Complaint Details:
I have been using Readylink in Coimbatore area. Their customer support is very poor. Their internet service is kind of prepaid. There will be a due date on every month before which we have to pay the internet bill. The due date for me is the starting date of my connection. If we do not pay on that particular date the internet connection will be automatically shutoff.
What really happened to me was, I paid the bill through credit card. But my internet connection was cutoff on the due date. When I called the support they said your bill is not paid. I told them I have paid through credit card. They said the payment might not have been successful. So I waited for fewdays and called my credit card company. They said the payment was successful. Again I called Readylink to convey that the payment went through. They again said it is not reflecting in our system.
It has been almost 20 days and there is no reply from them and I also do not have the internet connection. When ever I call them they do not respond properly. More than 1000 Rupees was charged to my credit card and I do not have internet. Readylink says they do not have any option to check from their side.
I doubt that their bill payment system is good.

Hi,

I have ordered Apple I watch & Fossil watch cost of 24.5K on flipkart sale day (18th to 21st). I have placed order by using my debit card. After 2 days of order confirmation Flipkart cancelled my order without any reason. Also they didn’t notified me while cancelling the order.

When I checked with Flipkart customer executive they are not responding properly and saying that problem with seller.I want my order and don’t want any refund.

Initially, I went for cashless treatment, and it got a query was which was answered by Doctor/Hospital and by late evening it was approved.
But Hospital had already given the discharge summary, and if I had stayed for more they would have charged again and a new discharge summary was to be issued(as per hospital billing). So, I paid the bill and applied for later
reimbursement.

First they asked a query – Why the patient was admitted as the treatment could have been done on OPD basis. Doctor/Hospital answered that as the patient had severe anemia and required blood transfusion immediately so need to be admitted.

But, now after one month of applying for reimbursement, I get the email that the claim has been denied.

Reason for denial:

On scrutiny of claim documents, it is found that patient Kamla Devi received conservative treatment (Blood transfusion) for the condition of severe anemia, RA and osteoporosis, patient was admitted primarily for anemia,
confirmed in query reply provided by hospital. As anaemia is not payable as per current policy terms and conditions, claim stands denied. We regret our inability to process the claim.Since the claim does not fall within the purview of the Policy terms & conditions, we regret our inability to admit the claim. If you have any other information or documents to substantiate admissibility of the claim, please provide the same within 15 days of receipt of this email/letter.

When it was approved while cashless, how come the same can be problematic later, as the treatment was same. While the patient was admitted they even visited hospital to check and gave a “get well soon card”, and now at the end claim denied, In-spite of paying for this medical insurance for many many years for four people, this is what one get when the need arises. What a shameless act of deceiving people.

I had almost completed my shopping and had left the trolley near the wow momo section for around 15-20 minutes to go upstairs and checkout the items there. By the time I was back my trolley was missing and the staff could not help in tracking it. Bangalore, kundalahalli hypercity. I had spent nearly an hour shopping and the staff was unable to help me trace the trolley . Totally unacceptable.

Hi
I would like to inform you in my society building there are many unauthorized illegal occupancy and construction.

All open terraces have been completely covered by metal sheet and captured by the different flat owners. Another big problem is that people staying above my flat are throwing waste food, garbage and spoil materials that are causing sometimes very bad smell into my flat because it is just above the metal sheet and windows are right above the sheet.

Very surprising that the secretary of our society is staying right above my flat and his family members are creating this problem most of the times.

I personally brought this issue into the meeting of managing committee as well as in AGM verbally and in written but till now nothing is done and the Mal-practice is continue. I also showed them the photos of the said situation.

These types of Mal-practices are also dangerous for the residents and other members because stock of garbage and rotten materials can cause many dangerous diseases.

I also feel that secretary and some committee members are making the rules according to their convenience and for personal benefit to apply illegal charges and harass the members.

They just make the rules whatever they want give illegal permission to some of the members for illegal occupancy, open terrace covering and other constructions.

For your kind information I am staying out of the country and my flat is on rent so they always keep me or my tenant harassing for nothing by applying unnecessary penalty and charges which are nowhere justified by bye-laws or NMMC rules.

I am looking for your kind support and favorable action in this context of my above said complaint.

Sir ., I TRUSTED redbus and booked tickets -for 3 persons from Chennai to Tuticorin on 23rd of Dec.2016 and the bus was very very ordinary bus without A/c NO quality worth rs. 1200 what they charged i feel am cheated if Red bus can get any refund it will be well and good. I have recharged my Airtel number for Rs 50 only once today at around 1:30pm but it has been recharged thrice a time without my request so please kindly revert all my recharged amount back to my FreeCharge account as soon as possible please do the needful and I didn’t get 100% of cash back of Rs 55 by recharging through FreeCharge.because of this I am very disappointed . This type of service will spoil FreeCharge reputation.so please solve the problem soon as possible thank you.
