Sir,
I had brought this Unit trust of India Rajlaxmi Unit plan (II) [RUP (II)](CLAUSE XI), Membership No. 106970070000429 dated 06/11/1996, in the name of my daughter Khyatiben Mahendrakumar Joshi date of maturity being 06/11/2016. till date I have not received any status about this .I have heard that this scheme does not exist any more. so kindly advice what should I do.

Well, now since govt implemented demonetization, still paying at petrol pump by icici credit card, surcharge is been calculated. When i spoke to icici representative, they said no such information ( no surcharge on fuel) is been updated from govt. I think ICICI bank employee lost their mind. In 1 way they send message for go e-payment and on other they deduct surcharge. If this goes on, then demonetization in full fledge is not possible in India.

I saw advertising on moonstar website they told me pay for member ship I paid 1500 than they said me you have to pay for take I’d than I paid 2000 after this they said your profile is not matching you have to pay 3000 I said I don’t want anything please refund me.they said you have to pay 3000 for refund I paid they didn’t refund. than said pay 2000 and we will refund all amount. but now they are not picking up my phone and didn’t refund me.please help.I want my money please.

I have recharged my number via freecharge money was deducted but balance not received freecharge do not have any customer care number they are continuously making false assurance trough their email…firstly they told recharge will be done within 2 hours then 24 hours then 1-2 days… i have already talked to operator they told me no recharge was done.

Freecharge is bogus and false website/app to make recharge kindly do not recharge through them…

This claim is related to my aunt Mrs. Anushree Bhat. Her husband Mr. Atmanand Bhat passed away on September 14, 2015. He was holding 4 policies of birla sun life and was paying all the premiums on time. After his death my aunt provided all the necessary documents. There was an initial enquiry happened and we provided all the correct details. Still company is delaying the processing, every time we call to enquire we are getting Se vague response. My uncle was the sole breadwinner of the family. Now my aunt is fully dependent on the claim amount for her monthly expenses and two minor daughter’s education.please look into the matter. Claim id is : ATN_241116_197820774, i am waiting till 2 pm in afternoon than am going to file your complaint in consumer court.

I would like to tell you that on 22nd i filed a FIR of my phone snatching .. I dont know what happened with the FIR, the police mis printed the reason of snatching of my phone . Just stated 2 people came and after that did not mention that they snatched my phone.
When asked about this from police they said that your FIR is under section 392 which is only about snatching and robbery .
When i submitted my document, my claim got rejected within half an hour .

So, this is my request to you that kindly give me one chance to prove my snatching case, i am commiting to you that i will give you the declaration form signed by the police stating my snatching case .
I would like to ask a question .. Why do we people go for insurances so that at their bad times .. Atleast insurance companies can help them, a small mistake and tou just rejected my claim ?? Why ?? You should give a chance to the customer to prove his case .

And sorryy to say this .. But if you dont give me another chance, then sorry to say but i wil then take a big step . Last option lefts is CONSUMER COURT.
When a company doesnot listen to his customer, then i think consumer court becomes last option .

Scam or fraud: First Flight Couriers — Courier not received even after 7 days/Rude Manager

My parcel was sent on Nov 21 from Patna to be received in Bangalore Electronic City. Today, the date is Nov 28 and I have still not received my parcel. Not even a call has been made to tell me the status of my parcel.

The website is equally pathetic. My consignment’s status showed delivered on Nov 26. I checked with my Office mailroom and they have not received anything for me. When I checked the website again on Nov 28, status shows under process. Such a waste of a service providers these guys are.

I spoke to the Manager of the nearest First Flight office in Huskur Gate. Instead of looking to provide a solution or look to deliver the parcel asap, he was looking to give very very very lame reasons for the delay. Reasons like no power in office, wrong consignment number mentioned are some of the reasons of delay from their side.

Such service is absolutely not acceptable and I would never suggest anyone to use FirstFlight services EVER again. A normal post in post offices are much much faster.

I had ordered few things through this online site and its never been delivered rather it showed me that it was delivered already in the status…over all also the cse are also irresponsible and horrible in customer handling this online should shut down because they are making money by doing scam to people…please take care of 216 complaints including mine as well…!
