I placed my order on 13th august 2016, which i received almost after 25 days with wrong size. I requested for replacement and they sent their executive to pick up my order after 15-20days. Pick up was done in the last week of october and since then i have not received my dress yet. They have cheated me, took my money and did not handover my order till date. I have mailed them several times. Their customer care no is also not working. Its the worst online dress store. They make people fool with their sites. Strict action should be taken against them.

Sir i booked baleno alpha on 28 October 2016 but till now I don’t know what is my waiting status and how long i will wait for the delivery of my car and when I booked car your agent told me maximum waiting waiting period is about 5-6month but average delivery period is3 month but now 2 month r completed. I think it is too much waiting period. Now I can’t wait much more. So please resolve my problem. Thanks…

Three monts before 32000 were withdrawal from my Axis debit card. My debit card was with me and only I know the details of debit card. I contacted axis bank and raised the fraud complain. Three months passed still there is no refund provided. I keepon contacting them and each time they say work is in progres. Now I think this fraud is done by Axis bank itself.

I have spend 30 minutes at Lenscart outlet at somajiguda hyderabad and selected a product and the price tag shows Rs 629, and when i proceeded for billing they are asking me to pay RS 1045, when questioned the manager he says its their policy to change the prices and they dont have resources to change the price tags when the price changes. That to he says they change it everyday for no reason.

AS per law these guys are not suppose to change anything above the price tag, I going to file an FIR against the manager who was abusive to me and also on Lens cart for charging me double the MRP.

Attached is the letter from manager he gave me in writing that they charge more than MRP.

Please do the needful and take action against Somajiguda branch Manager of lens cart and give me a explaination or I will file and FIR against the unlawful thing you guys are doing.

I have reliance postpaid card on my name Harshrajsinh gohil and the thing is I paid my last month bill from this app but its not showing in there system yet I called them they I make sure from the app(Mobikwik), money is deducted from my account . I applied my cibil report on 26/12/2016 near about 10.30 am but when i went through payment option for cibil report there was a amount of RS. 550/- deducted from my HDFC credit card (card no. 4893772501328559) but immediately some thing error is shown in my screen. I want to know wheather it paid for my cibil report or not? If payment done please sent my cibil report as soon as possible, if did not pain how can i refund my money.

This company without testing the software releases updates… I have been facing a lot of problems since I have updated it. Screen goes blank anytime and comes back after battery is taken out. Also I am unable to update applications on windows store.Also since I purchased this product its touch hangs a lot while charging. I went to its service centre but they told me that this is the manufacturing defect in this product. So please pay your kind attention to my problem and also stop this company to sell such products in market.

I traveled on 27/12/2016 from alwar to jaipur bus no.1387 on 1240 hrs i bought a ticket from booking window no.2. Ticket print amount 158rupees but booking person claimed to me 160 rupees. I asked him about 2rupees difference he told me nothing and missbehavioud with me on public place. He told me submitted a complaint against me anywhere and any person.
