Scam or fraud: Amazon India — Return pending: Low quality & different product delivered & charged high

Have purchased one mobile case
ORDER NUMBER # 171-0957571-3277105 from Amazon that was showing under the category of Metal protective covers worth INR 595 on 12th Dec 16 after paying the full amount online. Have received my product on 17th Dec 16.

I was shocked when I opened the packet “one low quality plastic cover was there which is available for INR 99 on other online websites” immediately after which I’ve applied for return of this package after asking full refund. The product shown in the images was totally different from what it was been delivered.

I always trusted Amazon but now after this misleading incident I would never prefer buying things from here where there is no guarantee of quality of authenticity.

Further, next day one Amazon representative came to pick up the return package very rudely he asked ” Kya problem hai ismein toota thodi hai kyun return karna hai reason batao” –I said this product is different from what I’ve ordered.
Then he had called someone and asked “Sir inka product galat aaya hai” I dunno what that person replied from other end after which that Amazon guy said “Main ise nahin leke jaa sakta koi aur aayega 2 din mein wo le jayega” I asked the reason, he replied my machine is not working so it is not possible.

After this pain I’ve waited for more than 2 days & called up Amazon customer service number where I was given assurance that product will surely be picked up within 24 hrs from now. Still no one has picked the package and its lying as it was since 10 days. And cherry on the cake is that over that I’ve received text message from Amazon that your return request has been cancelled at the time of return.

Want my product to be returned & refunded on immediate basis to avoid any further consequences that may spoil the image of your brand.

Scam or fraud: Myntra.com — Committment Failed

I am a regular shopper from Myntra and have not faced any difficulties in past 3 years or so. But for my last 2 orders, Myntra guys have annoyed me like anything. It is all about their deliverability. I had shopped items for my wife and thought that it will be delivered to me in time. Even I got the notification from Myntra that my products are in town and will be delivered by End of the day. When the delivery boy was Out for Delivery, I had tried to check with him that when he is going to deliver the product. I had given Office as my Delivery address and my home is 25 km away from my office so I leave around 5:30 pm IST from Office I had called delivery boy 25 times but he didn’t bother to pick up my call and answer me. I wanted to request him that please deliver me the product before 5:30 pm as it would be convenient for me to leave for home. So i waited in the office till 6:15 pm and then i called the call centre twice.. they obviously had no answer for this. So i esclated the matter and spoke to their Escalation desk. I spoke to Mr Punit and he said he will look into the matter and would update me accordingly. He tried calling the delivery boy but he didn’t pick his call as well. by that time, i had left my office considering that he ruined my surprise and was very upset with the way things went. Mr Punit had called after 30 mins to tell me that he had arranged delivery for tomorrow in first half as per my suggestion. He apologized to me and said it won’t repeat.

Date : 21/12/2016 : I suppose to get one exchanged product but as usual the delivery boy didn’t even bother to deliver me. I spoke to the call centre and there I spoke to Ms Deepika and she understood my case and assured me that she will take care of the things. Deepika tried the delivery boy phone but it was not reachable. I said i want the product before Christmas party otherwise it’s of no use. She said she will make it tomorrow.

Date 22/12/2016 : I got a call from Deepika saying she is still not getting a hold of that delivery boy and hence She can’t assure me of anything. Then, she called me up in the afternoon saying you product is going to get delivered before 5:30 pm. I said ok. Again, the same thing started happening. I called up delivery boy but noone picked up the call. I again had to wait till 6:22 pm to get my product. Finally I got the product. But this time it was some different delivery boy who delivered the product. When I asked this delivery boy that I never knew that you are coming. He said, he is a new joineee and dont know about anything.

Meantime, I called up like 18 times to call centre to see where is the delivery boy. Nandini, Sandeeep and Ramandeep Singh are some names with whom i spoke yesterday regarding my concern. At last Ramandeeep singh manager to speack with me and then I told him everything and said that i want to talk to the Highest Escalation POint. He said he will arrnage the call for today i.e 23/12/2016 11 am. Till now, I am waiting for call.

Some Names Here :

– Mr Punit : Who failed to fulfill his duty and looked into my concern. He did not pay attention to my complaint.

– Call Centre Representatives : Who did not pay attention to my request. Also, some of them disconnected my call. Also, they are not following up my issue

– Sachin Shinde : Delivery boy who annoyed me twice and worked according to his convenience.

– Rahul Waghmare : Delivery Boy who annoyed me as well

– Santosh (New Joinee) – Didn’t had any update regarding my product.

This incident happened in baner Road, Pune.

This is a clear cut case of Mental Harrasment which happened to me. I had paid the full amount and they had no right to harrass me like this. They have zero value for customers. Misleading Customers by sending different Delivery boys.

I hereby asking for compensation and apology.

I am ngawang paljor of pnb bank acc user, as i made a online payment in a shopping website and after that i cancelled the order, so the website company sent me the refund money transaction screenshot and the still it didtn credited to my bank acc. as i tried to call the pnb customer care, it says busy and try again later . can you consumer complains do somethinf about that.

I had purchased TVS JUPITER (Engine No BG4HG2300692) on 30 Oct 2016 from Nainital Motors Haldwani (Uttrakhand) for Rs. 65, 000/-. At the time of purchase I was convinced that the registration documents will be delivered withing 15 days. But till date I have not got any documents. Despite of repeated request and reminders the dealer is extending dates only.

The scooty met with an accident in between and I am unable to repair or get claim of insurance due to non availability of registration documents.

Please provide me the correct information for going ahead for next step.

We are using Airtel PRI connection through RF link for our Telephone ( EPABX) operations at our Plant located in Thonnakkal, Trivandrum, Kerala.. Our entire communication is through these phone connections only . This connections is creating too much issues for the last two weeks and 80 % downtime is happening for the same. And now the connection is completely down. Even the issue is escalated to the higher levels of Airtel Authority we are not getting any response for the mails and calls. Even the account manager is not picking the call and not responding at all. We are facing very serious business loss due to the operational issues because of this communication link down time. They didnt contact me for last 3 Days until i contact them.today is the second day i contact them. They still not delivered the parcel. Now i want to cancel my order and want my payment back. I was tottally disappointed with your service

I added rs 5000 from Credit card (Axis bank) to paytm wallet (9008026515) on 23 of December 2016, Amount got deducted from my PAYTM,
I mistakenly made transfer to ICICI Bank account (625301526274) instead of (625301526174), but not credited to my account

Tried calling to the paytm support number multiple times but unable to connect.

Please have a look into this issue and resolve asap.

I transferred the money back to my account – 4700 and 4700 two times. But I received only 4700 rs and whole money has been deducted from my wallet. it’s already 12-13 days has been passed. I complained many times but problem still persist. They are claiming of successful transaction but only giving me detail of 4700 of first transaction. the second transaction’s detail they are not providing.
