I have visited Axis bank, Anand Nagar branch, Ahmedabad at 1:45 pm 27/12/2016. I have requested for DD by paying through cheque and been told me to receive it after 1:30 hours and gave me blank receipt with stemp on it. When I reached bank again then I visited same counter no 8 where around 3:25 pm the lady to whom I submitted my request wasn’t there and another lady from same counter asked me to check with counter 8 where I presented the same receipt which received earlier and she said “what is this”? Which was a mistake by earlier lady, And I had to visit multiple counters to just receive a DD. I would insist there is lot needs to be improved while consulting customer.

I am using tata sky since last months now, as a forcible option as had heard about their service and now have been personally facing it.
I have subscribed for the package which gives me all the HD channels by paying Rs. 735/- every month and not able to view all the HD channels, for eg. SAB HD, Travel HP HD, Nat GEO HD and when I call the customer care they tell me that it is because my set top box is not under warranty and other nonsenses talks so I will have to pay Rs. 200/- to the engineer who will visit me, which is really not done for the service which is not properly being provided by them why should I pay it.
Videocon D2H is the best, use it in my other house and have the best of service till date. Can someone help me with my query without anty further delay, or should I keep on addressing my issues hereon.

I received a call from number 82720 00984 he said he was speaking from red chief distributor office and told me that I was a lucky customer and won a smartphone and asked about my details and address. Is it a genuine call or spam.
He said he is calling from Uttar Pradesh

I have placed order on Dec 06, 16 and expected Dispatched date was Dec 22, 16 from Delhi as mentioned on tracking chart and when i logged for checking Dispatch status, it says ‘Your order is undergoing Custom Clearance in New Delhi.” and “Delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances. Your order is pending with Indian Customs at the Delhi International Airport. We are in the process of clearing the shipment on your behalf. This can take 2-5 working days depending on various parameters. Please note that there is no additional cost as customs clearance is a free service provided by Miracas International. ”
