I am not en cashing the dividends since 2013-2014 on wards. I contacted so many times to Karvy Customer care and E-mail to karvy. I submitted Rs.20/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper written indemnity bond to karvy office long back but I am not getting my Dividend till now. Latest CML copy, Pan card copy, Indemnity bond scanned copies and hard copies forwarded to karvy office.

Scam or fraud: Across Traveller — Taken Advance – No Package, No refund, No conversation & All numbers works once

I have booked a package after receiving a itinerary mail. itinerary was linked to website. they insisted to pay on same day for availing a special discount.we have made the booking and given 30% advance payment of Rs. 12000/-. after that when i tried to contact them before 10 days to trip start.
1. agent booked me left the organisation.
2. agent taken the money phone off.
3. landline no one picked.
4. any how manage to contact one requested to make the balance payment and after that never received the calls. (nothing about voucher and confirmation)
5. after asking itinerary over the mail again and again no one reply.
6. manage to speak one more different person he also talks about balance payment and said package booked on given price not available we need to give more payment (STILL NOTHING ABOUT THE ITINERARY).
7. we said ok but give me the vouchers they reply offered hotel is sold out now they will give me another option.
8. before a day of trip. we have No Confirmation, No Package, No Voucher, No Conversation and we were asked to travel they will confirm is to us on our arrival.
9. on our arrival we were offered a roadside hotel near railway station booked via goibibo by them. after 24 hrs travel and with 2 kids and one 1 year and second 6 years. we were not having any option that time.
10. next day a cab suppose to be there with driver for sightseeing but noting happen.
11. we checked out and done all the booking by ourselves.

After requesting so many time that travelling with kids please take care of our booking they made it the biggest mistake of my life. we were mentally, physically and financially harassed.

please any one help me i really want to raise a complain against them and want a action to be taken.

Scam or fraud: Maharashtra Ecotourism — No refund well over a month after cancellation

I had booked a 2 day stay in Semadoha complex on 20th Nov 2016, which I cancelled a few days later. Here’s the booking ID BK33664400019469.
Refund status is showing Not Refunded. It’s 27th Dec today. Well over a month. Refund status hasn’t changed. I sent 2 mails to support@mahaonline.gov.in. No replies to them. I tried calling 022-61316406 so many times I can’t even count. Everytime I heard the message that all our representatives are busy. I am pretty sure there’s no damn representative there. Just this answering machine which is playing same damn message over and over again. I even opened a ticket on http://suvidha.mahaonline.gov.in/. Ticket number is 504266. Even its status is same. No action on that as well.

Is this some kind of a sick joke? Lazy and irresponsible people there are just warming up their seats doing absolutely nothing. This pathetic and shameful. How can I get any kind of resolution if there’s no way to contact them?

Please note that we have initiated a refund of INR 1, 111 against unsuccessful MakeMyTrip Booking ID NF7292590249370.
It will take us a maximum of 24 hours to process the amount into your account. Post that it might take up to 3 working days in case your issuer bank is private or SBI, else up to 12 working days in case of nationalized bank for the amount to reflect in your account. MakeMyTrip unfortunately has no influence on these timelines post refund is processed.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

But yesterday i got a call this is a technical error and this happens regularly with make my trip by one Manager Ismail

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am sorry to say that after making several complains for my Haier Geyser whose Model Number is ES25H-H1(H) and which was purchased in December 2011 from Raja Road Dehradun U.K. I have received very unsatisfactory services by your local city service center.However customer Care Employees always had soft spoken to me and tried to help me in all the manner they can.In Fact one of your Customer Care Executive on 10th December 2016 has given me Mr Yashpal’s Mobile Number who is the Uttrakhand Distributor of Haier and assured me that he will resolve my geyser issue soon.

But even after calling him twice I didn’t received a single response from him.And i called him up very fist on 10th Dec 2016 and today you see it is 23rd Dec 2016.

So now you see from how long I am fighting for my geyser issue and thus now want to know that is this the service your service center give to their customers?????????????

Every year we face the same issue in our geyser that water flow gets very thin and due to which bucket fill in 30 minutes.And in the hilly area like Dehradun I hope you might know what the temperature goes at extreme in winters.And due to this problem i am very upset and often think that does there will be any day when I will get hot water bucket to use????

Just to inform you, I would like to share that last when we had our geyser service from one of your service man he informed us that one of the in built valve of our geyser in very small due to which hot water outlet process less flow of water.Whereas now in our New Geyser this problem has been sorted out as it is having a big valve inbuilt in it.

