For the last two weeks my tatasky cable connection s not functioning, mysubscriber id is 1203309146. sinc it is not useful to me I need this
tatasky connection to get disconnected immediately today itself.
because tomorrow my next recharge date wherein I have to pay Rs. 705 without any use. sSo i request for the disconnection of this facility without giving room for further comlaints.

I had made a bill payment for my vodafone mobile, and currently its stuck on “payment confirmation awaited”. I have tried their customers care services but they are all self help service, I have never been able to talk to a real person on phone. My problem is that since that message had shown, it’s been stuck there for about 2 days and there’s no valuable information that is being provided by Paytm regarding this matter. The amount of 600 rupees had also been deducted from my Paytm wallet since then, and there is no option for cancelling the process. I am stuck with my RS 600 amidst this processing that’s been continuously going on for two days.

Not happy and very diaappointed the way customer get treated..just because of 4 days are over so I could not applicable 4th free service…of my bike…before that I never get any message for services..but u r people have record they approached me for service…I took 3rd service after given date so they direct skip my 3rd service & count that service as 4th service. They have not updated me for the same. Today I asked y r u charging if my service is free on that they give me this explanation. I think big organization like you look the concerns of the customer.

Sub:Masti pack got activated automatically.
I did not activate Masti pack from my no. 8675476821. But my balance Rs.35/- was deducted on 25.12.2016. Kindly refund the amount to my number 8675476821. Also often this problem is occurring and I’ve informed about this to your customer service. Even if I use the adblock or popups block browser this keeps on arising. If this continues I’m really sorry to say that I have to deactivate my number.

Apne phone pe likha tha 10 day return policy fir iska kya matlab hua. Jab me is phone se satisfied nhi hu to ap bolte hi jabardasti isko use kre?

Sir, this company have promised me to deliver my items from pune to meerut in 7 days… I have given them my stuff on 20th december 2016…Its 25th today and they haven’t even loaded my stuff till now… I really need my stuff before 29th but I don’t think they will be able to deliver it…please help…when I told I will complaint about your company…they told go ahead and were very rude at their approach

I am waiting for resolution on my complaint that was made on December 9th.
I have made about a couple of dozen calls to the service center to get my internet working again. Unfortunately, nobody has bothered to send a technician to take a look at the issue, despite several promises to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Reliance customer service representatives are refusing to open a new ticket, because there’s one already open for about a month now. It is not only pathetic but also sad that Reliance as a company is unable to provide a service for which it is happy to charge its customers.
I have had a similar experience two years ago and gave Reliance another chance, after they reached out to me following a Facebook posts. Unfortunately, the service level has deteriorated and the customer care seems to be specifically trained to lie and make false promises to customers.

I have purchased one Titan raga watch on 23 rd December. when I open the snapdeal pack box, I seen dirty full of dust titan box . no warranty card provided. the same day I have contacted snapdeal customer care and I got nice response stating that you will get replacement in day or two . after two day one stupid from snap deal customer care called me said that replacement not possible. it sees snap deal not authentic enough to sale the product. No trust. I suggest not to procure any product in snapdeal. Poor customer support.
