Scam or fraud: Paytm — Money deducted from PayTM Wallet but not refunded after Transaction Failed

On 13th December, I ordered from Swiggy Order #1074336393 and paid using PayTM (registered mailid: mohitkhanna3vinfinate@gmail.com)
Rs. 149 got deducted from my PayTM Walllet, but didn’t reach Swiggy.
I was told that I will get refund in 1-2 days, but it is more that 15 days now and have not got refund.

I have raised complaints via tha App against the order, but have got useless reply on my email – saying that if Swiggy has a paytm wallet, then only it will get transferred else it would be reverted to my account. Swiggy is a company – a food ordering app – and they have tie up with PayTM to take money – why won’t they have an account with PayTM!

Please refund my amount at the earliest and don’t cheat like this of give lame responses.

I have received a call from this website that they will provide flat 20% off on our bills including big bazar but when i received the brochure it was not the case. Also they charged rs. 7500 which would be converted into emi within next 48 hrs which did not happen either. Now my credit card due date is round the corner and they keep on telling me we are looking into it. I don’t have money to pay the complete amount.

Its a fraud website. Never buy a card

The order was placed on Sep 30, 2016. The order got cancelled as it was got stuck in custome

I got a message on my miracas id that the order stands cancelled due to custome issue the refund is made in ur miracas account

I don’t want the refund in miracas account, I have made the payment with my credit card, u want the refund back in same . Please do the need full

Miracas custome care number is always busy none of the representatives b free at any time I call and the call gets disconnected

Even on the miracas message box (customer care ) I have messaged so many times for the refund in my credit card

No reply from there too

Request you to look in this matter soon and refund my money through the same mode of payment I used

I have applied for a home loan in Axis bank, branch sanpada loan office near lokmat and Santosh nikam and his boss Amit they both are coordinators. After sanctioned process I applied for disbursement process. From last 20-25 days my file is in disbursement process only. After every 2-3 days both the coordinators used to call me and ask for new document for submission. Usually this is hardly 3-4 days procedure but they have taken my lot of time where i am paying interest for each n every day for that particular amount. Today i asked mr amit about status of my disbursement but he started using abusing, non polite language as he lost my one of document and I was asking question to him regarding this. thats what we are expecting from ur coordinator?This is my worst deci to apply for home loan in axis bank. Financially I am paying 13% interest on my disbursement amount as per goverment yojana and axis bank wont be reimburse that amount.

I request you if it is not possible to disburse my amount dd then please close this file and give me my all money which i hve paid for this process…

I ordered 2 products from the above website on 23rd November. I paid nearly Rs.1800 for the product. I got the reply that my product will be delivered in 3 -21 days. I meanwhile kept mailing these people but they did not budge. I mailed them again and then they replied that thy will ship the product by 25th Dec. Today is 27th dec, still I got the reply that my product will be shipped asap.After 1 month 4 days they are saying they will deliver asap. I dont need the product. I want my money back. help me here.

Complaint: we have placed this order on 22/12/2016 which got delieverd on 27/12/2016 but mi power banks which we have received is defective as it is not working as per its specification.

Mobile phone is not getting charged even though power bank is fully charged.

I called up frequently on customer care number but no one is receiving calls. I am very disappointed with the kind of service received so i request you to refund the amount rs.799 asap in my account through which i have made the payment.

I had placed the order on 25th December morning and requested for order cancellation at 15:35 Hrs that same day. I was told the order would be canceled with immediate effect but the same was not taken care of and I received an email which said the order cannot be canceled. Why was this request not placed immediately?
I called again on 27th December 00:47 Hrs for re-request the order cancellation and was assured the cancellation will be taken care of by the customer care executive but I got another email which said the order cannot be canceled as it has already been shipped.
I do not understand why the order cancellation is such a hassle for such a big firm like Amazon.
This order is a gift for the person at the delivery address and this gift should not be given any longer which is why the request for cancellation. It is disappointing if the firm cannot complete such a small request which should be part of its operations. Request you to re-look into the matter and ensure the order is not delivered to the address mentioned.
