Sir, i am fully frustrated with the unrully and unresponsable behaviour of the Agent Mr Gupta, he never renew the policy on time, due to him my policy expiry every year, he is less bother whether the policy get renewed or not, After the renewal of the policy he never handover the new policy to me i have to chase him through mobile call for months, earlier one Year i have not received the Health Insurance Card for two months after so many mobile calls to him he informed that i will get the said card after 6months, I waited for six months but i have not received the Health Insurance Card i try to contact him but he never attend my call, then i enquire from other source and went to the office of TPA – Genins India they informed me that they issued the Health Insurance Card within 1 month from the date of the renewal of the policy since it was send by ordinary post it may have lost, they scould me that why i am reporting to them after 6 months i should contact them earlier i felt so embraced in front of other people, then i inform them that i was misguided by the Agent Mr. Anand Kr. Gupta.

Sir I further would like to inform you that i have never appointed Mr Anand Kr. Gupta my insurance agent for my above mention policy, i had not sign any authorization letter regarding this and i have no knowledge how he become my agent, My authorise agent was Mr. Shyam Sunder Sarayan, Sales code-12001.

I would like to request you with my folded hands, please investigate this matter and take the necessary action against him.

The main fresh water supply pipe line running between M 46 greater kailash part 2 to M 164 greater kailash part 2 has a major leak for the last few months.

the walk way and the road way has started to cave in & is damaging the house number M 164 greater kailash part 2 and the surrounding house, as the water is seeping into the foundation.

I have opened a new account at Kalamassery branch, Kochi with a total deposit of over 3 lakh rupees about 2 weeks back.

So far I am unable to use neither my debit card, mobile banking nor internet banking since the day 1 due to the reason the executive (Mrs. Kavya) has not updated my mobile number with the account despite several personal requests and complaints at this branch. Senior executives at axis bank has given me several excuses during these 2 weeks (over atleast 10 conversations) but I have seen no response in this line till date.

It surprises me how a corporate bank such poor customer care services still continue to survive in today’s competitive world! If this is my plight being a doctor, I wonder the plight of the other customers.

The dogs are so horrific that they scare and almost can bite any of us if we do not protect ourselves. I request the concern authorities to take appropriate steps and remove them as soon as possible

The number of times I have called the Airtel Customer Care to speak to some of the most incompetent people in the world is just countless. I have set up a business in Coorg and there is no proper network connectivity at all, so this is literally affecting my business as all the customers who have stupid airtel connection are unhappy as they cant use internet or call anyone. I have called airtel and spoke to people who keep brushing it off saying its not our department and keep forwarding the call only to speak to lesser competent people. and the scam of the open network is unbelievable!

Sir,
Order id. 3ee2888559 dt. 26/11/16 has been rejected on account of payment failure. This is not true. I have made payment through Mobiwik wallet and the Transaction id is HMBK4926011786 dt.26/11/16. for Rs.1225/-. The said amount has been deducted from my bank(SBI).
What is my fault? I have paid the amount and the amount has been deducted from my account. Why the order has been cancelled for no fault of mine. I am in urgent nd of the trousers.
Please restore my order.

Hello Sirs,

Airtel account number – 1128300446

In Nov 2015 I decided to disconnect airtel dongle (broad band internet connection)
I called airtel customer care and asked for procedure. They asked me to clear pending bills and call them up again to request disconnection.
I cleared pending bills at end of billing cycle and put a request to disconnect
They took the disconnection request but raised invoice for next cycle even though I have not used the internet.
I called airtel again and they again took another disconnect request, but raised invoice again for the next billing cycle.
Airtel collection agents kept calling me and I replied, that these invocie were raised after disconnect request and for no usage

In Nov 27 2016 (After a year) airtel send me a mail informing to pay up rs2445 or face legal action..

I have paid all the charges for the data used and upto the disconnect request.I have the request numbers with me.

I find this as unfair practice and cheating.Please help in resolving this issue
