Vodafone has deducted a balance of INR 215 for services which I have not requested or even enquired. Here are the details of deduction: Love sutra – INR 75
Fashionbunny – INR 35 (3 Times)
Tube world – INR 35
I have even sent a ‘STOP’ messages to 155223 which was suggested in the message by Vodafone. But it is being continued. I using Vodafone from last 7-8 years and this is the first time I’m being ‘looted’. I want my balance back.

Sir,
I have applied for discontinuation of my landline number 0474-2457141 and surrendered the instrument in Jun 16. Action on the application has been taken and the number has been disconnected. At time of application, the staff has told me that the money deposited will be refunded through cheque. But I have not received any reply till date.
I hereby requested that necessary action may be taken on this case.

Hi,
I am the account holder of ICICI account for last 2 years, as I am not using since last four months. I have recently transferred some amount to my Account. When checked latest transaction I have found 514.25 Rupees has been deducted from my account as SMAB Chgs NOV16+Stax67.08.
I want ICICI bank, how can you deduct amount from account without notifying me, If you say that my account should have minimum balance. you have to notify me through message or mail. You haven’t communicated that you are going to be deducting from my account.
Is this the way you are acting with the customers, see 500 rupees in not a small amount for individual. Please get back my money to my account.

Please note that i have called four times for the bill of my food processor since it was not locatable at my place. I was promised to get the bill copy thru mail in 24 hours, since then i have called 3 more times, but in vain.
A message has been received of the solution to my problem, but mail has not been received yet.
Bajaj people are calling me to come for repair of the food processor and there are lot of problem faced at home, since mixer are integral part of cooking food.
Request to solve the problem asap and donot give false promises and false messages.

I had order from Street Style Store an online store for shopping. The order was dispatched by the store. It did reach Pune on 16 december 2016. However it has not yet reached me as yet. its been over a week now. the order is still undelivered. I tried Tracking my order and reaching out to them but they never answered my calls. I boarded flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 21/12/2016 via indigo airlines. When I landed Mumbai I saw one of my bag being opened and all the things on the belt and not in the bag. Also realised that one plastic box which was kept on the side of the bag is stolen which had pair of pins and some artificial earrings. The zip of the bag was open which had plastic box. When I approached the indigo counter in Mumbai airport the staff didn’t help. She said their is no difference in weight. She checked the weight of my bag when I loaded in Ahmedabad and now in Mumbai. As the things that are lost in hardly any weight they are not taking any formal complaint. The matter over here is airline touching and opening your bags and not taking care of it when it was marked at fragile. My PANT number is K7R2GS and flight number is 6E 313. The staff who attended my query is Jayashree mumbai airport. Await your help.
