Hi, 25 Dec 2016 around 11.45 I have picked and billed kimia dates 500mg, but in bill it was another product.i have experience of buying kimia dates @ 200 in other market. I have also asked the same to get clarification.franchise branch manager was too rude and irresponsibly answer my questions.he is just abusing other sells that not paying tax etc.. I have paid by debit card rs 300 (dates 250+ mushrooms 50).he not ready to take return the bill. And product a manual bill with no tax split.they have no proper accounting in inventory local franchise spoiled the name of nilgiris . I never this brand to my friends and peers. Attached the snap on manual bill.a and again billed mushrooms in system. How do they filing returns poor responsible

We stopped at This petrol pump for fuel and to use the restroom.My Dad was in the washroom so my mother and I were waiting outside behind the toilet.After a while we hear the owner yelling at us on top of his voice and used foul language, as he assumed we were peeing right behind the building.He could clearly see that nothing of that sort was happening even after which he continued yelling at us.We clearly explained to him that we were just standing there, he continued yelling and arguing.My Dad interfered even after which he didn’t stop and continued fighting.The state of the washrooms are even worse, there wasn’t In sanitary conditions at all.We belong to a very respectable and reputed family.We want to keep India clean and be a part of Swacch Bharath initiative.Even in long journeys we make pit stops in petrol pumps to use the washrooms.The least we expect is to have clean washrooms.Having clean bathrooms are basic necessities.Those washrooms looked like they haven’t been washed since ages.The irony of this is that when we confronted him about the washrooms he gave us petty reasons, while maintaining a harsh tone.I request you to please look into the matter.I want an apology.Even after seeing we weren’t doing anything of that sort he continued to yell and didn’t stop.He wasn’t sorry for his behaviour.

Hi,
I transferred money to Paytm wallet of RS. 500/- on dated 08th dec 2016, I checked my balance on 15th Dec and found balance is 0. I am sure I didn’t make any transaction during that time. I sent multiple emails to Paytm but they are not doing anything. I would not recommend any body to use paytm, I made a biggest mistake to use paytm, now I have seen the support and service of Paytm.

Complaint Details:
I have a complaint against a digital express store nearby our locality. They are carrying out the activities as per their choice. A week before we visited the store to get jio sim but inspite of having the sim they postponed it to the next day.
This is the case since last 2-3 months since jio is available at digital express.
Today 25th december also I visited the store, they said that we on our willingness have decided not to distribute the sim today.they don’t treat the customer properly.moreover there was no coordination among the two.One postponed it to monday, while the other to tuesday.
After contacting other stores i came to know that they were distributing the sim, and the distribution isn’t stopped officially.
Does all this seems good, they can take decisions as they wish.

Hi,

My name is Ravi from samaypur new prem nagar mcd colony. Mother dairy is a good brand but vendor in my area is ruining the brand name, he is charging extra money. Charge on the pack is 25/- but he charge 26/- when i asked him that why he is charging extra then he said “lena hai to lo hum to itne me hi denge, hame bhi itne ka hi milta hai”, it’s my humble request please look into the case and take appropriate action.
