Complaint Details:
On 25.12.2016, during journey from Ahmedabad, I took patrol of Rs. 500 from petrol pump Named Jay Boot Bhavani, near Limbdi, Vastadi Gujarat -363410. I always take receipt of my fuel purchase.
Then I went for 200 km to Jamnagar. I gave a break of 1.5hrs to my Kwid and had dinner there. When I tried to start the car again to go further, it didn’t started. Engine when given ignition started and then with high broken sound (like khat khat khat) stopped. I had to get it towed to service station. It took me 5hrs extra and lot of inconvenience and embarrassment to reach my home. I was travelling with my family and the vehicle is new and I could not expect this.
Service station is now saying that the fault came in my car is due to faulty fuel and I have to bear the cost of repair. I have told service station not to touch the car. I cannot accept this excuse as vehicle had run for approx. 200 km after filling the fuel and after 1.5hrs of break it didn’t started.
I want to return the car and want my money back.
Guide me what to do. Should I go to court or I can get any solution without court.

Dear Sir,

This is further to my complain on 24/12/2016, I have received call from customer care and requested to submit documents at any near by Reliance store for my disconnected mobile no. 8586042970.
For the same i have visited twice to your store Maruti Communication in Yusuf Sarai New Delhi, but they are not ready to accept my document and asked me to contact the agency who sold sim card to me. Regrading the same many times I have contacted Delhi Appellate Authority and appreciate their support but my problem remain same. My number service is disconnected.

After all this when I contacted the agency who collected documents initially and sold sim card to me, they say if any mail comes from TSM than only they can help.

Its my kind request, please help me to solve my problem.

I am under abnormal mental pressure, hope you will understand my situation.

I have taken a mobile phone loan from home credit my loan account no is 3624997662 in the name of Ravinder Singh Rawat and i paid 4 installments from last 4 months on regular time without any bouncing or any late fee as per your policy we can apply again loan from home credit after 90 days and today i applied again but my loan has been rejected. I visit your home credit office Rajpur Road Dehradun but i doesn’t get any response behalf of my loan rejection I spoke to Customer care also but their also a same response.
I just wanted to know why this happened.

Dear Sir,

We stay in Sai Nagar Colony, R.C. Puram, Near Saibaba Temple, Bhel Bus Depot Road, Patancheru, Telangana, Landmark : Near Saibaba / Hanuman Temple, Sainagar COlony.

There are 10-15 Stray Dogs approx. roaming around in our area. Very frequently they attack the kids and also the people, who are visiting temples. People become hospitalized due to dog-bites.These dogs are creating many problems to locality.. They attack the kids who are coming from the schools, mostly, in the afternoon / evening or sometimes in the nights. Children play outside and elders are also visiting these temples regularly. They create lot of nuisance and whole night they keep on barking and we are not able to sleep in the nights. Dogs are chasing us, due to fear we have to run, they are causing trouble to children and sr.citizens. Due to this problem we are afraid to go out, especially in the nights, as there are not Street Lights too in some of the Lanes here. We humbly request you to take immediate action, in catching these dogs. Please do the needful. Thanking you sir

On 13th December, I ordered from Swiggy Order #1074336393 and paid using PayTM (registered mailid: mohitkhanna3vinfinate@gmail.com)
Rs. 149 got deducted from my PayTM Walllet, but didn’t reach Swiggy.
I was told that I will get refund in 1-2 days, but it is more that 15 days now and have not got refund.

I have raised complaints via tha App against the order, but have got useless reply on my email – saying that if Swiggy has a paytm wallet, then only it will get transferred else it would be reverted to my account. Swiggy is a company – a food ordering app – and they have tie up with PayTM to take money – why won’t they have an account with PayTM!

Please refund my amount at the earliest and don’t cheat like this of give lame responses.

Money deducted my credit card but not refund again, 5000 rs will be deducted from my canara bank credit card but not refunded.plz help me to refund money to my credit card, I raised more tickets to paytm but there is no use .money will not be refunded.iam very much disappointed for this issue why because I unable to do another transaction .plz give me the solution for this issue.

I have received a call from this website that they will provide flat 20% off on our bills including big bazar but when i received the brochure it was not the case. Also they charged rs. 7500 which would be converted into emi within next 48 hrs which did not happen either. Now my credit card due date is round the corner and they keep on telling me we are looking into it. I don’t have money to pay the complete amount.

Its a fraud website. Never buy a card

I got a message on my miracas id that the order stands cancelled due to custome issue the refund is made in ur miracas account

I don’t want the refund in miracas account, I have made the payment with my credit card, u want the refund back in same . Please do the need full

Miracas custome care number is always busy none of the representatives b free at any time I call and the call gets disconnected

Even on the miracas message box (customer care ) I have messaged so many times for the refund in my credit card

No reply from there too

Request you to look in this matter soon and refund my money through the same mode of payment I used

Complaint Details:
I was returning in a car to Chennai on 18th Dec 2016 Near Chengalpet around 7 pm The TNSTC bus from Thiruvannamali to Chennai (TN-25-N-0471 ) driven by a driver very rashly and hit my vehicle slightly and proceeding very fast, when I over took the vehicle and asked the driver why such a rash driving, for the the driver and conductor responded in a rude manner with filthy language.

This is kind of behaviour of a public transport vehicle’s driver is not expected and warranted .

If I was not applied the brake in time, it would have resulted in great mishap.

So I kindly request your Goodselves to take action / warn the concenned staff to avoid such instances in future.
