I ordered 3 items from amazon and choose to pay in 3 EMI’S. One of the Amazon seller was not able to deliver the goods and initiated a refund. Now amazon has charged the total amount in one go. They state that if a refund is initiated the EMI’s get cancelled.
It is not my fault that one of their seller was not able to provide with the goods. Why are customer’s getting penalized. This is a wrong n dis-satisfactory. I want to mark a formal complaint against amazon India.

The product I received was completely defective.I spoke to the customer care many times on the same.The response was very rude and they were not at all helpful.There is no option available online to return the product.I need an immediate replacement for the said product or my money in return.Kindly look into the issue and address it.

I purchased samsung premium handset galaxy s7 edge on 10th september. After using heating, hanging and pink screen problem arrised. When I visited samsung okhla service centre on 20th december 2016 they checked it and said me the motherboard is faulty. After checking it more samsung executive told me the camera is also faulty, so the motherboard and camera has to replaced. I submitted the handset to service centre and they given my handset back on 24th december 2016 with assurance that your handset will now work properly. But when I reached my home in late evening and started using it then the same problem of hanging arrised. I was frustuated because I paid 50k to buy samsung handset and this type of service is provided by samsung to their high end device customers. On 26th december 2016 I again went to service centre to saught out the problem with my device and after telling the issue to samsung lady executive she now said the screen is also to be changed because it has a manufacturing defect. I was totally dejected because its been 3 months and all the main parts of my handset has to be changed . I was criticing why I trusted samsung, the worst experience ever. I also made a online complaint to them with complaint no:-8438609161 where samsung customer care executive talked to samsung okhla service centre manager Mr Ramandeep singh regarding the issue of my device where Mr Ramandeep singh mentioned him that service centre has kept my device for upto 4 days and after testing the device it has been returned to customer. So, I just want you to raise my voice so that other peaple would not be cheated by this fraud company.
Please revert me as soon as possible as I am waitting for your positive feedback.

Hope in present scenario when emphasis is on digital payment, strict actions shall be taken against the companies who are not supportive or not addressing the grievance of Customer. Paytm in this Case.
1st Case : 18.12.2016
Order food through foodpanda app. First transaction failed and i got msg/ email from both paytm and foodpanda so had to place new order. I also have a message from Paytm confirming the receipt of money from my bank for failed transaction but still waiting for refund of money. Even i contacted foodpanda and they reconfirmed receipt of only one payment and offered me support to question Paytm. I can extract and easily present the chat history with Foodpanda also for any legal action.
2nd Case: 23.11.2016
I used Paytm Wallet for loading the amount to Uber wallet. Amount deducted from my bank account but not reflected either in Paytm Wallet or Uber. I raised my query to Paytm care but so far not received any refund. In parallel i am in contact with bank also. In whole process i am suffering and Paytm (whose platform has been used for transaction) is not even bothered to help me out
For both case I have already raised complaint in paytm and have their ticket ref nos. 14374249 & 1010874036. As a follow up I have written emails to Paytm care and also tried to reach via phone but got no response. It seems Paytm does not care any more for resolving issues. I am disappointed since I am regular customer of Paytm and doing all my transaction through Paytm.
These two instances got my attention but I am afraid if in past also such instances could have easily happened.

On 24th December 2016, I was going with my Family towards silk board. On Marathalli signal while taking left (with proper traffic light signal and turn indicator on), Bus Number KA01F4733 overtook me from left side and started changing lane towards right. There was another vehicle to my right because of which I could not move my car towards my right and got a big scratch on my new car. I tried to get attention of driver by flashing the lights and pressing horn but to no use. I request

They just took money to insure my phone and they have only kept it.
The service really sucks.
In spite of this I politely asked them to return the un-repaired handset but I am not sure why they are not sending it back.
I followup with them daily but doesn’t help.
I placed request to send back the handset at least 5 times so far and still counting, each time I call they will give a new request number but mobile never came back.
It is been more than 4 months this story is repeating, pathetic company.
