I am still waiting for my refundable money, while i had returned the product on August 2016. I also attached the courier receipt on snapdeal panel. But still, I didn’t get my money back. And the product “Dr. Gene Accusure Glucose Monitor with 10 Strips” I purchased was too poor and not working properly. I followed all the returned and refund policy of snapdeal, but why snapdeal is not refunding my money back till now. Really it is a very bad service of snapdeal.

As I am punit kumar from Patna bihar I have ordered a 64 GB memory card Rs.498/- and I am very disappointed with this product. The product was displaced by other duplicate product and it was already opened before I opened. So, I have to return the product and refund the money…

Scam or fraud: Paytm Mobile Solutions — Excess Money deducted from PayTm wallet

Sir,
I hired a MERU CAB from the Meru Counter- T-2 arrival terminal, Mumbai yesterday (25.12.16) at about 3.00pm. I was given a ticket bearing number 478352 for RS 100.00 and asked to take Meru Cab MH 02____ 9220. I reached my destination at Chembur/Deonar and the fare shown was RS 325.00. I used the Paytm facility and paid the amount from my Paytm wallet.

There was no message from MERU or Paytm on my phone or the driver’s phone regarding the fare at the destination. However, I paid out RS 325.00 as shown on the meter. To my surprise, after the CAB driver had left, I received a message that an amount of RS 900.00 has been deducted.

Since the driver did not get a message on his phone immediately, he took the slip which gives the details of the driver and cab number. He wanted the slip to show MERU office.

I also noticed another meter just above the fare meter, which showed an amount of RS 550.00 Plus (I do not remember the amount exactly).

Since the driver asked for the second slip, I have reason to believe that there is something hanky panky with the dealings of either MERU or Paytm or both. I travel regularly from T2 terminal and I know the fare varies between RS 325 and RS 343.00.

Strangely last time too the driver did not get the message on his phone, though the exact amount was deducted from my Paytm wallet. The driver came back to my destination to say that there is credit from Paytm. However, I could show that it was deducted from my Paytm wallet.

I am a senior citizen and all I am interested is getting the excess RS 575.00 back. At the present rate of Paytm resolving issues (i.e. 4%), I wonder whether you will address my issue, during my life time. It is very painful for me to keep checking and wasting my time. I must say your service is TERRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST.

I hope you will resolve the issue favourably before 31.12.2016.

They are not providing service timely, which effects on my two wheeler, that it’s not working properly and giving me many problem while riding and when ever i ask for service of my two wheeler they alway make many excuses and not provide me service for my two wheeler on working days as well.

As I am Travelling to kolkata in Siyaldah Rajdhani. In the morning on 26th (today) lunch was provided at 2pm. The food was stale. Cz last night only i had got the same food. paratha which was served was smelling so bad and after having a bite I got.to know that it is stale (2-3 days old) it was not fresh. For filing complain i asked abt number and procedure but none of the staff helped me out and when i asked for complaint book they denied. But afterwards i asked 3-4 members of my coach to go in a group. Then they gave the complaint book. I got vomiting and then i took food from station. Your staff is forcing to take complaint back.

I am using Paytm for cashless facility. I have deposited Rs.1000 in my account and used wallet for shopping purpose.The left balance was Rs.611 till 17 December 2016.After that date i wanted to use this facility for payment and logged in that account but paytm asked insert password and details.I entered all details but immediately all money vanished from my account and i was really surprised.From that day the said balance has not transferred to my account. I am sanjiv sharma and i would like to complain about the amount money that hasen’t been refunded to me of the cancelled ticket, the refundable amount is 5100 and the ticket was cancelled 23-12-2016 and i haven’t recieved my money as yet i had asked my bank about the refunded money so he said that he hasn’t recieved the money .So i would like to request to refund my money as soon as possible.

I brought my motorcycle for servicing at Shaurya Automobiles Gr.Noida for servicing today. Eventhoygh their mechanic and washerman is free.The employees at this bad service centre not giving any attention to my request for get serviced my motor cycle.I have waited for 45 minutes now, but even the washing has not started. All the staafs here are just a stuff of un educated people.

Scam or fraud: Blue Dart Express — Parcel not received twice

I was issued my credit card from icici bank which was to be delivered through Blue dart. After waiting for a few days, I called at blue dart office, requested to send me my card asap. But no response. rather I was told that their executive attempted to deliver but couldn’t locate my house. I wonder at least he could have called me if he was not able to find my location. Again I called them to deliver and requested that the executive call me when coming. But again he didn’t make any call nor deliver it. I am sure they didn’t even make any attempt. eventually I had to go to their office to collect it.
Another disappointment, when my credit card statement was to be delivered on time, I waited for so many days. Later I get a message saying it has been delivered to Mr Anshul…Now who is this anshul I don’t know. Can’t they even call and confirm if it has been delivered to right person. I am extremely frustrated with your services.
Apart from this I have tried many times calling office but no ones takes calls also. It feels like they just don’t bother about customers at all.
I am talking about blue dart branch in Ganpati plaza, M I Road, Jaipur
