I have bought JioFi modem. However, the connection is very very slow – I am unable to browse anything. Most of the time I get red bars. Even when I get green bars, I don’t get any browsing speed. I had bought the JioFi moden thinking that I will get high speed browsing but sorry to say I am very disappointed. Please resolve the issue on priority. My jio number is 8368938260

I have bought a watch from canteen which was not working properly one repair has done but after that watch was not working in a proper manner watch needle changes time instantly after some days watch machine not working properly i have gone to titan world and they have watch for repair but and after repair also watch was not working in a proper manner

Birthday cake was supposed to be delivered on 14th Dec. Order was placed 10 days prior – not a last minute order
On 14th Dec, no cake was delivered nor was any contact made to the telephone number provided
On 16th Dec, I called customer service and complained. I was told that in 24 hours, they will revert.
No revert or response for 72 hours. I called again and then I am told that the courier could not locate the address.
First, FNP does not bother to call back within the promised time, Then they have the gall to tell me that the address is not found! Thousands of students stay at that hostel in the center of Berlin and a courier cannot find the address? If I google it, I can see the exact location. The courier should have called the number which was provided (which is the very purpose of providing a phone number)
Now, not happy with the fact that they completely ruined the Birthday surprise, they say that a refund will not be made!
When I questioned this, they say that they will now deliver the cake this week! How cool is that – to get a cake one week after your birthday?
I need a refund of the money I paid – not delivery of a stale cake.

But due to some reason i return them back in my bank account but they did not credit.after that i mail to paytm they reply me through a system generated email that after 2 working days amount will be credit.after 2 days i checked my account but the sum is not credited.i again email paytm but till today they reply me through the same email and amount is not credited.i also visited my branch but they said we cannot do anything in this u only contact paytm please help me.

I was booking the train ticket on the Double Decker 22626 Bangalore (BNC) – Chennai (MAS) for the 20th of Dec and twice I logged in and tried to purchase the ticket, the money was deducted but it said the service was not available at this time whilst issuing the ticket.

However, an amount of 535 + transaction fee = 546 Rs was deducted twice and I do not have any ticket as well.

You have made an online payment of INR 535.0 with Transaction ID 1107093323 towards payee IRCTC INDIAN RAILWAY from your Account XXXXXXXX on Dec, 19, 2016 at 18:31 hours .

I would request for a refund of the above amount of 1192 Rs = 546 x 2 through my ICICI account. I am also unable to book in the general quota so please compensate me for the additional charges for booking a tatkal as well

I added Rs 1000 money on paytm wallet and I sent it to bank account by send or pay and received a text that the refund is processed and it will take up to 7 business days but it’s been 11 working days. I have raised my query on call and also on Paytm app but got no help or a positive response. My wallet txn id no is. 4210128301. The payment I made on Date 03-12-2016

I don’t know when will I get my new connection ? How long I wait for that.. Give me a correct answer or else plzzzz cancel my booking.. I will very depressed my dad asked me daily. Already 4dayz gone.. I thought tata sky service is much better service than other service.. Bt now i knw which is better.. Dnt say lie.. Daily i called you you guyz are give the same answer repeatly that was”technician will contact you within 2hrz yesterday also called the executive he said the same answer.. No technician will call me still now.. When will he come ? Give me a correct answer r else plz cancel my booking.. Am n a city then no technician will near in my locality ? I ordered some items in snapdeal. really really really bad thing u guys done is giving courier with FedEx.

we are ordering and using online service for reach the items on home, not at middle of road or any City location.

Please maintain Scheduled delivery date.
My item delivery date is in between 13 Dec to 19 Dec.
But Snapdeal send a mail on 19 Dec, Your Item will be delivery between 23 Dec.(4 days delayed email..!!!)
My Order is not moving 15 Dec to 19 Dec. showing on Your Tracking wabpage…!!!

Complaint Details:
I wanted more details about my order no 2359413336. I had placed 2 orders. I had clearly stated in the complaint tickets that Rs 618/- from my bank account and Rs 44/- from my paytm wallet (that is a total of 662 ) has deducted from my bank account. I had enquired in the bank also regarding this issue. The bank manager said that amount has been deducted from the bank account from PRCR/0000000000000000000000/NOIDA.
I have attached the statement too. And as per your records why is it so? if the order not placed then what about the paytm wallet money. Its really disappointing to experience this kind of situations from the Paytm service.
And now you people deleted that order details from my profile…
So I kindly request you to refund the same amount to the bank account and paytm wallet as soon as possible.
