We have booked for a room in Sai Lodge Tirupathi. Our booking no.HTLGNGRB73. we have reached Tirupathi by 25.12.2016 midnight n visited the hotel Sai with my family my wife n son.. we are surprised to note that there is no room available n they are also not aware of the booking. Their response is very bad. Please do not pay and refund the payment to my account. We have verified n found that there was no hotel available through out the night. How you are depending on these small lodges projecting as hotel. Please do not pay to them as we have not stayedn refund the payment to me. I am very surprised that redBus is having tie-up like these small lodges . There is no study conducted by redBus before engaging them

Hi this is Chinki
I transfered money back into my Bank account from paytm on 19th Dec. 2016 and txn ID is 4708814717 but 7 days past none money appearing in my bank account. I m in very much in need of that money and I m not getting any response from paytm side as I logged complaint 500 times and it is very irritating and mentally torturing
Please help me and sort out this problem as soon as possible

I dont have any adequate information online regarding it. I invested 2500. And no official is ready to help. This is so depressing. My money is gone and my friend did not recieve it. It is embarassing. Worst service ever.I did notify the customer service. I could hardly hear the voice. He just gave me a random email id to contact. He didnt even text it to me as I could hardly hear his voice. I felt like my money is unsafe in this bank.I regret using their service. I will close my account here and ask others also not to make such dicey transactions.

Hello, I started using tikona in Feb 2015. They have a joke for Internet service. 25 out of 30 days were spent by me calling up the customer care for issues. This went on till December when I decided to stop their service. Called them up multiple times and told them that I am changing my Internet service provider from January 2016. Which I did.
I repeatedly asked them in Dec and Jan to take their antenna and wires. The calls probably went to deaf ears.
Then they started an overdue billing charges.
And today I received a threat call from some advocate in Delhi asking me to pay up or go to court. It was 1380. This is literal mental harassment. And judging from the various tweets sent out to the handle bajpai_prakash and the discussions on quora I know I’m not the only one.
Their customer service is non existent.
As a student, all I could do after the call was pay the bill but I do not want to let this slide as this company needs to be called out for the fraud service they are running.

Its been 2 month over still not got any refund of my deducted amount.this is my latest complaint number 371981.already i have made two complaints for this issue, but no response from redbus. worst service by redbus. customer care peoples are saying we will resolve within 24 hours but its been 2 month…what this idiots are doing ? and also they have sent message that they will transferred money to my bank account and some reference number they gave when i went to bank, they said they have not any amount with this reference number.what the fuck this redbus company is…

Hi Team,

I have been said that rewards points can be converted to rupees while provided credit card of 4726429044021513.
But later i came to know that rewards points were not converted to rupees, and raised a 3 complaints against it and the guy who gave me false commitment to sell Credit card.
But i at-last i got a response from them stating that there is no miss-commitment.
So i want to escalate it and i want my money back, so that these people will stop these fake commitments to sell credit cards.

I have been in call with 2 of your customer care agents today raising concern on my last bill amount.

Actually my datacard plan is 3GB@350RS. which would be 402 Rupees including taxes.

But i have received the bill amount of 583 rupees.

I have inquired the same with customer care agent of yourselves and he said the extra amount which is added up is due to the roaming charges.(he said there is two dates i.e 16/11/2016 and 15/12/2016 i gone outside of local coverage and used around 3.7 GB of data)

I was surprised to hear that, how come the 3.7 GB of Data would cost only 157 rupees that too in roaming and where is my actual data bundled with the plan .He misinterpreted the bill cycle as usage dates.He was wrong in all the information provided.

I explained him clearly that i never traveled outside of Tamil Nadu nor even outside of my local place to have the roaming charges levied. But he was never ready to take it up and he said you can raise the concern to our senior authorities in weekdays between 9.30 to 6.30.

Then i hung up and logged into the self care portal there i seen the roaming data used is 0.00 for last month then again called your customer care, call was picked up but no one spoke( i could here the noises at the back) . i didn’t hung up waited for sometime, after some time some one took up and said “sir please speak up else we need to disconnect the call” not sure whether it is technical fault with him that i was not audible.

I explained the scenario and he asked for sometime and came back asking ” Are you sure you never traveled outside Tamilnadu? ”

Again i told him i never traveled outside of my home taking the datacard. Then again he was checking the information for sometime then came up with answer that my plan is not unlimited. Over the limit used Data charges might be applicable.

But This was not told in the first instance when i opted for this retention plan they explained.

They said it would cost 402 rupees including the Taxes. and after 3 GB usage the pack will be revised to 32 Kbps.

I know this already since after exhausting the high speed data limit speed will be revised and i need to opt out for the Additional Data.

On December 10th i have received the mail saying the same “We have observed that you have utilized 100% of your high speed data limit on your current tariff plan for the MTS data card 8925216059. You can purchase additional data and maintain your high speed by subscribing to our speed booster packs.”

I was not offered any high speed data for that above said 157 Rupees.

Then why i was charged for that?, Why i was not informed about this in first instance that i will be charged?( I was told post 3GB your speed will be revised).

Why i was miss communicated ?.

Why i should get mail saying your 100 percent data exhausted and for additional data you can opt for high speed top up if am already charged for additional data.
