Complaint Details:
I have booked a product from amazon they have choose Indian Post for delivery. But the Peon who delivered the product misbehaved over phone as well as with my wife. As per my knowledge my address is correct with enough information. But he just shown irritation and does not want to deliver to the address. Bad and abusive language, threat for future.

This is why we are not trusting Indian post rather than courier service Pvt.

Just pathetic Service.

Complaint Details:
I’ve made three orders with order no. S801980417, S801980525 and S801980531 from Whaaky.com site on 28th October 2016. The payment was done through netbanking. It has been a long time since the status of these orders are ‘IN PROCESS’ only. They claim to deliver within 8-10 business days but it has been far more than that.
I’ve even sent an email including the attachments to the support group of this site but got no response.

I had tried to make an online payment to my debit card in favour of muthoot finiance on 16th novomber 2016 transaction ID being but the same was not successful but the amount of Rs.16528/- was debited from my bank account. However, going through the various terms and conditions I was pleased to know that the money shall be credited to the respective bank account .Please look into the matter. Thanks.

My consumer number is 410016355937. I have paid my electricity bill for rs.580/- of oct 16 online on 4th nov. 16 through paytm this amount is debited from by axis bank account.

I have recharged by mobile no. 9890714316 through paytm for rs.101/- vide transaction id327699129 this amount is also debited from my axis bank account but mobile is not recharged.

I ordered a t shirt, and after tracking its showing that it is reached to mysore, where i am staying. Its been 2 days after that, but god knows why they are not delivering the product. I ordered for a performance purpose and i tried snapdeal to buy and now i am regretting. I am never gonna buy anything from snapdeal hereafter. This is regarding Delhivery Courier service complaint.

I ordered gift via Online shopping (www.zivame.com) on 12th Nov and they dispatched my package next day itself via Delhivery courier service to Pune (my location) – AWB Number: 112612229441.

After Tracking the courier details, I came to know that Package has been reached to pune on 14th Nov, but not delivered to me till now. I am following up with them but they are not even sharing courier boy number or center number from where I can get the details.

I have following details related to my complaint –

Hello,
I have placed an order online with truself organics
My package was accepted by the usps facility on 20th october 2016 at 11:53pm origin facility time zone.
My tracking information also shows that the item arrived at usps facility in chicago, il 60666 on october 21, 2016 at 1:08am and also says that the item is currently in transit to the destination.
I was supposed to get the delivery in visakhapatnam.
Still awaiting the delivery as on 17th november, 2016.
No further tracking information updated.

Scam or fraud: Sony India — Defective TV set KLV-48W562D Sony LED TV ( 48 inches)

I purchased a brand new SONY TV ( KLV- W56D) 48 INCHES from Bhumi Enterprises, Gandhinagar on October 22, 2016. My T V was installed on October 23, 2016 (Sunday) by a Sony technician and he left in 5 minutes. After that, we had to go out for some work. On 27th October 2016 when I switched on the TV I saw some green colured hues and colours and un-even green coloured patterns on TV.

I called customer care toll free number and I got a number service request ID 35733133 on Oct 28, 2016. I called Parshwa Sales, Ahmedabad ( the service centre) and the person on the other end said the store will be closed till November 3, 2016 because of Diwali, so we left for our home town. On a day before Diwali some technician called me around 7:00 pm but by that time we had left because of misguidance from Parshwa Sales.

Again on November 3, 2016 I got a new service request number 36003543 and a technician visited my house on November 8, 2016 that too after repeated requests. He stated that cable inside (LVDS cable) is a defective on and will be replaced. Today after 9 days also there is no solution to my query.

My TV did not function properly even for an hour. They provided me a defective set of TV. Did I spend 63, 000 rupees for such a defective piece.

The toll free number of Sony India, the service centre and the store from where are purchased are asking me to wait for two more days. That is their standard answer. I was told that the cable will be imported from Singapore so its delayed.

The grievance redressal of Sony is the most pathetic. They give reply to email after 36 hours only. I have sufficient proof as I have their reply in my inbox.

My concern is
1) How can a brand new TV have a defective LVDS cable? Is no quality check made before supplying to the customer?

2) What about the mental torture, I had to go through all these days. ( Since October 22, 2016 till the date of complain on Consumer Complaints forum its 25 days)
3) Why should I accept a TV which is already supplied with a defective part. Is it not a customer’s right to ask for a new set. ( Why should one spend 63, 000 upees on such a Set of TV?)

Sony is turning deaf ears to my problem. I feel helpless and cheated. Kindly help.
