M karamjeet kaur from punjab… My paper had accepted by ijecs journal… The publication charge of ijecs journal is 1500/-…I choose payumoney payment mode…but filling fully information…trasaction failed message displayed …but my publication fee 1500/- of ijecs on 28 Nov. (12:08:07) was deducted from my obc a/c. Nd ijecs editor also said our account was not credited.

I ordered an Highlander Black Slim Fit Polo T Shirt with order number 16691645022 in snapdeal. I received an empty box delivered to me without the product in it on 25-nov-2016. i tried contacting the customer care regarding this on the same day, they mentioned that they will get back to me upon the inconvineance, i did not got any update from them till now.

Sales man from bharatmatrimony from delhi named Manish 9911788824 and his Manager Rahul Sharma 9711786931 had called my wife to upgrade the account to premium a/c and made false promise that will share 5 profiles for marriage proposal for my brother in law and will also make sure that personally will show profiles close to pune city only
and hence we made a payment for 3000 to upgrade our a/c
its been 4-5 days ther is nothing in the peofile tried calling the sales man and the manager both phones are off when called CUSTOMER SERVICE from bharat matrimony no help whatsover very unprofessional croud my complaint was raised but was sent to delhi same sales person had called my wife to discuss and when my wife informed that we had raised a complaint he said that we have not received any complaint and also closed my complaint without my agreement, complaint number 15997267 when i called the cust service as to why they did not contact us thet said that my complaint is closed then they gave me a number for a manager in delhi who is ziyaul 9711786931 he said that he will look into this and will call back i gave my number and also instructed to call me and not my wife but they again contqcted my wife in half an hour and said that we cannot do anything and we ca take any steps as required then i called the same manager he said that he will do something and was asking me my password for the account i refused to the same and did not share my password as he should have an admin rights these people dealing with my complaint are very unprofessional and also give their personal number to the cuatome i have all the calls recorded with me please look into this as i have also registered a complaint to consumer law website and awaiting response from them

ALL I NEED IS MY MONY BACK AS I AM BEEN CHEATED IF I DONT GET A SOLUTION WILL SURELY TAKE THIS TO POLICE OR SOMEWHERE HIGHER

My mobile got stolen two months back, then i called customer call to lock it and it is done. Later i got another mobile and asked for unlock my mobile banking but they said to submit written letter to any branch of kotak. i have given them 5.11.2016 in the Dhayari branch meanwhile called to customer care to start the further process in the branch. After that i have received mail that my request processed and closed. But i tried in my mobile it is not unlocked. Same time Dhayari branch person called me and said “for unlocking you should contact customer care”. Then i called customer care and they said”visit the branch”. What to do now??? i understand one thing kotak bank and customer care is not taking responsible to solve the issue at all.
