I am also a victim of this company. I’ve taken 25 year membership by paying 20K. I requested booking last month and they demanded me to transfer money. After i transferred, they did not do any booking and now not responding. I enquired and i came to know that they moved to Chennai now to cheat more people. Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a student of B.tech (EE) in PTU campus college, Batala and lives in Gurdaspur, Punjab.
I have to up/down daily from Gurdaspur to Batala by bus which fares Rs.70 (35+35) of total expenditure on daily basis.Thus i issued my Punbus/PUNJAB ROADWAYS bus pass which is valid for all (Non AC) roadways buses of Punjab.But now, the bus condustors are rejecting the student bus pass and says that pass holders are not allowed in these buses and come in old roadways buses (green coloured). They shows that these (red strip) buses are under kilometer scheme (hired buses) but mentioned on sides and in front of bus that is Punbus/Punjab roadways.But terms and conditions of student pass doesn;t concerns with such matter.
Similarly, PRTC buses are not allowing the student pass also and same case is arising refering to punjab roadways.
Thus I want to request you to please appreciate the student’s problem whom have to face in daily up/down.

Complaint Details:
I made a prepaid order, when things were delivered half things came and half which were delivered were in unconsumable condition,
I ordered cashew full (Sabut) but they were all crushed,
Fruits like kiwi and sapota were all rotten and smelling bad.

I raised issue with delivery boy he said no worry things missing and rotten will be delivered next day.. No one came i called up after 3 days several times then they blocked my account and are denying to take back the damage things they have delivered, fruits now i have thrown away and niether delivering the missing products.

They took full advance payment of rs.21770 from credit card for a single cctv camera on 12/12/2016 and promised to install it the next day. I kept calling the whole of the next day without any reply on when installation will happen. They gave me a schedule only after i threatened to cancel the transaction and that schedule also they were not able to follow. Finally i cancelled the transaction and have written to their centralized customer care for a refund. It is almost ten days now and i am yet to get refund. They keep transferring me to some other department – from customer care to shopping and then to some other ‘unknown department’. Nobody has contacted me from this ‘unknown department’ where they claim that my complaint has been escalated. I want to approach customer court for my money.

Sir, as i had got an offer while doing shopping at a mall, i had added of rupees 6000 to mobikwik wallet, but at the cash counter no otp received, so i had lost cash back upto 1600 rupees. Moreover now i am unable to transfer money back to my bank account. Not even able to recharge my mobile using the wallet money. I had contated customer support, but they always telling all their executives are busy. It’s been 5days, but tired of calling or getting any response from the fraud people. My ticket i’d is#5678964. Plz do a early response or else iwill lodge a police complaint against the company.

Complaint Details:
My subscriber ID is 1060154620, I had a trouble in my connection which is not working since 12th of December, i lodged a complaint on 15th December & the customer services associates assured that it will be resolved within 48 hrs. Called again after 72 hours and was told again that someone from the technical team would call however no one has called nor has anyone come to rectify the problem. Extremely dissatisfied with the services, Poor customer care service with unable to resolve any queries. Service associates like Praveen and Saurabh who are senior executives keep promising that it will be resolved soon.
Even after asking for a refund have received no revert till date.Please confirm the refund policy for this poor service .

I had purchased Overseas Travel Insurance from TrawellTag wide Policy No. 0216002616991528983. I have submitted my claim on 25.11.2016 with all original documents. I would like to bring it in your kind notice that neither company has settled the claim nor giving any satisfactory reply. After contacting their Chandigarh office, I got the reply that it will take another 2 months.

You are requested to look into the matter.
