Vas services automatically activated in my Vodafone no whenever I using net.for this huge amount of balance deducted from my main balance approx 92.and not yet refunding.whenever I deactivated it again activate.i think this is a new scam to steal money by their customers.

I have filled Petrol in my vehicle worth of Rs. on 17/11/2016 and my account got debited with BTT of Rs. on I am very well known that purchase below Rs. attracts BTT but i have heard that due t ban of 500 and 1000 currency, all the leading Banks have decided not to charges BTT on any amount of purchase till Let me know then why this bank has charged BTT. No. Sub. : ECS Purpose I have availed Consumer Loan of Rs. from Bajaj Finance Ltd. during the month of July,2016 for which EMI of Rs. for 8 months schedule to debit from my above S/B. A/c on 5th Day of every month from the month of August’2016. My Salary is credited to my account on 1st date of every month. But, having sufficient balance in my account, my EMI is dishonored by the Bank and the bank charges of Rs. is debited more than 3 to 4 times every month to my account and the other side, Bajaj Finance Ltd. is also debiting Rs. as penalty and interest against bouncing EMI every month. You are requested to look into the matter and credit the bank charges whatever you debited from the month of August’2016 within a couple of day and inform me accordingly. I m jagdish p sitapara i m using vodafone postpaid sim with mobile no, is very long time [approx 6 to 7 year] i m tired to complaint as same to company but can not any result and my mobile bill is send to another part, also confirm my postal address to company but my address is also not wrong is company, one time company is told me that we have to talk with our courier boy and he is also calling me to deliver your bill is in another place now company is not doing any action and closed my outgoing facility for not paying bill, i m requested to many time please send me my bill, company is not able to send me duplicate bill also and closed my outgoing service on my mobile. what can i do please, i hope also that my bill is using another person for wrong use??, i cant understand what can i do further…????? i m very very much tired and company is mantle harassing with me. Scam or fraud: Shopping at Paytm – Horrendous Customer Support- pathetic experience

1) App / Website: Living in the stone ages. Only 1 Delivery address possible that too in the profile. Address does not even get pulled up for confirmation during placing of order. 2) Customer Service: Mindset is that they will do anything to screw the paying customer. Horrendous, unprofessional, lazy, illogical, sadistic bunch of people manning the customer support. • Order placed on 07Nov 10pm. On receiving e-mail I realized order was pointing to my old Bangalore address and not my current Chennai address. • 07Nov 10.15pm I raised a ticket through their website asking Paytm to change shipping address to Chennai. No response till 09Nov. • in the meantime, shipping initiated from Noida through BlueDart • I call customer care repeated on 09Nov / 10Nov and am told they will update their ticket with my request. I ask to be directed to the logistics team – they refuse to connect. Each time they ask for 48 hours. • I start a chain of emails – this is like hitting a wall. The Paytm customer experts sitting behind dumb email terminals keep saying that they cannot change the shipping address at this stage – they refuse to answer why they did not act on my ticket on 07Nov. I escalated this 2 levels up at Paytm( let aone take any action, they do not even deign to respond – so much for Paytm grievance mechanism – hog wash) • mattress now at Bangalore Paytm has still not instructed Bluedart regarding change in consignee address – I have told BlueDart that I have informed Paytm regarding change in Consignee address from Bangalore to Chennai and they need to work with them. A) There is no timely action from PayTm in this situation. B) Even otherwise they could have acted on my calls / emails to give new instructions to BlueDart. Paytm never had the intent to do this – they keep saying I should accept the mattress at the Bangalore address. Senseless bunch of folks in Customer Service. D they expect me to carry the mattress from Bangalore to Chennai by air / train? C) the escalation mechanism is sheer rubbish – no accountability to even respond to a customer, let alone attempt to resolve an issue. Customer Service is wrong name for such people – they should call themselves “Screw the Customer” department Had it been Amazon / Flipkart they would have taken action without asking any questions. I have shopped extensively on Paytm because of the cashbacks. This experience with their customer support warrants me to stop shopping at Paytm. I hope people wake up and stop patronizing such companies which are the bane of fledgling indian ecommerce.

I got this massage on my payments: “Success. Paytm Wallet Loyalty Cashback of Rs 15 will be credited in your account within 24 Hrs.”

They have received certificate from RBI to provide vallet service. kindly cancel that license and take strict action against them. my contact no.+918866417953 thanks please call for any further information.

My daughter keep on getting call from this number 9779762770. Even she blocked this number but still it wasn’t stopped.

It is keep on disturbing and irritating us. Please take necessary action on this number.

When I check through Truecaller, the person name is Gopi from Punjab. We don’t know who is that.

Please take action.
