Complaint Details:
The prepaid taxi counter in front of gate 3a arrivals tells people they are from governmen but they charge 550 rupees instead of the standard rate of 250! They refuse to accept debit cards citing non sense reason. Both of above are criminal offences in view of consumer rights and the government initiative. Please do the needful since around 20-40 passengers were duped today.

I made a booking last night for my friend from Marol to kalwa Mr Rajesh a car driver was the one who served . I was using ola money very first time and was unknown abt the fact that money gets auto deducted . So my friend also paid for the trip i.e Rs 437 and money also got deducted from my account . Driver DONT EVEN KNOW how to use the software WORST TRAINING SUPPORT . On the very next day i called on customer care pooja helped me with drivers number and i tried calling him the whole day no one is answering the call and again was trying to reach customer care neither customer care number is answerable .. IMPROVE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE FOLKS.WHAT WORLD YOU ARE INTO..and find the way for me how will i get my harden money back.

I’m rajini Srikanth from Hyderabad, I had purchased Samsung Galaxy j5prime from big C showroom at mahabubnagar in the month of November 2016 and I insured my mobile at that time, but your agent hasn’t uploaded my details and he dint provided me policy no. In the mean while my mobile and I met with an accident in this series my Mobile has damaged and I had taken estimation letter from authorised service center. I attached all these details and courier to your office which is at raghava ratna towers, chirag gali lane in Hyderabad, but up to now there is no response from you people already ten days are passed away.

Complaint Details:In prasad exotica apartment there is Christmas celebration and since 3 days they are using loud volumes at night even after 11pm. Now it became custom here, celebrating festivals without thinking about problems of other residents. We have old citizens at home and small kids…but not considering others problem. Same we will face during new year also please provide your urgent support.

I got recharge of rs 349 on my no 9675518989 the recharge provides unlimited std+ local mobile calls as shown in Vodafone website but instead I got 2058 MB data. On talking to customer care they informed it is offer in 347 recharge and they tried to mislead me. I am a very old customer of Vodafone my this no 8859279484 is also quiet long associated with Vodafone but such kind of response from Vodafone is not expected I request for immediate reversal of this data benefit and provide me unlimited call std+local call benefit

The order was marked delivered by Snapdeal courier partner on 5th but I received the same on 15th.
The product I have received is different from the one ordered by me. The size I’ve ordered was 10 but I have received is 9

Kindly get me my money ASAP.
I complained about the same to snapdeal but didn’t get any response.

Hi,

I met with an accident in the month of July and went to a bike parlour in vashi.
A surveyor was assigned for the insurance claim who approved for all the parts damaged in the accident after all my documents were submitted along with the
Claim form dully filled . It is been more than 5 months, the surveyor never answered my phone call. I took my my bike from parlour on 07/07/2016 after paying the whole bill amount. I was told by the surveyor that I would get my claim amount in 15 days which will be transferred to my account.
The surveyor never answered my phone call and i have still not received a penny from the Insurance company.
It should be a legal case on the company for having such Fraud employees.
I want my claim amount to be transferred to my account as soon as possible. The surveyor’s number is 8452817122. This guy should be penalised for not working in the right way.
Iffco Tokio Company should look into this matter so that the customers are not cheated like this ever again.

period of insurance : 15/09/2015 to 14/09/2016.
I have paid again taken IFFCO-TOKIO insurance again this year believing in the name but i am highly disappointed after the kind of service i received from the company.
