Scam or fraud: Micromax — Issues with volume up and down and auto data loss

Complaint Details:
I purchased Micromax Q461 on 20/6/2016 at the price of 8, 300 from G.S. Cell Point. After the usage of 2-3 months i found some issues with volume button, touch functions and phone started heating up. I visited the service center they submitted it for 7 days to resolve the issues then they returned the phone and after few days i found the same issue again I again visited the service center they did the same process again and this submitting the phone for days and returning process kept going on for 3 months. I visited the service center frequently still there is no result. Phone is still having the same issue. Even two times for 5-10 days your company took the phone to handle issues but you guys failed to fix the issues.

And the misbehave of service center people!!!
If you are not able to repair the issues, why don’t you replace the phone ??

Purchase product, after 2 days, product is not geting power on, had done conversation over phone, and they put technician call, rather then replacement, now i got message that technician call is cancellled, and nothing can be done with phone, really surprising that company can do like that with there customers who trust blind folded on them

I have Airtel subscription mobile no. 987901407. I applied many time on airtel official website for activation of DND ( Do not disturb) . But everytime, thee is msg, it will be activated, but no action still. I feel headache due to this stupid service. I am receiving lot of SMS from marketing companies, every minutes mostly i receives. I request to note my complaint against Airtel Mobile services and ask company to deactivate of sending such kind of Promotional offer, Marketing SMS.

I purchased moto g4 plus mobile phone ?14, 999 from amazon on 13/12/2016 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 15/12/2016 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 75260826354010698430374 & charge auth code# 265713
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour by branch also.
Don’t know what to do

Respected sir,
I beg to state that, in Esi model hospital rourkela-4, there is some of the doctor not present in the hospital in Maximum of the days, due to which we (patients) are facing so much trouble in treatment.we couldn’t be referred to any other clinic or hospitals for the treatment.some of the patient suffering many deasess or illness and when they have come to the hospital they found the doctor is on leave, and there is no other doctor to maintain that position at that moment as a releaver.sir if we have that like of much money to cure the illness or deasess at any other private hospital then for why we make insurance on esic .The late treatment and hospitality couses many people dies.
So.please sir take some necessary steps to make the Esi hospitals reliable for the insured people and also the labour category insured people because they have no other option for there treatment due to which they Lossing their life.
so, plz sir kindly inspect on this purpose for which we’ll heartly gratefull to you.

I purchased Oppo F1 S A1601 Gold (Sr. No: 863084032349334.) Store Location- DEL-ODEONCP-A055 from croma store cannught place new delhi of Rs. 17, 990/- on date-05.10.2016 and they got insurance of Rs. 1, 999/- but the mobile set missed on date 13.12.2016 and also register police complained in GRP Police Raebareli Railway Station on date 14.12.2016.
I Called Croma customer care no. 7207666000 so many times but they have no proper response for my complaint.
Hence therefore, requested to kindly arrange to provide my mobile phone.

I opened a current account with indusind bank Vikas puri New Delhi branch. After checking my account I came to know that the amount of Rs5750.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of signature card insurance charge. I told them I don’t need any debit card. I complaint about it but they say you sign on the paper for that but I don’t know when they take my sign. I request you please refund my money

I went to service center because there was fault in my USB cable they tested it and the wire didn’t work they turned the end of the wire very hard and they showed me a crack in the wire they said it is a physical damage I didn’t argued that you turned the wire or anything else then I asked the price of new cable and they told me Rs.360 when I searched it on Mi store price was Rs.149 K want you to open a authorised original Mi service center in gwalior they are doing the same with others why you have given the authorisation to ITDCL tech support they are disappointing your fans amd coustomers.
