Complaint Details:
My one plus 3 stopped working in 5 months of purchase and i have a guarantee on purchase. The phone was picked up by one agency for repairs but are asking 25000/- for repair as they said the main board is faulty due to some liquid gone inside which is totally false as the phone stopped working while i called someone while it was charging. I lodged the complaint complaint id 1470000 and after lot of follow up was asked to handover the phone to another repair agency at nehru place in delhi and it will be done. However after calling them today i was asked to deposit 18000/- to get the same repaired as this will not be approved. I have big doubts on the credibility of the repair centres as i am cheated twice
I am really fed up with this company as there is very poor service and even doubt the product quality a big question mark

I want to deactivate my sim to avoid any misuse of my mobile number.

30 days delay in replacement of new led tv klv-43w752D. Display of my ex 41 was spoilt. as display for the old model has been stopped, Sony service center of davangere karnataka has taken dd of 21205 rs for replacement n there has been very much delay with inconvenience.

A message saying “recharge declined by operator” simply displays on the screen. Transaction is successful from the banks side, but the operator (vodafone) is continuously declining it. Hi my name is Anurag Saxena. I have been working for prime database for past 4 years. When i was join prime database my notice period only for one month after some time they increased it and make it three month. Because i am on higher salary, can’t leave the job at the time so that i can made signature for three month noticed. But when i have given resignation, i have done proper discussion with my manager Mr. Ashish Aggarwal and Managing Director Mr. Pranav haldea. And that time Mr. Pranav haldea notify me to releasing a month. When I have release a month, I have finish my all duty and works. And they notify me my salary is coming on as normal way. And now they are not releasing it.

So now, I have to request you to make me a solution for this situation.
