Scam or fraud: Amazon India — Refund not initiated for my product

I have purchased moto g4 plus from amazon India (406-0318405-6126767). Within 1 day usage we have found problem with the mobile. Then i have requested for refund but they are saying only replacement only available, and we have mentioned in the product page about that. But in that [product page there is no such information. I asked about that for that they say its seller issue not a amazon issue. I can understand they are cheating me for not issue the refund.

Hi SSS Team,

I have ordered few products with RF no-#1114621, RF no-#1107738, RF no-#1091913. Though payment been made against RF no-#1114621, RF no-#1107738, only RF no-#1107738 been received. And I requested a replacement, but no action been taken. The other products not been delivered yet.

I request the update on the orders.
And I am travelling to Hyderabad on 1st Jan 2017, make sure the products been delivered before that. Otherwise nobody will be there to receive the products and I have to cancel the items.

I tried calling you, but no response and no reply to mail as well!
This kind of behaviour is unacceptable!
I paid for the items, and I have rights to ask the update, since it is already more than 25 days and nothing is really happening.

My DTH account number: 3013159812. My setup box is not working for last 15 days and i have raised multiple requests(7 requests) but no response. Everytime i call someone say they will send an engineer same day but no-one had come in last 15 days. All my requests are closed without resolution. I’m very frustrated with this kind of customer service.Planning to disconnect all my airtel connections & move to tata sky. Airtel Service is WORST!!!

I brought a shoes in 2000 rs, but shoes got damage just in 10 days . When I went to the exclusive store, they was in no mood to listen . The both quality and service was pathetic . Attitude of shop attendant was very rude, he was in mood to not listening anything . I mean after spending a good of amount, if get this kind of quality and services . I want an answer .

My name is Gurvinder kaur. On 24th of november i applied online for saving av and next day on 25th november executive came to my residence and filled all the papers and transferred rs10000 to open an ac. Till 25th november to 27th December there is no ac been opened and i try to call them and mail them they don’t reply. Executive Mr. Mithilesh who came to collect documents he is keep on repeating the same story today it will open. I try to contact his senior but he has different story.
Please help me i dont want any ac in kotak bank. I urgently need money due to some health problems. Please help me if i say i dont want any ac then also they are not transferring my money. Please help me. My ph.no 9716640346. I can give all the details.

Scam or fraud: Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount is not refunded in my bank account

Hi,

I had requested for 500 recharge in my paytm account but the limit was already exhausted so it was not successful.
It is showing that amount has been refunded in my account but the bank is saying they didn’t receive any amount.
I called the customer care but it is automated call service and they are not helpful in this case.
They are giving the message that amount will be credited in 2 days but now it is more than 5 days and didn’t receive any call or support.
Please help to look into the issue.

First of all ur Web page is not active.
Ur 12150 number is not responding.
We have a DTH with consumer number 3015087478 and we presently on leave and do not want to recharge till we come back. However, we are receiving message that u are automatically recharging the account every three days and expect us to pay when we come back. This is not understood and unwanted. Kindly stop this and revert if possible.

This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung UA32F4000ARLXL, bearing serial # MR953PADC00706E. It is our best endeavor to provide you with impeccable product experience at Samsung.

Our products pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized; therefore, Samsung products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products.

[Suresh] – I don’t believe it ANYMORE. We have another TV brought for my brother (not even a big brand so called like “SAMSUNG”) which works perfectly fine for last 5-6 years now.

Having said that, we always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products. Therefore, we take every feedback with an assurance of improvement with every passing day.

[Suresh] – My humble request, please don’t display these kind of products in any of the stores. I was searching on the web, there where so many similar kind of problem people have posted on the web. Do you think people have to pay 28, 000 Rs to buy product and goes for toes in less than 3 years and give feedback to improve your product?? Why common man spend so much of money to buy your product, is it to give feedback?

The feedback shared by you regarding the product quality is appreciated. After an extensive research by our certified technical support engineer, we found that the product has developed a fault during its normal usage.

We understand that you expect a cost less or discounted service for the product. We would like to inform you that the date of purchase of your product was 02.01.2014 and as such, the same product is out of warranty now. The unit needs to be repaired to rectify the defect reported by yourself.

[Suresh] – On the same day i bought 4 other electronic products like, AC, Washing Machine, Fridge and Chimney. All are of different companies. Everything is working fine without any issue, except so called “SAMSUNG”

Travelling from setc bus from gudalur to Chennai..
Poor condition of buses and windows
Also behavior of bus conductor is very harsh and bad..
While closing the window, the window crashed over my little brother.. and the bus conductor without any concern over the little kid behaved badly saying that we harshly closed the window.. very poor bus condition and bad behavior of bus conductor.. worst experience ever.. will be complaining abt this to all the concerned person ..

Without proper maintenance of the buses.. the bus conductor puts the blame on passengers saying that we purposely broke the window..

Will share the bus details if the behaviourism of bus conductor worsens..!
