Scam or fraud: Tata Sky — Amount Deducted from Saving Account but Tatasky A/c not Credited

Complaint Details:
My Name is Prashant Ranjan Prasad, I have an Account in SBI With A/c No. 20009325668.
On 23rd November 2016. I have to transfer Rs 1000/- Against my tatasky id no- 1085512323
For Paying to tatasky i have used mvisa option on my mobile net-banking app using qr code. I have recharged my tatasky with id no-1085512323, and Amount 1000, the money got deducted from my sbi saving account but tata sky did not get it. My mVisa Payment Ref no- 632815A00005 and Reference no is MV00000129845. FYR attached herewith is the screenshot of transaction.
Please try to sort this problem out asap and take necessary action to credit the Amount to my Saving Account (A/c No. 20009325668).

I am Antonythomas from Chidambaram I bought cool pad note 3 lite handset through Amazon on April 09 2016 later my handset had a Diplay complaint, I took the handset to my nearest service centre ENOCH COMPUTER which is at cuddalore they set that the phone facing Diplay probulam that is why the phone not working properly and they registered the complaint, and they said me it I’ll take more then one month even though my hand set covered to the warranty period .i want my phone imidiattly with service or replace as soon as possible. As i am account with venkatnarayana road branch, they all are treated very poorly.The senior manager Mr. Srinavasa rao, he didnt give response he doing her personal calls in working hours, we are going to speak with him but he didnt ask our problem simply said going to other department and ask.but the other person talking loudly.they talking about my personal.this manager only doing like this, old staffs are good.please take action to solve our problem.

Whenever I am trying to login to my paytm account, the web site is asking me to register my mobile number (which is already registered long back), and when I give my mobile number, it sends me an OTP, but after I enter the OTP, it shows me a message on screen and does not allow me to login.

“New phone number is recently linked with another account. For further queries, please raise a query at paytm.com/care.”

This is happening for last one month. Request you to guide me whom shall I contact in this regards. I am not able to contact you on customer care number.

one of the staff(perhaps the messenger/lower class employee) refused to entry the bank at 1:58 pm by stating that the bank is closed from 2-3:00 pm as lunch hour.but when i stated that i am a old customer of the bank and will close my account, then some other employee came and said now it is 2 o clock and the bank will reopen at 2:30 pm.
my complain is that what is the right time of the bank and the person who is in charge of closing door, why not be punished for closing the bank before time and for his ridiculous behavior?

Dear sir my self dheerendra singh rawat iam purchase coolpad note3mobile from amazon 25.07.16..but after use my mobile last 7days my mob chargrer does not work.ihave submited the cabel in touch center gurgaon 17.011.16.he say to me your charger cabel replace within 2-3 day and you inform about this in call.but till date not any call receive to me and no one pic the call in touch center gurgaon

I have ordered 2 Nos. of Pillsbury Milk Choco Spread 180 gm Pack of 2 but, I got delivery of only 1 No. but, both the items were shown as Delivered at snapdeal account. Immediately I tried to report and tried calling the customer care but, I could not reach them as the options were not allowing to speak to any of the customer care executives. I then cancelled 1 of the items. None of them reached out to me till 20th Nov’16. I got a call from the cancellation department and I explained them, they said they will inform the Customer Care team and escalate the matter. They assisted me to reach the Customer Care Team and I explained them on the happening, they said they would accept that they will take up this issue and try resolving it. Later today on 25th Nov’16 I got a call from Customer Care Team and they say they can’t process the request.

Request you to look into this and resolve.
