They r big time fraud I order my garment on 30th of August puja n mamta r dealing with me they make a big promise but all fail. Today is 22nd December n I have not received my garment till now they have taken an advanced of 10000 bugs n after receiving they all vanished. My function has also over they promised to dispatch garment by 15 days. Plz never rely on them they r a big time cheat I have ever seen in my life. Plz help me how can I take my money back from such a big fraud people.

I have purchased a mobile for croma and paid through mobikwik and their was cashback of rs 1000 but not recieved cashback till now…as i called to customer care no. It busy all the time. So cant get response. I have also submit a complaint ticket but didn’t get any respnse for it. As the mobikwik is worst for me now. And as well as no new offer are their in mobikwik.

I have been a loyal customer for Videocond2h for more than 2 years now. Recently I had an issue with the d2h for the first time after the Cyclone in Chennai. I called the customer care on 15th dec 2016, 2days post cyclone and raised a case as there is no signal on d2h. I was told that the issue will be fixed in 2 days. After 2 days I received a message with the Technician name and phone number. Same day I received the call from the Tech confirming the address.

Tech did not come till evening, So I called him to check the status. He responded saying that this is not under his assigned area and will not be able to come and assist on this.

I phoned again the same day to customer care and spoke to the rep who said that he will escalate the case to the area head to fix the issue. There was no update till the next day.

I called them again the next day and Rep transferred the call to his supervisor. I spoke him and he promised the same thing that he will escalate the issue to the area head who will fix it. no response.

I called them again the next day and spoke to an another supervisor who started saying the same thing, so I requested to escalate this matter to his manager.
Manager came on the line with me. He promised that he will phone the area head and call me back with the update. I never received any call for two days. Now I am in a point to cancel the subscription and move to a different provider all together.

I already provided details twice for wrong benefits obtained against wrong info offered by paytm (scrrenshots too) but noone in paytm gives proper answer. They tried to push it to operator (Airtel). I confirmed the issue with them and forwarded reply back to paytm too. But still this complained got automatically closed. earlier too the same matter got closed without proper resolution. Moreover paytm has no higher authority email to complain to. No phone no. The links given for higher authorities on website dont work at all. I am not using paytm since them without utmost urgency. I think more people should know how little care paytm gives. Its not just about 45 rs of me that are gone, its about my time being wasted and frustration against the trust i put on the company.

I purchased used car from Spectra Motors at Borivali (e) on 20th June 2016.
Sales Executive Ashraf Shaikh told me that I will receive Registration Certificate from RTO within 45 to 60 days.
I met to an accident on 31st October 2016. The car is damaged in this accident and now the car is in garage for repair work. The car is properly insured in the month of August 2016.
The garage operator is not performing repair job on my damaged car even it is insured. He said he will require Registration Certificate to claim the insurance.
I am following up with Spectra Motors Borivali (east) since last 6 months for Registration Certificate. Now the car is in garage since 31st October 2016. Spectra Motors did not submit required application and documents in RTO, because of which Registration Certificate is yet not filed. As inquired in Borivali RTO, the officials said the application and required documents are not submitted yet.
I want Spectra Motors to be punished for this delay in their responsibility for which they have charged me. Please help

Hello,
I Just got a message that the above waybill shipment is undelivered due to “Consignee Not Available”. Let me tell you since morning my wife is at home and she did not heard any doorbell since morning.

and even if there is no person available at the mentioned address then why the guy didn’t call on my cell?
How can he mention Consignee Not Available without visiting\checking the house???

Moreover i had called more than 3-4 times on customer care number 1800-266-0123 and when I press 9 to talk to the executive then there is no voice from other end, it’s stays silent.

This is serious issue needs to taken as consideration.Please take some action again the person who is responsible for this wrong status update and deliver me product as soon as possible.

My vehicle met with an accident on 06/11/2016 & intimated the claim on same date with cover note no- 0001520254 and spot was also conducted, as vehicle was released from police station on 12/11/2016 I have kept vehicle at automotive and informed insurance company alos submitted all the documents on 13/11/2016. Initially Mr.Lakshman from universal sompo said, we will settle in total loss. then after 10 days Lakshman has said to take the vehicle in my custody and keep safe to avoid parking charges. after 23/11/2016 we are calling but there is no response from insurance company. I am a daily wage employees and like this harassment making my life miserable. All the documents are valid as per my knowledge and insurance company is making so much delay, not even saying when the claim is settled… till date no one has called me… if you cant settle the claim, i & my family will suicide, i am not able to pay finance and cant take finance. My family is dependent on this vehicle. kindly help me in settling the claim on priority.

I have tried to transfer the funds on 2016-12-21 from my paytm wallet to other bank account with the Order ID 2431772917. This transaction got failed and the funds Rs. 5000/- got deducted from my paytm wallet. Neither this funds transferred to the bank account nor it is refunded in my paytm wallet. The wallet order is 4760971413 is showing in pending status since 1 day. I have reached to the customer care at 9643979797 multiple times I thought the PAYTM is trust worthy for shopping and for the transactions and thought customer care is very responsive if any issues there for the customers. But after the multiple attempts of calls and emails from the past 1 day I have found there is no such care for the customers though PAYTM company states that there is 24X7 care, 100% assurance that if we have any issues our money will be refunded immediately and paytm trust. But what i realized is there is no such care for the customers and I have lost trust on PAYTM. I’m in a need of money and it’s an emergency situation for me. Please some one help me on this issue.