So because this is the Manufacturing defect of Haier Geyser we need a justice from your end.

I am not saying to change our geyser but atleat you can favour us at least two to three services free every year because every year at least four to five times I face this problem.

Thus kindly compensate with us in the yearly services and try to resolve this every year problem and this is my very humble request to you and if you can’t help us in this issue then I will come to know that Haier is just is name HIGHER but not exactly it is and then I will assure myself as well as my relatives and friends to not to trust Haier in future and do not purchase any of their products.

Scam or fraud: Tripgateway.in — Fraudulent Sales Practices adopted and non cooperation in the process of booking

Tripgateway.in is a fraud company which i have already mentioned in my previous complaint. They have already cheated lot of people.

A person claiming himself as a sales manager called me to buy a tour package and made big big luring commitments, which made me buy the package.
Gradually, on talking to them i realized that the person who called me was a fraud and no person bearing that name works in tripgateway. I therefore, lodged a complaint with tripgateway and consumer complaints. Tripgateway official agreed that the person who called me was a fraud and they are ready to give me a compensation. They repeatedly called me and forced me to agree to the compensation terms. I finally gave up on them and acknowledged the terms kept by them. The terms were:
Congratulations, we would like to inform you that you have purchased packages of Rs 8999 according to which we guarantee you to provide you the booking at any destination where you wish to travel for 4N/5D for 4 members.
(Prior intimation required minimum 21-30 days for any hotel booking depending upon availability).
Further if we are unable to provide you the hotel booking then we will refund your money.
Child below 10 years is complimentary.
As discussed with our telephonic conversation we are sending you brand new
Android Smart Watch free of cost as a complimentary gift.
Further your validity is increased for four months i.e 16 months from the date of purchase of the package.
Related any query you can call anytime on the mobile number which we have provided.
Now you don’t have any issue with the company and your query is solved.
Kindly acknowledge the mail so that we can proceed further.

Now when i asked them to make a booking, they rejected my form. On calling them, an official said that they do not make booking in port blair, which is my destination. This is so foolish on their part since they have already mentioned port blair (Hotel Hari International) in their brochure. When i told her about it, she passed on the phone to some other official. The other official then agreed that they have port blair in their list. I talked to her and asked her the reason for rejection of the form. She asked me to made few corrections which were genuine and i agreed to it but one thing which she forced me to do was to mention an alternate destination in the form which was against the terms and conditions, since they have already mentioned in the booking form that if the destination is same, i am required to write different intervals which i have already done and mailed back the form to them.
These guys do not stick to their commitments and are again and again harassing me and forcing me to agree to them.
It is disgusting that i have paid for a tour package to visit some place and these guys are forcing me to choose an alternative place too and they will select one for me.
I request you to save me from this fraud company “tripgateway.in”. They have been continuously harassing me and i am facing psychological problems like stress and depression.

I have purchased Apache 160 bike from Indusind Bank finance at 15 month loan basis. Still completing 10 month due but they are not provide my photo copy of RC book. I went to directly and following there is no proper response. That response person also not picking my phone calls from now.

Very very worst response. In future don’t choose this bank finance.

Scam or fraud: Idea Cellular — Fraud/cheating in billing

Dear Sir,

I am Sahil Sharma and I’ve been an Idea postpaid (9928350429) user for many years now and I have never faced any issues with services, until now. I have been getting calls and SMS regarding a new postpaid plan, which will give me more free calls and unlimited 2G data post 1GB 3G data. So I agreed and shifted from RJSuperb250 plan to RJ375unlmtd3G plan on 21st November 2016 (first day of my billing cycle). I was told at the time of activation that no extra charges will be applied for the change of plan, as this is the first day of billing cycle and it will be activated right away.

However, when I received the invoice recently (21nov-20dec), I found Rs.167.81/- (Rs.144.18 + 15% tax) applied as data Usage charge, which doesn’t make any sense to me because current plan has unlimited data and the old plan had 1GB of 2G data, so in either case I cannot have exceeded the data usage limit. Therefore, the usage charges applied are illegitimate.

I contacted 198 customer care last friday, where the Junior executive transfered my call to his “Senior” Gaurav. Firstly, he was very rude, that’s no way to talk to a customer! Secondly, he was unable or didn’t want to understand the issue. He just kept repeating that these charges are correct.

After years of staying loyal to Idea Cellular, for the first time I am feeling cheated. And I am writing to you as the last resort. Therefore, I request you to kindly help get a waiver of this amount from my invoice.
