Complaint Details:
Myself sreejesh from kerala ordered house utility mop few days before. Till now i didn’t received that product but the status showing is delivered… This is purely irresponsible from snapdeal.. When i contacted customer care, they said complaint will recover soon…

It’s been 48 hours after registering my complaint till now a single call didn’t came from them… Now i make a try to call them… They are not accepting the call…

It’s my goodness that the ordered product is having price below 1000…

this company promise me via email and telephone to assign me a job in canada based hotel and for that they ask me to submit 42000 money and they also said this amount is totally refundable if they fail to do so.
but after getting money they never pick my call.
sir i am working in jeddah Saudi Arabia right now so it’s not easy to trace them but sir i have all mail details and sleep through which i deposit the money
so please help me sir

I took a AC sleeper bus from rameshwaram to Bangalore on 27/12/2016 at 6:15 pm, had asked conductor to switch on the power supply, first time he said he will do in some time, second time after 20 minutes I asked him to do so he started shouting.. “let the engine be hot.. we are not fools” but instead of doing so he started claiming false charges on me and started shouting which I felt was a very bad behavior to treat their customers/passengers.

Scam or fraud: State Bank Of India [SBI] — I could not submit 4th semester ug fee through state bank collect as a foreign student

Complaint Details:
I want to submit 4th semester fee through sbi collect as a foreign student at NIT Durgapur. But in the drop down list of payment category, there is no option for foreign student.Which category should I choose for the payment ?
For 3rd semester I have done the payment through SBI Collect where Foreign student option was in payment category, but now that option is not in list.
I have chosen 4th semester UG variable fee category, but registration number is not accepting.
I already talk to SBI Branch Manager, RE college Branch. According to him, for foreign student, payment category is 4th Semester UG variable fee. I have tried with same but when i put registration number and submit, it’s showing “Please verify your data entered and try again”. But there is no mistake to put registration number. But the bank manager opens with my Reg.no. and its opening..What is the problem ? Please help.

I raised complaint # 00016065 on 9th December 2016 to help@peterengland.com. I have attached the invoice which clearly shows only 1 item delivered on 8th December 2016 instead of 2 items.

On Complaint # 00016065, customer care asked me for 5-7 working days time.

After that I contacted them again on 15th December 2016 for which they said they have escalated Complaint # 00016065 to warehouse and logistics team.

I contacted them again today 27 December 2016 for the same Complaint # 00016065 and they have no clue about anything.

Its been more than 27 days since order number 2526960 has been placed and i havent received the 1 item missing or yet to be delivered.

Complaint Details:
1. Fitness first offered a 6 month contract on their membership.
2. 6 months of my membership expires on 31st dec 2016.
3. I advised them to cancel my member ship in Nov 16 but they asked that I can submit a form for cancellation next month.
4. On 11th Dec 2016 I filled out a form and asked for cancellation.
5. They are now saying that they cant cancel my membership because I need to give 1 months notice and hence they are going to charge me for full 31 days in Jan 2017.
6. I am surprised with their behaviour and their way of looting simple people.
7. I don’t have 7200 rs to pay and their contract ends on 31st dec 2016. I have already paid till then.
8. Can you please intervene and halp as their one month notice has already been given.

Scam or fraud: Urban Ladder — Franco Leather Sofa

Complaint Details:
I had placed an Order for Full Leather Sofa’s with order no. R417442100 on 24/09.2016. Firstly the delivery date confirmed to me while placing the order was postponed by 10-15 days via an email on 04/11/2016.

Finally the product was delivered on 02/12/2016. Upon receiving the product I was shocked to notice that the sofa was not full Italian leather but a mix of leather and leatherette. I brought this to the notice of the delivery staff but they refused to believe that and said that it is all leather only. However I escalated my case to the call center and was assured that a product specialist will visit to verify the product. After repeated visits of different people I was again assured that its all 100% genuine leather, only I was sure that it wasn’t since I have a very good knowledge of leather products. So finally another team came over to open the sofa to prove that its all leather but as they opened it they released that I’ve been right all along and the product is indeed only half leather and the rest is leatherette. They clicked some pictures and told me that they will revert me back.

Now today, out of the blue, I’ve received an email saying that my Sofas can’t be repaired and a replacement will be made against them.

I would like your help with the following:

1. Nowhere through out the entire process I have received an apology from the seller for a mistake on their part. No verbal phone call apologizing for the delay and the inconvenience caused. Just an email saying that a replacement will be made and that too without any delivery date confirmation. The callous attitude of the seller towards its customer is clearly visible here.

2. The very difference between the Italian Leather and Leatherette is not much and they appear to be the same to a common eye. When the product was being unpacked my parents also thought that it is all leather until I made them notice. My point is that this may have happened to others also with them noticing the difference just like my parents.

3. I have shifted into a new home and ordered the sofas for the same. The replacement mail that I’ve received does not confirm any delivery date. Its been more that 3 months since I ordered the product and its still unclear when will I receive what I actually ordered.

4. I would want some compensation towards the delay and inconvenience caused to me and also the effort I had to put it to make them admit that the product indeed was not what they had described while I placed the order.

I wish the companies should not use these unfair trade practices and be courteous towards its customers.

On the 19th of dec i transferred rs 1900 to paytm via my debit card.i immediately transferred it back to my account.paytm wallet id.txn no-201612191599196 shows that the money was transferred.
today is the 27th of dec and the money still has not reached my account.i have written a email a day to paytm since the 19th.i have also received vague replies from them skirting around the issue.

i would like paytm to call me and resolve this.
