I returned the product as I was not satisfied with the quality of the same on 15th of December. I have not yet received the promised refund. Dear All Concerned people.

It was worst experience i am facing after online shopping from best deal.
My product order no 1357262 for LED bulb received on 25th Oct 2016 and the quality was so poor that bulb was very low light. I complained in the same date on their no and got assurance to replace with in 5 days or refund the money. Product returned to company with pickup no. 397711954444 by 1st nov.2016 only.
but even after the 2 month from now i have not received any refund amount.
I have called more than 50 times over phone and every time got assurance to get refund but all in vein.
The have already spent more than Rs. 500 to get refund of Rs.1000.
Mr Sudhir, Mr Rahul and Mr Dhiraj who all been been discussed with me many times and gave false commitment. I have wote mail at cs@bestdealtv.in but didnot got any call or reply.
It was worst experience i have been with best deal.
I again request to refund my money otherwise I will move to consumer court.

Scam or fraud: Motorola Mobility — Unable to provide repair status for nexus 6 and Moto 360 smart watch

I have submitted my Nexus 6 and Moto 360 second generation smart watch as both were faulty and both were in warranty to BM gadgets services off karve Nagar Pune. The job code number is AMSBMS001647. It was submitted on the 19th of November 2016. It is over a month now and neither the service center nor Motorola are giving any details regarding the devices. Please note that for the smart watch I was given a manual job sheet.
I have been following up with the service centre and Moto care and have not got any info about the repair status of the devices. Also the original charger provided with the phone was faulty and under warranty, but the service centre has told me that the charger is not the correct charger and they will not be able to replace/fix it. Moto care is also not providing any details about the charger

Scam or fraud: Hathway — Clear case of cheating in Indore by Hathway

I have applied for connection on 14th of Dec 2016 in Indore, Scheme No.53. One of the Hathway employee (I’m not mentioning his name here as I ‘m expecting company to take necessary action against him) told me that I will get connection in a day and maximum time is 72 hours. I have given him cheque for 15th Dec and money is already debited from my account. I asked him that are you sure of connectivity there, he told yes I’m very sure.

It’s been six days nothing happened. I was calling him and he was telling everyday that it will be done today. On 19th of December I called him and he didn’t receive my call. I even messaged him but no reply from him. Then I called on a landline number, 0731 4778888, and given complaint. They told me that I will get a call back from concerned department but I didn’t receive. I called them four times and every time same response. In my fourth call they forwarded my call to some senior person and he told me that connection is not possible in that area and they are aware of this.

Today on 20th Dec 2016, I came to know that they have done this even before with Vodafone office which is just next to my office. This shows clear case of cheating. I have Hathway connection even at home and I didn’t expect such an irresponsible response from Hathway.

Hi,

Service for my prepaid mobile – 9960841215 is stopped on one day notice that i have not submitted document. i am using this number since last 11 years.

there is no response from Airtel customer care.

I have submitted all my document again on 17 December 2016 to Global Enterprices, Sasane Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune but till now no service is started.

this was my primary number and coudnt do any online banking transaction.

My son was selected in FIITJEE PINNACLE – Two Year Integrated School Program for IIT JEE. But he didn’t join the classes. I applied for refund and sent so many mails. But they are not giving any reply or refund.
Don’t join FIITJEE. If you want to leave the course in between, you will get not a single rupee in refund. They will not give a single rupee in refund. You will loose all your money.
