Today i have paid my LIC premium Rs.3481 through suvidha care at centre below wadala bridge . my policy no is 927240266. I had given 4000 n person in centre given back 500. I requested him to give Rs19. he refused to give back 19 saying (????? ??? ??? ??? ????) even though i showed him line on receipt (No service charge for premium paid at suvidha point)
I request you to kindly stop this type of malpractice at ur centre

On 20/12/2016 I bought things of amount 761.69 Rs and while paying at the counter, they said transaction not occured for first time so swiped again…but afterwards i came to know that the money has been deducted twice.When i asked them, firstly they said it is under process and it will take 3 days but now they are telli that they didnot get the money twice in their account.They asked me to call the bank and its weekend so i cannot do that..but in my m-passbook it is clearly showing that it has been credited to their account…I really wanty money back because be for them its such a small amount but for an individual its not…I am attaching the snapshot and the receipt of the purchase..Kindly help as soon as possible..Thank You

The seller didn’t send the product only… Sent a wooden piece and if I raise a return request or to refund they are not even doing that… My whole lot money is gone and I don’t even have product, … And if I speak to Flipkart customer care manager… He is suspecting on me… The worst scenario… Can’t assure the product first and suspecting on me only… You all are so worst that you aren’t ready to accept the mistake … Worst Flipkart…I don’t want product also man… I’ll buy from Amazon just give me my money atleast back…I have raised return request on 22nd December at around 6 pm when I received no product…And now it is 24th December… 7.30 pm near… Whenever I call customer care there is only a same Saying…Sir please wait for 24 hours more and sorry for the inconvenience caused thank you and have a nice day… I’m feed up now…This is last I’m complaining here…After this I’m going for consumer court… Because it isn’t a small amount for our family…It is a more then a one month payment of my dad’s salary…Only because I wanted it…He has spent…But after seeing so much struggle I don’t even want it…Just give my money back that’s it…

So, you requested for the bank statement for security purposes. I have then forward the bank statement and yet did not received any call from your side. I’m following up with the mail since 4-5 days and yet there is no response. So its a humble request to revert me at the earliest.

I have ordered I phone 5s on Dec 8th. Order- ID-21293686782 and snap deal failed to deliver the product and postponed 3 times and even after they failed to deliver the product.Hence I have cancelled the order on Dec 17th.and got the cancellation confirmation as well after that as per tracking update I suppose to get refund amount on Dec 23rd. But I haven’t got till now and not even single call from Snap deal.it is very pathetic poor customer service and they are cheating to Customer’s. My name is Balbir Singh, I did a DTH recharge for ?200 on 15-1- 2016. The site crashed in between and the transaction failed, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I had filed a complaint through care@freecharge.com on the issue on 16-12-2016, but the amount has not been refunded even after 9 days. Kindly ensure the refund of the amount as soon as possible.
