Dear sir/madam,
I have 8 accounts of my family with hdfc bank, all classic accounts, from January 2016 they starts charging 115 rs. per quarter per account from all our (8) family accounts, two times after many request and visits of bank branch they reverse charges at two quarter but after that at last two quarters they didn’t reverse this time so far after so many request and visit to branch, so I am forced to pay 115×8= 920 per quarter and 920×4= 3680 per year from all my family (8) account.
After so many requests and visit to branch and even I say to branch manager today if charges will not reverse or still continue I am forced to complaint to RBI about this and closed all Eight accounts from bank but still they do not reply me well and said please take closer forms from another table and close your all accounts we will not reverse the charges and charges will continue every quarter. and this I can not afford to pay 3680 per year without any reason to bank and also without any GUIDELINES from RESERVE BANK OF INDIA.
right now I got a news from phone banker that my wife’s account is DE RAGE as normal account from classic, without any reason till date I have maintain minimum amount in that account as well, and this will grant them more false reason of charges as per debit card fee Etc.
Also I bring two new policies from same branch and I pay my premium from my credit card first year at start of my policy but second year they not gave me Grace time of payment and take 402.50×2=805/- rs as penalty for late fee even I have 15+ more day’s left as Grace to pay my premium, and I pay my premium just after within 15+ day’s left of mine Grace time in one go of two policies (100000/-) same July month as my policy due date Was 14 of July but still no reversals OF charges till date of this as well.
I have to ask why should I pay this much of ammount (3680) per year without any reason ?
Now I am forced to complaint against all of this at you ( best business channel) and as I ever saw you will help CONSUMER’S every time and raise the voice of consumer’s againt any bad policies of companies.
Please help me about this.

Sir,
On seeing your advertisement in TV, I had placed an order for “Knees pain Lep and Oil” which was sent to me through courier. It was a 45 days course and its cost was Rs.3, 600/-. On completion of this course, I received a telephone call from Asthijivak last week and I was informed that now you are to take one more course containing Capsules and Oil for 2 months duration. Accordingly, I placed order for the same. On 15/12/2016, I got the packet through courier. For this I paid Rs.2, 500/-. I was surprised on opening the packet as it was containing only three small bottles of 60 ml each. No capsules were sent to me. Thus the packet sent to me was not as per order. Further, the small bottles are also containing half filled oil. Obviously, it is also insufficient for 2 months course. I would also like to mention that the MRP printed on this packet is only Rs.1, 990/- whereas I have paid Rs.2, 500/-. Following is requested :-

(i) Capsules may be sent immediately so that I may continue the treatment.
(ii) Oil for 2 months course may be provided and the packet supplied to me may be exchanged with new one.

Sir I booked registered parcel at Govt post office BODHAN-503185 Telangana state vide No. CA006189260IN. On 26/10/2016. With ack due. To address is D&J international, Nana varacha, Sardanà, Surat-395006. item Not delivered UpTo 2/11/2016. No updates available from 2/11/2016. And item not delivered till today. I lodge complaint on 2/12/2016. Vide No.50318500005 in india post website. No response Till today. item not delivered and not returned. I Lodge a complaint in pg portal also on 7/12/2016. no response. Automatically this case closed after fifteen days of lodging a complaint. Even the problem is not solved..I got phone number 02612574257 of Sardanà Post off ..I made a call to post official of Sardanà about my parcel. He replied me that we returned the parcel on 7/11/2016. I asked why don’t you update the details. He replied that serve busy and net is not working. Sir my parcel not delivered and not returned till today. Sir can I claim the value of my parcel. I think this will be my third complaint cause no reponse has been made.I ordered a product on 16 december, my tracking no 187596496, thinking myntra to be a good proper service i oredered the product but to my horror its very Bad, totally not worthy of online shopping today is 26 th december i was supposed to get my product on 24.No action has been taken so far. I Have my Current Account in Canara Bank Goyal Nagar Indore as
A/C No. 5102201000076 named ASAUS Technologies.
I have deposited a Cheque with no. 953875 of PNB Manisha Market Shahpura Bhopal of Amount 39200 on 20/12/2016 . but still I have no update about clearance of this cheque. Normally When I deposit any cheque in HDFC Bank current A/C it hardly take 2 days for clearing which is correct as per RBI Norms.
Please Help me in this matter.

Scam or fraud: Syska Gadget Secure — Syska not processing and not taking any action

My mobile got damaged on 24th November my CIN no. is 1611247205. I complained about it on 24th November only and after 9 days on 2nd November pickup was done by syska. Today is 26 December no process took place by syska and it still showing same status as pickup. I am very disappointed by services of syska I called many times but status is still same and no process is going on. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with syska services.

Kindly revert me asap and take action. I am going out of India in January before that I need my mobile back.
