer service people told me send we will replace also when i asked for arrange for pickup the customer care people told we dont have pickup facility u send by ur end amount will be credited to ur bank account and u will receive replacement after sending i got same polyster trouser again.i have sent mail no response they are not picking the call tried from friday.
THIS IS FAKE AND CHEATER SITE PAY, CC AVENUE AND ALL PAYMENT GATEWAYS SITE MUST BLOCK ALL MONEYS.
I DIDNT GET THE PRODUCT WHAT I HAD ORDERED AND MORE OVER SHIPPING CHARGES WHICH I PAID ALSO NOT REFUNDED.I WANT MY MONEY.STOP CHEATING AND HARRASING PEOPLES
