I have order a watch from Grablon.com and the order number is 14034 on 2nd Dec 2016 but still waiting for an update/status for my order. i called multiple time on +91 44 3083 3900 but no response. I have dropped multiple mails to Grablon but luck.

Can anyone please help me on this as already paid Rs.4099 via online.

Hi Team,

I have purchased TVS Jupiter on 4th Dec 2016,
but till now i dint get Number for the same, I am always asking to showroom for number they are giving me junk ans like RTO is not providing the number.Where as my friend who got the vehicle in last week he got the number.
It clearly indicate either TVS showroom plying with me or they are hiding something or may be they are not taking follow up with RTO.
Even I raised request in TVS site also ref no-43323

Hi

I have tried to send my paytm wallet amount to bank account on Dec 16 but the status is showing as Pending. I have sent couple of mails to customer support but a set of same predefined rules and procedures are informed.

Till date no resolution is there from paytm.

Please find the attached screenshot for reference and resolve the issue immediately.

This is to lodge a GRIEVANCE against my Order Id OD607864452404034000

I had ordered a Moto M on the very first day of its launch, i.e, 15th of December 2016 which was due for delivery on Monday, 19th December. When the delivery man came to handover the product, the mobile which we were supposed to handover in exchange (Galaxy Grand 2) had a flip cover over it rather than its actual back panel. This was of lesser significance to us and when the delivery man refused to take the set with the flip cover, he himself suggested that we get the cover and he shall come by Tuesday to deliver our new phone and take the galaxy grand 2.
We waited with our old phone in a proper condition to be exchanged but the delivery man did not turn up on Tuesday, and we got no intimation on his arrival whatsoever.
We waited patiently for a day and on Wednesday, when we inquired about our order status since we had been eagerly waiting for the new phone, we were informed that our order has been cancelled, and the reason was customer rejection (totally unjustified).
I am really disappointed by the service. I was so anxiously waiting for the mobile and now I’m sitting here typing this. I need to understand how can I order get cancelled when your delivery person himself suggested that this can be done the very next day. I also need to understand on how the order can get cancelled without even asking the person who placed the order. And I also want to understand that how, because of a minor problem in the exchange phone, our main order can get cancelled since we could have paid the full amount for the phone without opting for exchange in that case.
Did this happen because you have the sole rights on selling this device and due to its shortage in the market you seem to compromise your valuable customers or is it because flipkart is stooping low to poor services like this.
I really need a quick action on this, explanation to all my points above. I need the phone I ordered to be delivered to me ASAP and the old one exchanged just as how the the plan was.

Have bought country club membership from kandivali worth 85000 last year August. For which have already paid 25000 just on the condition that there will no any payment from my side for 1 year after that per month emi I will pay for remaining 60000. But from September only bloody started calling for full payment.we have said you are breaking your condition. They have harassed a lot for payment. Then thay told us ok do 1 thing, we will give you holidays worth 25000 but till date no bloody holidays we got nor membership we are using. They idiots just enjoying my money. I will not leave them. I don’t want faltu membership, nor holidays. Just refund my 25000 and hell with your Cheaters.

Again today I will transfer Rs. 500 paytm wallet to my bank account – This also shiwing still in pending . I have register a compliant almost 10 times for the same issue but still this issue is pending . I think you are 100% fraud in india . Don’t cheet poor people money . your customer support is 0% .

We introduce ourselves as Vasal Educational Society located in Jalandhar, Punjab, having 7-8 current accounts in your bank but right now we are very disappointed to write that we have applied for 3 EDC machines for our schools on 14-11-2016 & till date only one is been installed whereas we were told that all machines will be installed within 12 days. This is totally annoying that now your staff is not even attending to our calls & we are feeling harassed at the moment.

An immediate action in the matter is requested so that incompetency of your staff do not harm our business anymore.
