You have installed your system on 14/12/2016 at my home with your package of Rs.1800/- which included one month free(Rs.560/- package) and we have paid Rs.2000/- extra Rs.200/-.
Now you have de-activated your service today e, i 25/12/2016 with out any reason to show your package have been completed.
Furthermore, our package will be completed on 24/01/2017 but you have de-active service today, I request to you resume my service from today and should be compensate my lost up to provide in service from your side.

So pls solve it now. And require call back by higher authority. Which are able to solve that problem by priority basis. Froid (rs.1000) is to be Done by paytm at 10 Dec.16

Sub : Complaint against lost consignment and Misbehave with customer by DTDC courier
services

Sir,

I had used DTDC courier services to send a courier to Banda (UP) from Gurgaon dated
28th July 09. The courier company had told me that this parcel will be delivered to
the consignee with in 4 to 5 days; but today 18.08.2009; the courier has not been
delivered to the consignee, on the other hand they are not able to track this
courier even. No response had came till date from them after my repeated follow ups
and telephonic plus my personal visits to there regional office in Gurgaon. When
ever i ask for the same they told today it will be delivered. Last day when i
visited to there office they misbehave with me and said “do, whatever you can do” .
After that i reached to the nearest police station for this. They told me i should
complain to Consumer Forum for the same. Now i am feeling helpless..

You are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me, what can i do against them and help
me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.

Pls register my grievance ASAP and as I am mentally and physically tired with
followups with DTDC GURGAON REGIONAL OFFICE.

they are givng me not service which still I owe from them(4)services .I AM GIVING MY INSTALLMENT IN TIME . BUT LAST 2 PAYMENTS I HAD MADE WITH PENALTY FOR 1 DAY LATE .BUT THE INTERESTING THING IS THAT THEY HAD WITHDRAWN RS 287.50 FOR ” 6 “TIMES ON 10.08.16. AND THE ‘7th ‘ONE AT 8/12/2016. THEY ARR STILL THREATENING ME OVER PHONE AND CREATING A HUGE PRESSURE ON ME. I AM A WIDOW .THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY HEARD EARNED MONEY.I HAVE TOLD THEM MANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT LISTING TO ME ., IN SPITE THEY ARE THREATENING ME FROM ANY CALL CENTER STILL. HELP ME PLZ.

I have paid my phed Bill by Bill desk on 2nd December 2016 my balance was debited but when I got my bill again it was not credited in Bill the amount is of 358 and transaction I’d is 163379588331 request to resolve it asap. On faith of Bill desk every thing is worthless I got a notice from phed to pay that amount.

Complaint Details:
I paid to make my trip thru mobikwik wallet today, ( ref number HMBK4998709147) for Rs 4871/- to book a train ticket thru make my trip.

Make my trip has confirmed that they did not receive money and hence my ticket did not get booked. (the make my trip ref number is NR2151226831216C01. it says that transaction has been unsuccessful).

Mobikwik customer care insists that money has been paid to make my trip and are being unhelpful.

So both make my trip and Mobikwik are not willing to help and find a solution

Please help and have my money refunded.
