Complaint Details:
I bought a Lenovo (Yoga) laptop in May 2016 from a local dealer called Systems Need in Mysore. Within few weeks, the Operating system malfunctioned and everything had to be re-loaded. Recently, the entire system was not coming on and I took it to the service center here in Mysore, the engineer there changed the small cell and gave it back to me. After two days, the same problem and I logged a complaint. It took about 4 days before the engineer came and changed the mother board of the system. In the next 3 days the same problem re-occurred. The engineer came to my house, picked the system and brought it back after few days. I was in Bangalore for a programme last two weeks. After working with the system on the previous night, I was surprised to see that the same problem re-occured in the morning. I called the Mysore office and they directed me to their Bangalore branch. The engineer did come and repaired the system with the promise that it would not happen again. To my surprise, after 3 days, while getting ready to get into my programme in Chennai last week, the same problem occurred. Again I had to call Mysore and the Chennai office did provide an engineer who worked on the system.

My challenge now is that I cannot rely on the system because it just goes off at will. I want to return the system for a replacement as nothing else will satisfy me. The system has brought shame to me and has come in the way of my work hence, I will not accept any alternative to replacement of the system and soon. I am hopeful that there will be no delay in attending to this mail.

Hello friend i would like to intruduce scammer from hiflyer ahemdabad his name is Vishal Raval her number +917622001401″

I met him on linkdlin while searching non voice process, he was representing as bdm on hiflyer outsourcing, before this compnay had shr solution name, when you ask them about compnay then they use to say it is group of company real state, finance, outsourcing etc.
I talked with many bdms from hiflyer, and i have to choose one bdm his name is Vishal Ravl and Mayur he insit us to visit their office once and see how they are working, he use to say that he have more then 40 bdm and 400 peoples are working as data entry. We trust on his words and we planned to visit their office,
We signed agreement with m/s. Hiflyer soft bags pvt. Ltd. Represented by ms. Priya sajnani having office at 101, mauryance elanza, nr. Parekh hospital, shyamal cross road, satellite, ahmedabad – 380015

Lets come to point, we went through youtube video uploading process for that they asking 3 lacs but as i know in this industries many scams i agree to pay 2.5 lac first and then 50k after first call,
Vishal was agreed to that and he told dont tell to other bdm about this price because he is providing this price behalf on from his side, we did same, but after few time we found many center who were scammed already by name of shr solution and hiflyer, we tried to talk with them, they were deposit money for dailymotion video uploading, i am sure all people who are serching for process will find this type of porcess on linkdlin hiflyer and other compnay from ahemdabad selling this type of process.
I talked with other center they told us all story about hiflyer, they didnt process and still waiting for refund but didnt get refund, and who use to say main client augustain gustavo he doesnt exit in real,
He use to talk with for dailymotion video and youtube video process also but with his accent he seems from bangalore, not american

Augustian gustavo had 2 meeting with me on Skype and give many questionair to reply we did that took office on rent gave him office visit on skype. After making me fool for 3 months they said that center not approved we will return money

Thats why i am here to give awareness to new centers & old centers who are looking for non voice, voice any process, dont go with hiflyer never trust on them, once you contaced with one bdm automatically they will spread your number to all bdm and everyday you will be getting 5-10 call and email with process from them.

I have all proofs agreement their emails and calls.
Before you go with this compnay dont forget to contact me better dont go with you will get nothing.

Mr. Vishal raval hahahha he is senior bdm when we was at hiflyer office he behaved that he was very busy hahah after few hours he went out and make excuse i have an meeting, excume plz i am also attenting meeting. Means ye bandar ka kam krta hai waha.

They are cheating people in the name of BPO process. more than 25 guys they have cheated all over india. they said they will give the BPO daily motion process and they will charge consultation charge 3 lakh. I paid 2.5 lakh via cheque and 50000/- online transfer and now its around 10 month they have not giving the product the process and not returning my money also. I have sent 100s of emails and I also visited Ahmadabad but they still not returning my money. They have made agreement still as per agreement they are returning money. they have mentioned if they will not be able to deliver the product they will return money but they are cheating not returning money after around 10 months.

I bought a Moto g4+ mobile phone on 1st July 2016 for Rs. 14, 999/- (copy attached) from amazon.in after two and half month I have encountered that my phone is getting switched off frequently while using it. On 14.10.16 I went to Moto Care service centre Graphline Care, Shop No 206 2nd floor Kaushlaya Estate Bandar Bagicha Dakbanglow Road Patna-800001 Bihar with Job sheet no. AMSPAT006403 (copy attached), they said me that motherboard of my phone will be replaced within 20 days. On 21st Oct 2016 I received a call from moto escalation team informing that I will get my phone by 3rd Nov, 2016. On 3rd Nov, 2016 they called me again said that your phone is pending for parts and will be delivered on 14th Nov, 2016 . On 14th Nov, 2016 they again called and said that my phone is still pending for parts and will be delivered by 19th Nov, 2016. On 19th Nov, 2016 they again called me said that my phone is pending for parts and will be delivered on 28th Nov, 2016 to which I asked the escalation team agent (Arvind Kumar) why are they treating me like a fool they should stand by their words and deliver my phone on given date to which they replied that they are not answerable to me and I can any action against them and given another date i.e. 28th Nov, 2016. Again they called me on 28th Nov. 2016 and given another date i.e. 7th Dec, 2016.
Sir, I have written everyone against this kind of harassment by Moto through mail and twitter and facebook to Higher Officials of Moto Service Group but all my effort are of no use.
Sir, I request you to please take proper action against this type of harassment by Moto India to their customers and I want my phone repaired as soon as possible or a new phone from Moto.

Mine is Hyundai XCENT No. UP32GH1054 that I purchased 1and half year ago.
At the time of purchasing the car, It’s petrol average as declared by Hyundai was 16lpkm which came down to 10-11lpkm soon after a year from its date of redelivery.
I registered my complaint with the local office in this regard.
In response to my complain, they took my car to service center thrice, got it serviced but the problem remaining unresolved till now.
How can a petrol average of HYUNDAI XCENT come down to 10-11 only after a year.
Pls let me know if there’s any possibility to get my problem solved.

Sir, I have recharge of Rs.270/- for Tatasky ID No. 1041477157 on 18th August 2016 through Paytm. The said amount debited from my SBI a/c vide transaction ID No.105090461476IG0CNWVOL5 TRANSFER TO INB One97 Communications Limi, but the said transaction has not been successful due to error of internet connection nor said amount refunded in my a/c or paytm wallet till date. In view of the above, you are requested the said amount may please be refunded in my paytm wallet at the earliest.
I am also disappointed for such type of recovery.

I had order a display on 10 0ct and i received on 17 oct, the product was damaged.as per ebay rule i contact seller, he did not respond, then raise a claim against it on 21 oct.the ebey demang photos i sumbmited, then demand to fill a form i fill that, again i call them to consult for futher action, they argue that i m not submit any form, but i had that email which i send.agin i call them on 5th nov, they told me that they call me, but they didnot again i call them on 29 nov then Mr.akhsya gaur told me that u didnot respond any mail.
