Myself Pankaj Ranwe and reference to my previous Personal Loan agreement No. is CDINDPL1502250001. Please note that my Personal Loan is Foreclosed on 14th Oct-16. Even after that my previous EMI amount Rs. 2383/- faulty deducted from my account on dated07/11/2016 and 07/12/2016. i.e. deducted total amount is Rs. 4766/-.
Because of faulty deduction of Rs.2383/- on 07th December’16, my account was insufficient balance and due to this my current new Personal Loan cheque has returned and it has also charged from my account of Rs.345/-.
I have intimated same issue for your local branch office at Indore, and submitted the documents also as a proof, but still I have no response from anybody from your local office. So I am requesting you that please return my both EMI deducted amount and cheque return charged amount i.e. Rs. 5111/-

We have used option “send money to back” for rupees 10300 on 12/19/16 and yet not credited in the respective account. I lodge my complaint through email and tweeter and did not get the satisfactory answer. They have some templeted email which they are forwarding every time. Per rbi guideline the deducted amount must be credited within seven working day.

To whomever it may concern,
I am writing this regarding my courier (baby product) from Patna to Varanasi on 12th December. When I checked the DTDC website it says the product has been delivered on 19th which is absolutely wrong. No one has received the courier till yet or on 19th December. And when I am contacting Patna customer care number nobody is picking the call. Its very ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.
You mentioned in your previous mail that supporting team of yours is looking into the matter, are they seriously? If yes then why I haven’t received any mail regarding my complaint? Answer me why your courier delivery guy haven’t delivered my product at the mentioned address? Where is my product now ? Are you guys going to solve it or not? Its been more than ten days the courier has been dispatched and not delivered to its respective address, do you think its a joke?
DTDC is really disgusting and worst courier service provider I guess. You don’t even reply to a mail not even pick customer’s calls. I don’t know what is going to happen.
Now do something and looks into the matter seriously. At least give a reply or call me.

On 25.12.2016, during journey from Ahmedabad, I took patrol of Rs. 500 from petrol pump Named Jay Boot Bhavani, near Limbdi, Vastadi Gujarat -363410. I always take receipt of my fuel purchase.
Then I went for 200 km to Jamnagar. I gave a break of 1.5hrs to my Kwid and had dinner there. When I tried to start the car again to go further, it didn’t started. Engine when given ignition started and then with high broken sound (like khat khat khat) stopped. I had to get it towed to service station. It took me 5hrs extra and lot of inconvenience and embarrassment to reach my home. I was travelling with my family and the vehicle is new and I could not expect this.
Service station is now saying that the fault came in my car is due to faulty fuel and I have to bear the cost of repair. I have told service station not to touch the car. I cannot accept this excuse as vehicle had run for approx. 200 km after filling the fuel and after 1.5hrs of break it didn’t started.
I want to return the car and want my money back.
Guide me what to do. Should I go to court or I can get any solution without court.

This is further to my complain on 24/12/2016, I have received call from customer care and requested to submit documents at any near by Reliance store for my disconnected mobile no. 8586042970.
For the same i have visited twice to your store Maruti Communication in Yusuf Sarai New Delhi, but they are not ready to accept my document and asked me to contact the agency who sold sim card to me. Regrading the same many times I have contacted Delhi Appellate Authority and appreciate their support but my problem remain same. My number service is disconnected.
After all this when I contacted the agency who collected documents initially and sold sim card to me, they say if any mail comes from TSM than only they can help.
Its my kind request, please help me to solve my problem.
I am under abnormal mental pressure, hope you will understand my situation.

I have taken a mobile phone loan from home credit my loan account no is 3624997662 in the name of Ravinder Singh Rawat and i paid 4 installments from last 4 months on regular time without any bouncing or any late fee as per your policy we can apply again loan from home credit after 90 days and today i applied again but my loan has been rejected. I visit your home credit office Rajpur Road Dehradun but i doesn’t get any response behalf of my loan rejection I spoke to Customer care also but their also a same response.
I just wanted to know why this happened.
