Complaint Details:

When i booked the ticket in scoot airways, it says only hand luggage is allowed, incase of checkin baggage, starts $15 for 15kgs. When i traveled, i have carried 38kgs for 4 persons. If so considering 3×15 kgs, the amount should be $45. that is INR 2250. Also, when i booked the ticket, i tried for online booking for luggage which could not find on that page.
Finally, i have charged for 2x20Kgs, i.e., 2 x INR 4093, i.e., INR 8186.

Can you please explain.
1. Why cleartrip website doesn’t giving correct direction while booking.
2. Whether i have paid over amount, if please arrange for refund the balance

I placed an order with Myntra for Boat Rockers 430 Black Bluetooth headphones on the 29th of June, 2018. While placing the order, the product had 30 day return period. I placed on order which was delivered on the 2nd of July, 2018. But due to my pre-panned vacation, i had to be out of city and returned on 10th July, 2018. I have tried to turn on the head-phone, however, they seem to be a faulty product. Now Myntra does not have any option for me to return this product and get a refund. This is setting up the wrong expectations with the customer and false commitments. Please find more details below

We are Small scale industry in Tungarfata Vasai East area. As we are paying bills as per legal norm, we have right to have reliable and consistent power. It has been noticed that reliability and quality of power in our area is very bad. Everyday power goes for 2-3 times for 2-3 hours. I am not sure how to Government expect to have industrial growth without supplying reliable and consistent power which is very essential.
Hence this complaint. Why don’t we have fines and panelties for power suppliers in case of non-reliable services? It’s not consumers mistake.

Hi,

I have given my MIAI for service as it was having some software issues like
1. wiki was not connecting properly.
2. Profile modes were changed automatically by it self.
3. Battery charge gets reduced abruptly.
4. Network coverage was not correct
etc.

These all were small issues that I was having in my phone as per software part, so I decided to try the MIAI service center because my phone is under company insurance till july 2018 end.
But when I got the call from service center they told me that the phone has critical issues like.
1. Phone was dropped in water (never happened).
2. Mother board needs to be changed.
3. they are costing me rs.9000/- for all this.

I told them it can not be true I was facing little problems so I gave it to make the corrections, but they told me some thing unexpected in return that the issues are caused by me (on time of handing over the phone it was fine and working ok ok)
but after I got form service center it is such a bad condition.

it is a very unprofessional behavior, I am very disappointed and not able to understand weather the service centers are for the customers benefits or for luting (causing the customer with worst case)

I need my complained to be set on high priority and please make my case to be judged fairly with truthful judgement.

I believed in MI and I do not wish to withdraw its name from my good book,

please do the correct things I expect a mail or by any other medium the response from MI for this case.

I am Manish Bhatt, having a saving account in your bank at Saket branch, Delhi. My account no. is[protected]. My freind deposited 1200rs. on 11th July 2018 . You have deducted 1&&rs. as ANW charges. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50, 000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.

In kondapur, we have lot of stray dogs already and their population is growing day by day. We saw multiple accidents at night due to them and multiple dog attacks reported, my friend being one of the victim. They will be shouting all the day and night making it difficult for the day to day life. Need all of them to be captured as soon as possible so that accidents and attacks due to them can be prevented. Please act treating it as an emergency

Worst trust worthy …not returning the amount 80000 for past 2 years, more than twice cheque bounced and their cheque expired…no response from their end rill date…cheque returned due to insufficient funds

Sent a legal notice, returned back saying company not present in that address

Complaining in process further…on cheque bounce case…against them

No response in calls and emails when I get in touch with them too…asif is the person who gave the cheques..

Don’t trust the consultancy for God’s shake..waste of time and money…
