Scam or fraud: ICICI Bank — Violation of ethics

Complaint Details:
Bank offered me two chargeable credit cards with the same number without my approval. I had never asked for such card and didnt sign any documents. I got the call from customer care executive but i didnt show any interest in such unwanted card . I only requested to start my non working card if possible which was life time free card. To sell such non sense card bank people are violating the bank norms. this is very much serious issue.

Hello sir m using paytm wallet since 1 week ..at friday m transfer 4000rs through paytm wallet to my S.B.I bank account but still 4days now i did’nt get money in my bank account ..i already complaint about it paytm customer care and email support but no one help me so plzz help me sir its urgent for me plzz…

I had opened my acount with Paym dated: Nov 24 2016 at 2:56 pm. I’had no issues with my transactions till Order No: 2405844157 at 1:11 pm, Dec 17 2016 when i transferredan amount of Rs.4000/- into the Paytm wallet & later clicked on Return to bank option at Paytm Cash Txn ID 4625223401 2016-12-17 01:13:12 PM then an auto new Id showed transaction pending Paytm Cash Txn ID 46258678092016-12-17 01:29:11 PM since then that fund is still pending with the company.

I’ve lodged complaints for this transaction daily but the response to mail is this reply from here end which hardly solve my issue:

We would like to inform you that usually amount credits in user’s bank account instantly after initiating a transfer from Paytm wallet but sometimes delay happens because bank takes up to 2 working days to process the transaction. (PSUs bank takes up to 3 working days)

In case if the amount doesn’t credit and transaction fails, then amount automatically rolls back in source Paytm wallet.

Respected Sir,

This is to invite your urgent attention to the of heaps of dirt and garbage that have been accumulating in our F-BLOCK, house no :(F-1169-1202)Chittaranjan Park, N.D.19, as you have always tried to make a swach bharat.

Every second day, the sweeper of our area have been absent most of the time. Even we complaint to our local MCD Councilor as well as sanitation inspector but all goes in vain. As a result, heaps of garbage is lying along the lane/s. Both sides of the lane in our F-Block, house no F-1169-1202) remain un-swept for days together resulting in an unbearable stench.

Also the sewage system stop working periodically in our back lane from house no:F-1186-F-1202. It has become a breeding place of Mosquitoes and is posing a hazard to the heat of the people of our block.
Beside this there is no fixed time when we will get the water. So, we have Show more… to ask for tanker for almost everyday, and we have to pay the tanker a hefty amount .
While we have approached our area MLA, DJB official and even letter to Hon’ble CM office but, all goes in vain.
Therefore, I/we request the concerning authorities to look into the matter seriously and take necessary steps for solving the problem.

I have recharged Airtel Mobile No 9789006397 (My relative) with Rs. 195 & Rs. 198 erroneously mentioned in vadafone and Aircel from my SBI internet banking account through oxi services on 25.12.2016 the problem is the amount of Rs. 195 & 197 has been deducted from my account but I have not received the recharged amount to my SBI Account.

Scam or fraud: Airtel — False promises/Cheating/unresponsiveness beahvior

I am very sorry and disappointed to say that Airtel is my worst experience in all the ISPs I have used.
I am writing this when I am utterly frustrated and disappointed by Airtel’s False promises and worst service.
To begin with let me point out the issues.
Firstly Airtel should fire sales person Faiyaz(contact no.: 9620562585, 9740978943) who is giving bad name to airtel by giving false information to customer.
While describing the plan he informed me that I will be provided 16mbs speed for 1049rs with 55GB data whereas it is just 8 mbs I am receiving. I talked with the technician about speed, he asked me talk to sales tam, as sale person only given the application to configure 8 MBPS. Please note I have paid 3 months payment 3961-/ rs (Transaction id: 1206334976) before connection only, still got worst service.
He also said that I will be provided a landline telephone device but installation team said they cannot provide any device.
When I tried to reach him he did not pick my calls, I have escalated this to his manager but no results.

Now come to service part After installation I was informed Internet will start working in 4 hours but I have to chase and do multiple calls to Airtel team to get it working after 3 days
But to my surprise just after 30 mins it stopped working. Then again the same story I did multiple calls to customer service and your team and after 10 days of calling, raising multiple tickets at the end I get internet
But the disappointment continued the Wifi Router device provided by you is very cheap and inferior quality one there are no signals even within my 3bhk house. I asked to your team to replace the router but they said they cannot to do so before 1 month.

I want all the things which are promised to me or else refund my amount.

But bank manager behaviour is very rude like we are a not human .my uncle age 40 but he have everything documents but manager wants birth certificate and then we are asking he told me I am not raven I have not ten head to work more .manger always taken rest in duty time but now coming little work he talking like dog .he doesn’t know where need of Borth certificate. Scam or fraud: Lenovo — Lenovo Zuk2 plus Mobile repair

I gave my phone(Lenovo ZUK2 plus) for repair at B2X Flagship service centre in Jayanagar Bangalore on 3rd December. (RMA# SOIN0540511612030002).
At the time of giving the phone to the service center, they told me that it will be serviced within 7 days. Till now they haven’t provided any feedback on the repair. Since 2 weeks I m calling them and even today they still have no idea how many more days it will take. Saddest part is that the phone is in service center more days than with me.

This is very bad service support provided by Lenovo team and I am already informing all my relatives and friends to never buy lenovo product. This will be definitely shared in all the social media networks.
