I ordered Resqtech 25 Liter 12V DC Bucket Car Washer which was delivered on 17th Dec 2016. After removing the bubble wrap, I noticed that the inner box was completely crippled and the product had some scratches. One of the accessory (gardening attachment) was also missing from the package.

The condition of the product is such that it not even looks like a new product. It looks like a refurbished product which was sold by falsely being claimed as new.

I called the customer care within 1 hour of delivery and informed the issue. I was asked to share some photos and I immediately shared some pictures over email. I did not receive any reply / acknowledgement confirming the email and photos were received. After waiting for 4 days, I called the customer care today and came to know about the pathetic customer service they provide. The agent talked to rudely and after repeated requests of transferring the call to a senior team member, she did not agree. On top of that she told me that since the product is not completely damaged they cannot refund the money. I was surprised by the response as while ordering it clearly mentioned EASY RETURNS!! After wasting more than 15 mins with her on phone, I had to finally give up. At this point I dont know whether I will get a replacement or my money back. I request for legal action against this cheating business.

I ordered PEVPKYXEP -(Working From Boardwalk Sneakers : 36) on 28/10/2016 worth Rs 799. But it was not of good quality and not as shown in pictures, I returned them on the very next day. I have tried to reach the site since then, they are not refunding my money in form of credit points and sending me the same product again.
Today is 21/12/2016. I want my money back.

User ID: 1108412194 the internet connection was closed on 25 Jan 2015 and bill amount to be paid of 327.64/- which I was not able to make payment as the account was suspended, and had request them to collect the amount and even the device, they havent collect since 1 year after repeated calling and how they are charging 1800/- for nothing or there will be a court case, this Tikona Company is fraud and is forcefully taking money from people. it a mental harassment.

I, Velpula Sakuntala Devi purchased Maruti Wagon R VXi AMT from Varun Motors Pvt Ltd, Varun Towers, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on 06.12.2016. The Vehicle is equipped with Audio System. As per instructions at 2-48 (Chapter-2) of the Owners main manual, for operating the Equipped Audo system, the owner is instructed to to refer to the Supplementary Owners Manual provided with the Vehicle. Unfortunately no such manual was provided with the vehicle. On enquiry the local Vender says that no such manual is provided with the vehicle in reality, Inspite of such statements made in the Owners Main Manual. Under the circumstances, I am unable to understand the use of different buttons of the audio system and thereby not in a position to enjoy the real audio Options of the system. Please see that the supplementary owners manual for audio system is supplied tome immediately.
